THE WORST SERVICE EVER! PACKAGES HELD IN CUSTOMS. RECEIVED REFUSED TO PAY CUSTOM CHARGES AND NOW THE CUSTOM CHARGES IS BEING REVERTED BACK ON ME? I REFUSE TO PAY ANY CUSTOM CHARGES FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED! UPS IS NOT TRANSPARENT AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Wish I had read these before I used them. Paid my delivery charge well in advance of delivery . 4 FOUR days in a row "delivery attempt failed due to no pay" first go round, I called and talked to a man with a very thick accent. He was obviously distracted by a baby crying in his background. I am still waiting after 4 days of calling and receiving acknowledgements that I have paid all fees and am STILL owed a &^%$& delivery. ZERO COMPETENCE. NEVER AGAIN.

Hi I m working from home, It means Im always available, but UPS officer has not delivered my packet , and they reported that I was unavailable, I have to go really far away to collect my packet

If I could give negative 0 stars I would but I have no choice but to leave a 1 star which they do not even deserve! UPS has the absolute worst damn customer service ever in life and I have worked in customer service for a very long time both face to face and call center. No one could help me retrieve my damn shipping label that I had already paid for they just kept wanting to give me the number to some other department. I made my purchase around 3am and they do not open until 6am eastern time and I am on Pacific standard time so I waited 3 hours to get help after spending 30 to 45 mins online trying to figure it out myself. Only to be told my only option was to wait to speak to billing that didn't open until 8 eastern time to get my money back. So I had to wait several more hours for what NOTHING because they couldn't help me either just told me that my money would be released from pending through my bank in 2 to 3 business days automatically. So if you buy a shipping label you evidently have to use it immediately or they automatically release your payment in 2 to 3 business days on its own. So now I have to wait. Thank goodness USPS has a better system and is way cheaper I got my label with confirmation and free pickup and free insurance for 10 and change versus UPS that for the same service would have charged me 30 plus dollars. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never do business with UPS again there are to many other ways to ship these days to have ro deal with such shifty service and prices

Horrendous! I have never dealt with a company a bad. We had parcels go missing, we had the driver refuse to take a card payment for the duty that needed to be paid. There technical department is ridiculous, I rang the number customer service gave me for Tec Support, then spent 30 minutes being passed around. Each person I spoke to told me I needed to talk to technical Service and gave me the number I had dialed, this happened 3 times all on the same call. If I could give less than 1 star I would. All this and I didn't even choose to use UPS the, the sender does that.

I have called UPS a number of times to try and pay (yes, pay) for tax that was added to my parcel. It's impossible to get through, with hold times of up to 30 minutes. Next thing I knew, I received a letter from a debt collector agency. So much stress and time to try and get this sorted, and still no results. It's been months now.

I got my package today supposedly late which is fine (let's be honest, this time of year there are a lot of packages from people ordering online for Christmas time, so I understand), what is not fine is receiving my package by my door WITH NOTHING INSIDE?? What am I going to do with an empty envelope? The seam is half open at the top of the envelope which is how at some point the book must have slide out somewhere?? I'm not even going to bother to attempt to get a refund/make a claim. All I can do now is suck it up and rebuy the book hoping it comes before Christmas. Oh well, things happen. Happy holidays UPS.

I am very much disappointed by UPS, they lie, dont pick up phone and shift responsibility when they struggle to deliver packages. I even got my complaint deleted on FB. So unprofessional. I am waiting for my package for a month now! I would never choose ups again. I strongly advise other people not choosing them as well.

I sent package to Germany from UK on 15th of November and it still has not arrived today. There were dates given, recipient stayed home several times - for nothing ! Its playing with people! Didn't even care to give information to the sender. Can not call them or email them, Web page full of un-nessecary fillings but not what you need when you need it. My Package is way to late now - would like to have compensation by now. At least apologies would be a sensible thing ! Very angry - not taking them again.

After reading a few reviews I was a bit worried. But I had no problem with UPS app, always informed where my parcel was and got delivery on the date they said.

I used to be a fan of choosing ups over others, but they aren’t really up to par compared to competitors. UPS tries to deliver packages at times when people have to be at work (it’s anyone’s guess as to estimated time so you can’t plan to take time off in the workday) and if you want to change the delivery time or day, you have to sign up and pay a fee. At least Amazon gives you an idea of when they might arrive.

I posted a birthday present to portugal via UPS at the beginning of November 21 and the package has still not arrived. I have emailed and had no reply at all. It is an appalling service

💩💩💩…💩Company,💩staff!!!. Too busy messing customers around, they tell you one thing & then tell you another , knowing they have no clue to what they’re actually meant to be doing. Staff are also too busy lying to customers. Your company are full on useless how the hell are y’all still running is beyond me. Also why don’t you employ people who know how to do a job, stop employing rubbish that’s gonna hinder your company & I say rubbish with a kind heart coz your staff are just plain& simple rubbish&are rubbish/crap at what they do. Sorry not sorry!!! If you want a better service, your parcels delivered on time, to talk to an actual qualified customer service, the choice to talk to a manager, never messed about&lied to… Then DO NOT USE ups it’s a 💩 company!… AVOID like the plague 🦠… AVOID at all cost

This has got to be the worst customer service ever. This company company care less about customers. I lost a $ 700 laptop to someone because UPS failed to return the pack to the sender as requested multiple times. They ship the package anyway to its destination after notes clearly said return to sender even with my account number. I'm so passed. I have never seen such a bunch of non caring people in my life.
