I am still waiting for my package after 10 days, despite paying extra for express delivery. They got everything wrong - with delays over customs and finally delivering to the wrong address and leaving it in the porch and now they seem to have lost it altogether.

I can say without shadow of a doubt that this is the worst delivery company available in whole UK at the moment. Don't ever, EVER use it ! There're so many other delivery companies and every single one of them is better then UPS. I was promised that my parcel would be picked up begore 1 pm - nobody showed up, I called after 2pm and was promised that sbd would show up before 3 pm - nobody did. I called after 4 pm and was promised that driver will call me within an hour. After 5 pm I was advised that driver finished for today. I called the next day and was advised to wait for the driver, he "should" show up before 5 pm. My house is monitored, nobody even touched my door, I was waiting at my door almost whole day and they did not even bother to call me. My friend had the same experience and I regret I had not spoken to her before making a huge mistake and call UPS.

very very worst collection service I ever had in my life, the man he can't wait for a minute to collect the parcel, The parcel and the label are ready but he can't wait until stick the label, he didn't wait even 40 second. he was rude.

UPS CHOICE Website is abysmal. Why not shut down? I have attempted to correct my address approximately twenty times with no update whatsoever. In desperation, I have labelled my old or wrong addresses with name DO NOT DELIVER HERE. It is a sad state that I had to update to a monthly membership to try and fix this-- to no avail. As for package deliveries I have had mostly negative experiences trying to track or finding missing packages. On a positive note Duluth, MN office is most responsive, helpful, accommodating and customer service oriented so this rating is not for them.

Lost my package foolishly, no customer service, no effort to find it, no refund, no emails/phone calls, and you have to call the 1-800 # and jump through hoops to speak to someone in India

I purchased a shipment with insurance for a package valued at $1800 from UPS online. I paid extra to have a driver come pick it up. On security camera, I saw the driver pull up to the house, never get out of the vehicle, and drive away in under 3 seconds. He never took the vehicle out of gear. Just a stop and go. So, I eventually decided to take the package to a UPS customer service center myself. The UPS website says that to file an insurance claim (in the event my package were to be lost or damaged), I would need to provide a signed receipt from a UPS employee that I would receive at the time I give them my package. The UPS employee at the UPS Customer Service Center told me her computer could not tell her if my package was insured or not because I bought the label from the UPS.com website. She said she could not provide me any signed receipt to validate the UPS insurance that I purchased as required by their coverage policy. I now understand that this is a scam UPS pulls to get people to ship without getting the required documentation so that when a claim is filed, they can simply say "Oh, you should have gotten the signed receipt. Sorry, we can't cover this." Needless to say, I will not be falling for this again. I am deeply disappointed by UPS. They used to be my go-to shipping company. I just can't justify that at all now.

This is the worst place ever! Order from Home Depot and for the last 3 days they tell me it will be here... Still haven't got my order! I even ask if I could just go get it and they wanted to charge me to do that... REALLY! I will never use them again. FedEx delivered half of my order 4 days before it was suppose to be here now I'm waiting on the other half from UPS and can't even get it. How are they still in business?

If I could leave no stars I would. UPS delivered my package but it wasn’t delivered to me. Awful customer service. Called 3 times and nothing was resolved. Now the 3rd agent said that they did not deliver my package and to wait until 7 pm and that they had my package and would be delivering to me. Lies upon lies.

UPS has messed up delivering my packages twice in less than a months time. They're drivers are liars! Making stuff up so they don't have to walk into an apartment complex to deliver a package. It's either you were home, or needs a signature, and this the best one yet "refused" why would I refuse a package i paid for???!! All the other excuses are lies as well because I work from home and they never attempt to delivery. I never have trouble with FedEx or Amazon. I'll stick with them and hopefully UPS finds reliable employees.

Why isn't ZERO stars an option? They changed the delivery address of a very important package I was to receive 2 days ago. I also paid an extra $30 for expedited service. Now, they know where it is but no one is willing to look for it. They don't care that I'm about to be homeless because of their lack of customer service. I want to scream!! No one here cares. They just don't care. Oh and good luck reaching anyone to speak to. I literally had to drive to the Austin Hub and while the people acted as if they care, they don't. They even asked me to come back in a few hours when they offload a trailer and they can look for it. I came back and they just flat out told me they won't look for it.

Too many times UPS doesn't deliver to my door.They open the apartment building entrance door and leaves the package inside the door. How am I going to know where my package is,if it isn't delivered to me on the floor I live on? The driver is too lazy ! I have filed many complaints every time this happens and today it happened again.I hope something will be done about this horrible delivery.

Gabriel at Store #0881 in Orlando Florida helped me return two items to Amazon and it was a great experience. Gabriel was quick, efficient and extremely polite getting things squared Away for me. Great experience.

The worst experience I have ever had, which has left me crying as I have been waiting for a very special 40th birthday present from my fiance. From now on I will check before making online orders about which courier service they use. If it is with UPS I will not order or request they use a different courier. We received emails saying they attempted delivery (very unclear emails as well) at times when we were in...in fact one attempted delivery was made the exact same time we were getting a pizza delivery. So complete dishonesty. We are on a new build site but our street and number is clearly marked on our door and every other courier and company has found us!!! No phone calls made or notes through the door and no way to change delivery address. We just kept getting unclear emails about apparent delivery attempts. My fiance tried to talk to someone on the phone, he ended up shouting at them, which I told him went too far, but he was so angry he lost his temper as the man on the phone was no help, kept saying it will come tomorrow but no solution, apology or explanation was offered as to why an apparent delivery was made when we were sitting at the kitchen table with direct sight of the front door. He was hurt as he was excited about the present he had got for me. I did see a delivery men once, I was upstairs, by the time I got dressed to come downstairs (2 minutes) he had driven off. We have had emails about 2 other attempts which we were in for. (according to the lady at the depot multiple attempts have been made but no notification of these multiple attempts has been made. All we could see from tracking was it going I'm between depots with no option to contact anybody or find out why!!!) We have asked the online company to resend the parcel with another company now.

I've sent a package via UPS on Thurs, 02Jun2022, tracking # 1ZE1Y7130372099985, to my son in Massachusetts, which was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 03Jun2022. at some point, when I checked tracking at UPS, it stated my son was not on business directory of building, and could not be delivered. Note, my son has lived at that address for the past year, I've sent multiple UPS shipments to him (at least 1x/month = 12x), but somehow, now you can't deliver it? and your customer service SUCKs big-time, cause they are not in the USA, they can't connect me to the USA peeps (even though they claim to have resolved it). Today is Monday, 06June, and even though I've spoked to someone in FOREIGN country today who said she would leave the message to the US UPS people to DELIVER The PACKAGE TODAY, I am still getting messages telling me they are putting this package ON HOLD (from Watertown Massachusetts UPS site, though they have no direct # in the USA -- cause i called again, and guess what, got the foreigners!! Oh, should be noted that someone from UPS actually called my son earlier today, he confirmed the address is correct, but then I get another call from Watertown MA, telling me package is ON HOLD). And stop with the apologies, you guys are virtually useless. I thought you were pretty good for the past year, NOW I THINK YOU ARE TOTAL IDIOTS. You don't even deserve ONE STAR, you deserve none.

Ordered a product sent UPS and they lost it not once but when re ordered they lost it again! Lost money because of this common issue with them. IOS used to be the leader now ppl fear using them.

UPS is by far the worst delivery… UPS is by far the worst delivery system. Paid for over night shipping and for no reason at all it was delayed in UT. Now its says the estimated delivery won't be until 7 days later , and that's just the estimated delivery. Don't pay the extra money to have some thing over nighted when you can get it in the same amount of time for free. I will never use UPS again when there is by far better options.

If I could leave negative stars, I would... Tracking said "out for delivery" first thing this morning... Several phone calls to CS give me the run-around... Somebody's lying and I don't appreciate it... It's now 7:30 in the evening and still no package...
