Not happy at all Didn’t receive item , postman left card in my post box stating ‘over back gate ‘ and then signed parcel on my behalf . Have contacted very numerous times . Promised a case is opened with Royal Mail takes 48 hours … nothing spoke to 4 different people via customer services .. being told the same thing .. would like this sorted ASAP I’m now out of pocket . As knowone seems to know what their doing . Would like someone from customer services to contact me and to rectify this issue . Order number 655732637957. I don’t see why I have to be penilised when Royal Mail is at fault

From first day we arrived our wash machine and drayer I send emails and I was calling you MY ITEM FAULTY but nobody care aboutt you charge me over £450 and item not working when I calling to your customer service over 40 minutes they anser phone and they give me another number . Your service full rubbish you just rubbing people now my item not working and you charging me full money

Avoid. Seriously bad service. So many calls. Always loosing the returns and constant messaging stating I’ve not returned the return when verys courier collected it. Absolute joke of a company.

I received a letter from very saying if I don’t order something in two months they will close my account. I decided to order some pans on bnpl over 6 months to get extra 20% all though I have £1200 credit they said I couldn’t because I have not been ordering enough even though my last purchase was a tv on take three I have had my account for years well they can take there threat and shove it i have just closed my account horrible company disgraceful the way they treat loyal customer’s

I wouldn’t of given them a one but unfortunately you don’t allow zero stars. Bought some items on BNPL firstly the washing machine stopped doing all cycles only does a quick wash……contacted very they refuse to collect even though this was only a few months in so was within the year and ordered from them. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable….no help just piles on interest as I haven’t paid them due to this problem. When I ask if they would pay for a broken item they refuse to answer. Seven plus months on I’m still having the same argument and I still have the machine as they won’t collect….so can’t buy another one as I haven’t the room to store theirs. Then due to covid my hours were cut dramatically so I asked for a payment plan of £5 per week until hours were changed. They refused and still added on interest after interest now leaving me in debt. They then put a hold on my littlewoods account….even though that only has an outstanding payment of £80 which is paid religiously. The sleepless nights and the worry this company has caused is beyond belief. The people who work for them must have no souls as I’ve never received such terrible customer service in my life. STAY WELL AWAY THERE IS PLENTY MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS

I ordered a Hot air fryer, after ordering I realised that is was out of stock, so clicked cancel so I could order another model but a message came due to the speed we pack and dispatch items you Can’t cancel and to return it if when it comes you don’t want it, but if they’re not in stock now why won’t bit let me cancel it and reorder another one,baffling or what.

Bad experience. Ordered a fridge, they never delivered it and said don't know what happened to it ! They promised a refund in 14 days ! Now our household is left without a fridge until they refund us because we can't afford to just go spend on another one. Very bad company with bad customer service.

Tried returning an item...5 shops I went to the printers broken. Rang customer services...useless...arranged a collection next day...nothing. rang customer services...useless.. arranged another collection next day..nothing...rang customer services...useless...gave me £10 to shut up....supposedly raised a complaint on my behalf....liar just like your other 2 workers...how to become a customer services operator at very......well you need to lie to everyone you speak with.....ok I can do that....great the job is yours....s$#t company now...or actually was it any good.

This company is garbage !! paid £6000 for a computer they said i failed their security and returned my money no interest to be made more like greedy greedy people would not use if their stuff was free avoid avoid obnoxious customer service totally bad experience !!!!!!!!!!

Where to start been a very customer many many years,allowed my brother to buy a fridge freezer bnpl unfortunately he didn't pay it off at the end of bnpl,so obviously interest added on this is nearly 2yrs later and he's still paying for it,also nearly 2,yrs ago ordered bits bobs clothes etc for Xmas pay 3 option,felt my bill was high after approx 10 calls to the appauling ignorant none listening customer services I'm now told these items weren't on pay 3🤦I've fought and fought with them over this asked how much is outstanding on individual things,I don't no how many times I've been given different amounts petty amounts like 96p etc so I said I wanted to raise a complaint after them supposley looking into it they still say these items were t on take 3 stressed to bits is a pure understatement,I said why would I allow 55.9% Interest each month to go on stupid amounts supposley out standing😩🤦recieved a call eventually of complaints department offering me £40 cheque for inconvenience caused omg what does this company not understand I did not put these items on normal interest barring account😩🤦😠ok pay the £40 off the supposley interest barring amount I owe,we can't do that why?we just can't and it still wouldn't pay off your items,hang on I've been told approx 10 different amounts owing on this normal account so who's telling the truth?I truly believe very rips customers off taking money you supposley owe when you no you put them on pay 3 I pointed out every payment I've made on take 3 for these items but still they won't accept this as being true,I'm so frustrated and angry I suffer terrible anxiety/depression this company have had me in tears as I feel they just don't listen,I've recently recieved a letter stating the interest is going up to 59.sumthink %😯my god how can they get away with this I have a reasonable credit score,if you don't agree with this you can ring up and theyl close your account but still continue to pay on old interest rate,that's what I'm going to do close my account.my son does have a bnpl coming up so all that will remain is my brother's payments and my supposley amounts from what I no I put on take 3 which they deny.my questions to very is why is your statements not clear on individual items outstanding and why after 2yrs am I still paying items off?funny how my brother purchased off my Littlewoods account on bnpl again didn't pay off on due date item he purchased was nearly double he got off Littlewoods plus interest on for not payn his bnpl in full yet that's just about payed off,and yet very say we still owe nearly £300 on his purchase🤔sumthink needs doing about this company and there appauling customer services I think there robots because there definitely not human,and just don't listen there's just no reasoning with this company I'm drained of energy with them😠.

I purchased an item from Very on the buy now pay later scheme to realise later that I have been placed straight onto the interest earning account regardless of my eligibility for bnpl……customer services were unhelpful and unwilling to rectify. I will settle and close the account and urge others to check as this seems a convenient way of fooling customers into purchases….or just completely boycott this company completely

Wouldn't buy from this company. I sent back a return over 3 weeks ago.. still not received a refund. Customer service is absolutely shocking staff seem so clueless. Just avoid save your money shop elsewhere

Avoid!!! Ordered duvet & 3 pillows. When opening the postage packaging for duvet, immediately saw opened unbranded bag. The duvet was a used return!! During a covid pandemic👀🤢

Shockingly bad customer service just not acceptable in this day and age. Refunds take 3wks to credit your account overall very poor service BE WARNED or simply take your business elsewhere like I have they will loose plenty of customers shame cos Very used to be good. I've cancelled my account!!!!

Bought fridge in Jan 2021. Faulty so in June reported it. Was put onto 0800 repairs . 5 engineer visits before they said it was s write off. Today Sept 22nd rang very to be told they will not swap it faulty for new. Has to be returned for inspection even though there repair company has written it off. Then were to order a new one leaving us with no fridge with a young baby in the home. Then wait to see if we get s refund. Its been 4 months of waiting for different engineers to finally say yes it's beyond a repair. For very to then make it impossible for us to get a new one because of there pathetic policy. Won't ever use very again. Poor poor customer service. No thought for how we would cope with no fridge with a baby to feed. Disgusting when we paid good money for a faulty item to be refused a basic swap . Never ever use you again were fuming

This company has 0 customer service. I sent back 10 items all in the same parcel that say they only got 2. How is that possible 15 days later numerous phone calls hours spent trying to sort this out still not getting anywhere. Absolutely herendous
