I actually had a problem with my data and I spoke with customer service they understood the problem upgraded my service and also gave me some free data because I wasn't using much data so it gave me some good data I really was happy for that.. So I'm happy with the customer service

I was experiencing difficulties transferring my line to a new device due to some unexpected maintenance and as a result had to call in multiple times and spoke with multiple agents. Each and every time my call was answered promptly by agents who were truly lovely; Shawn, Zakara, and Sharoz I wanted thank you all for your diligence & patience throughout this very trying process. I was having a lot of difficulty getting my phone to recognize my SIM (e or physical) Saha Noor spent over and hour across several phone call to help me get it working. She was extremely kind, patient, and demonstrated great work ethic. My only disappointment was with the porting process from Visible to USMolbile. My number got stuck and it took 5days to activate. In the future choose a physical SIM!

Samantha in customer service was more than patient with helping me locate my IMEI number, clear cache and cookies on the browser since I was having some issues, then issuing a new password to access my account since the old one wasn't working, and explaining in detail the steps I needed to take to port my number . I am that person that with unfamiliar processes prefers to have my hand held the whole way and essentially she did that without complaining. Although I know I was slow at times, she never made me feel stupid even once. When we lost the call when the port suddenly went through, she called back to answer my last question about international texting. She made me feel like a valued customer and I was so impressed that I actually asked if I could leave feedback!

The lady was so helpful at no point did she want me to hang up she made sure in the 1 hour trying to activate my phone , she did it and thank you very much

Asim Mehmood, “Austin,” was absolutely fantastic, beyond a doubt one of the kindest people I’ve ever talked to, as demonstrated by his calm, patience, clear directions at each step, during a call that was full of unexpected complication as he tried to navigate us through steps on both my NUU F4L phone (which is very user unfriendly) and then using the NUU F4L as a hotspot to do the process on a smartphone I have which is not on US Mobile. My initial request was simple, changing my billing debit card to a new one, and Austin’s initial response was that it would be better I do that myself online, explained kindly. I said, fine, but since I’m autistic and get particularly challenged by some things, could he briefly give me a summary of how I would do this, once I get to the library to get online with one of their computers. In that case, he said, let me help you and we’ll do it together on the phone, and I’ll guide you. And, he said, if we get disconnected I will call you back, and also send you how-to emails in case you end up doing it at the library. In the end, the process failed because the web app wouldn’t take my debit card number in correctly, but I have never enjoyed someone being so clear and helpful step after step through so much complication, and twists and turns including because the NUU phone is rather weird in some ways, and doesn’t allow successful navigation sometimes. In the end, besides feeling really well taken care of, I also learned how I would be able to use my NUU flip phone as a hotspot for my other phone, (which is on another carrier) if I decide to have internet access at home in that manner. (And I got the price of that, so I can consider it.) I never dreamed I’d even even understand what hotspot even really meant, much less to have experienced it and learned how. Again, the was truly the best, and kindest, customer service I have ever experienced. This person is one of the nicest people on the planet, and I hope his talents finding him talking to the people most in need of kindness mixed in with clarity and patience. He's absolutely the best! Oh, and by the way, my call was answered in under 30 seconds.

I wanted to tell you about the support I just got from Usman very professional understood the problem and straightened it out. I want to point out that he spoke a perfect English which was great for me and I appreciated it. I would give him a 10 for all the way around

I really appreciate the way technical support team helped me get solved with my signal issue. I faced this earlier with another network carrier. But, here at US Mobile I saw the customer support team being very respectful. The way Mr. Syed Mughees, Associate Technical Support Manager has patiently waited and spent time till the issue got resolved is so impressive. Thank you for helping me out!
