Very good delivery time. Only problem was courier DPD after leaving information to leave at neighbours they took it back to the depot on calling them in was advised that no neighbour was in even though they stayed at home for me also told they only have three minutes to deliver so they can't wait. Change courier and it will be 100%

When placed order on line it did not explain that the Canon camera stock was not held in the UK and no indication a to how long it would take to arrive with me. Phoned customer service after a few days as had not received any order updates, they simply said that I needed to send an E mail which I did but no reply was received. The camera arrived 7 days after ordering, a few concerns, 1. Camera states all over the box "For Japan sale only" 2. There was no instructions supplied with the camera? 3. No Canon Warranty came with the camera? 4. No 36 months Valuebasket Warranty came with the camera. Need to improve on clear customer communication at point of sales and from the customer service department. Price was excellent, but maybe not so good if their are any problems with the camera in the future!

I ordered a professional Nikon lens from ValueBasket because they were the cheapest by a margin. The ordering process wasn't straightforward in my case as my credit card provider declined the transaction – presumably because the company is based in China. I eventually managed to pay via PayPal. Delivery took eight working days. If you are prepared to deal with these potential issues and are aware that you are buying 'grey market' goods, you will be getting a good price.

I didn't receive my order more then 16 days. When I will have it? It says 8 days-it's not true. I call to your call centre and they do nothing. Why you take the money from my account before you deliver my order? I want my money back-all of them

i received phone,,but it switch off after every an hour.. i need to get its battry out... then again seitch on... plus when i receiced mobile, seal was tempered... Honestly, i am very disappointed.. they sent me a faulty mobile or refurbished... ahhh ... i think we shud not buy from non-uk website..

They do deliver but you must be prepared to wait. Also if you have any problems with the product itself like how i did i received wrong model number they do not cooperate I asked for replacement several times but instead they refunded me. Really bad communication problems I really tried to cooperate with them and all i wanted was a replacement but service overall is slow. I have ordered before from them and they all came perfect except this one time.

The item arrived after 9 days by courier.The box contained a basic charger, usb cable and international mains converter.A pair of high quality noise attenuating head phones,replacement buds and phone. There was no instruction manual or additional software in the box.The PC Companion software and instructions can be downloaded from the sony support site. http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiaz2/tools/pc-companion/ I would recommend you buy additional accessories such as gel case,official charging magnetic wireless dock or magnet wireless charging connector. The phone does not come with a memory card and takes a standard micro sim card. Conclusion I have started testing the phone it seems to be perfect in every way so far.Sony has very quiet ring tones which need to be replaced by louder versions from HTC or other sources. Numerous apps and themes are available from google play store.Sony has assured owners of an imminent update to Android Lolley pop which should be very exciting. In summary brilliant phone, good value for money, let down by lack of quality accessories in the box.It would be helpful to get a discount voucher in the box to buy official sony accessories.

Having placed my order on 24th January, 10 days later it has still not arrived !!!! However the Online price was very competitive therefore I hope it will be worth the wait. My son keeps asking me every day recently so the delay has been a bit disappointing for him too. As typing this feedback I've just received a text message to say a parcel will arrive today (hope this is it as I've ordered/am expecting other stuff to arrive too). Overall, the pricing is very good and the most competitive I was abel to find if you don't mind waiting to get the item with free delivery (I'm aware there's an option to pay extra to have it delivered express). This Survey arrived before the item . . . otherwise feedback may have been more positive.

I HOPE I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. I WISH I READ THE REVIEW BEFORE I TOUCHED THIS COMPANY... I purchased a phone from value basked.com, Before I purchased the phone I had to register on their website The phone was in stock so I expected the phone in the next couple of days. Their process insists you complete the payment by credit card before you receive an e-mail informing that the goods will be shipped within 2-5 working days, than delivered within 5-8 working days. This means that there could be a delay of 13 days before receiving the phone. I had no choice but to wait !!!!! The phone took 7 days to arrive and was well packed however on activating the phone, I realised it was different to my previous Galaxy S5, particularly the sharpness in colour & quality of the photo app. Disappointingly, I suspect it is not a genuine Galaxy S5 I immediately decided to re-pack the phone & return it. As there is no Returns address, I called the customer service line and was told to complain via their website. I have done this and now await the returns address but more importantly I am waiting for a return of the money I paid In good faith! And I hope they won't delet my review again so people can read it and stay way from this company .

AM SHOCKED THAT YOU HAVE ASKED TWICE NOW FOR A REVIEW WHEN I HAVE NOT HAD THE PRODUCT DELIVERY IS POOR NO TRACKING NUMBER WAS PROVIDED UNTIL I CHASED ITEM

Considering that the items were sent from overseas, the delivery was quite fast. However, I was led to believe (from the prominent London telephone number on the top of every web page) that I was buying from the UK. This has tax implications for me as I cannot now reclaim the VAT on this business purchase. So although this site might be cheaper for a retail customer, it's no better than average for business.

So far the experience I have had is not fantastic, the order, shipping and delivery times were excellent but the wrong item was shipped to my house. I had ordered some headphones and o had a phone delivered. This issue is currently being resolved by their customer service so I will leave another review when the issue is resolved
