Do not use this company Got hit with £382 interest of a buy now pay later that I paid. Refuse to remove it from my account and have conveniently lost call/ chat recording . Being charged additional interest whilst being looked into. Been a customer for 15 years never ever again will I shop with them Thanks for ruining Xmas

Please do not use this company - got hit with £382 interest off a buy now pay later that I paid off refuse to remove it conveniently lost phone calls/chats then charge additional interest whilst they look into it . False advertising. Advert for 20% off first credit order was not honoured. We will be taking this to FCA / trading standards. Do not deal with these cowboys!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company, they have delivered me the wrong item completely, one that is worth considerably less money and due to me having faith in the company and momentarily plugging the tv in to test it they are NOT allowing me to return it and do anything further about apart from sort out a repair... How can this be repaired into the correct item??? I have bought tonnes of products from this place and spent alot of money here, unless this gets resolved then this will be the last! Do Not Use This Company!!

Just don't bother. If I'd have read the reviews on here I wouldn't have. You have to apply for an account which requires a credit check that leaves a search in your file. The item I purchased was in stock according to their site. Placed the order, paid by card on the weekend. Gets to Tuesday when the order is due and I recieve an email saying my account was rejected - even though I have an exceptional credit report. But when I look at the item, it's now out of stock. So clearly, what they have done is just reject my account because they can't be bothered explaining that they messed up the order. Now I have to wait for the money to be returned and have a credit search on my record and the item has sold out everywhere. Thanks very much. Please just shop somewhere else. I ordered from very with credit they gave me and very happy ..I decided to look up the reviews and I am very shocked as I have had no problems with very.co.uk ..my friends use very.co.uk and they are fully happy and highly recommend very.co.uk . I will always pick Very for great bargains ,quick delivery and easy payments

tried to purchase online. rubbish joker of a shop. I just wanted to pay with my debit card but was asked: anual income household income how long at our address home owner or mortgage best of all the click and collect (free) couldnt be found and my order was £43 avoid like the plague unless you like to waste your time

Do not touch very with a barge pole!!!!!!!! Shopped in good faith bought two switches last Christmas (dec 2019 ) Ticked buy now pay later and been making payments all year via there link to be told I have paid nothing of my buy now pay later!!! I had ticked take 3 with payments over 120 each month to find out that I had done it wrong after 10 months . SO VERY CHARGED ME OVER £305 IN INTREST . Phoned in a complete state to be told basically tough . They won’t remove the charge I URGE ALL FAMILYS NOT TO TICK BUY NOW PAY LATER ITS A COMPLETE TURN OVER . THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND HAVE LEFT A FAMILY PENNYLESS THIS CHRISTMAS AND DONT EVEN CARE.

Don’t buy from this company. Just don’t do it. Even if it’s cheaper, don’t think about it. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not going into details again but faulty product. Told me parts would be sent out, they were not. Now out of stock (but it’s not as you can order the same style stuff online). I’ve now contacted them on 15+ occasions to return their faulty goods. They have not responded or have said I’d be contacted - not true. Or cut me off or passed me to someone else. Their CS ‘advisors’ don’t speak English and don’t help. Just look at the other reviews!!

If they had an e-mail address this would be my complaint below, but they do not have a customer services e-mail I find that staggering!! I would not give the 1 star rating only that I had no choice service so poor Hopefully someone from Very may see this review and respond accordingly COMPLAINT : I would like to complain about the way in which my order has been dealt with the order was not delivered to me but was returned by your drivers and therefore I now have to wait for a refund and then re order or re order in the mean time and wait for the refund. Obviously I do not wish to do this in case something similar was to happen again and then I would be waiting for two refunds. As far as I am concerned you never delivered my order in the first place and therefore I did not return it instead this was all done between yourselves and your logistics company so nothing to do with me at all. I would expect the correct procedure from yourselves would be to dispatch my order again but have been told you are unable to do this. I had a conversation with one of your advisors but no resolution was made after chatting for over an hour and at my request I was told I would get a call from a supervisor/manager within 72 hours again not the response or resolution you would hope for. I find the service provided by yourselves absolutely disgraceful and cannot believe that as a customer I am being penalized when clearly your delivery service is unacceptable as the item was never delivered and now to add further insult I must wait 5 days for my money to be returned to me I would not recommend your web site for the purchase of goods to anyone and will definitely not be re ordering :-(

Hmmm......think I have made a mistake........ Received a £30 off code and as my headphones I wanted were cheaper anyway I thought it would order them from Very. I accidentally ordered 'on account' instead of paying straight away and immediately tried to cancel the order so that I could redo it. So....less than 1 minute after ordering I wasn't able to cancel the order as it was being picked! So I phoned customer service.....what a shambles. They cancelled the order, but didn't advise that it wouldn't necessarily stop the order coming out but I could refuse the delivery and wouldn't be charged. So -now was I faced with losing out or ordering again. So I ordered again. Now it looks like I will receive two headphones and need to refuse one. What sort of stupid system is that. God knows whether I will actually get any and how many they will try and charge me for - lets wait and see! I wish I had read these reviews beforehand and I wouldn't have bothered. Customer Service was actually worse than useless!!! At one point she was telling me I had ordered a playstation game..........for god's sake!!!!

Wouldnt even give them 1 star, S**t customer service and without even an apoligy! disgusting, don’t know how they make any bloody money.. Bought a wardrobe over a year ago from very and thought this year I would purchase the matching draws and bedside table. However they declined both me and my partner for them on credit (even though I have high credit) fair enough.. So we thought we would pay in full up front and they STILL declined us?? Barmy!! Anyway I got my friend to try and do it for me if I gave him the full payment, and he got declined too?! Who the flying pigs do they think is buying from very The Queen? Just give me my bloody drawers! I’m giving you my money haha.. All I can presume is they have been unsatisfied with previous tenants that have lived at my address and have put a block on any more purchases. But an apology or some way of working together would be nice instead of taking the Michael like this. DO NOT USE

Just enrolling with VERY told me enough. I was shopping for Christmas toys, the price was very competative but when I started to enrol I became concerned with the level of personal details required. Have since asked to be removed from their data base, as to that happening? Your guess as good as mine.

This must be one of the very (excuse pun) worse companies to deal with, I had £600 credit which I paid back £500 yet they kept saying that I hadn't made a first payment, they then stuck £100 interest on the account, I tried to pay them what I considered the balance of £100 by debit card but they wouldn't accept it, terrible is an understatement, if you don't want to get fleeced then shop elsewhere

Don’t use this company especially there buy ( with no interest to pay) as even when you pay in full on time they still charge you interest and when you complain they couldn’t care less there customer service is appalling

DO NOT ORDER FROM VERY. TV arrived damaged didn't notice for 2 days was told as the TV had be plugged in it couldn't be return so I asked for a discount they said I had to send pictures of the damage so I did. I had already thrown the box out and very advised they would pick up the TV I told them I had thrown the box out and they advised me to wrap it in bin bags a 55 inch TV but advised me any further damage cause to the TV in transit I would be liable for so I told them unless they could pick up the TV securely I was not willing to wrap it in bin bags for them to further damage the TV and blame me. Since then they have either ignored my message or just ignorantly ignore what I say in messages. Very rude staff and poor customer service! Also I bought with a promotional code with they have not honoured, absolute scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered a coffee table on Thursday 31st Oct and delivery was available on Saturday 2nd Nov. At 8.35am received a text to say they had tried to deliver but were told we had moved away and to contact Very. Spoke to Very and they informed me the product would be returned to their Depot. Later found out that product was was too big for the van and had never left the depot! Yodel were the delivery partner on this occasion. I was told I would hear from them and be refunded in 4 days. Last tracking update was Tuesday 5th Nov saying parcel at Wednesbury Warehouse. Called Customer Services and asked what was happening. Told to wait for refund and re order. Only communication has been requests for feedback to which I gave a poor review but have seen today this is not acceptable as it mentions delivery and customer service and only the product itself can be reviewed but as this was not received couldn't comment!! Rang again today and asked about refund - lady told me this would be arranged now but could take 5 days to clear. I still want the product but would have to pay again (£200) to re order and arrange delivery - bearing in mind they still have my funds from the original order. Said I would wait to see when the money was back in my account. I have had to do all the chasing and although you seem to be able to send e mails under the 'make a complaint section there is no option to choose 'non delivery of item's and the system kept booting me out. In the end I have sent a letter of complaint by post and live in hope of some response!! Very disappointing service and communication.

Shambles of a business. Made a purchase and opened a new account. No email validation process and address was wrong so although goods arrived no invoice was received (despite the email invoice they would have sent would have failed as it was invalid and doesn’t exist (I’ve checked). Despite texts regarding my delivery a call to their office was not able to resolve why I had received no invoice. Each time they said “we are having a few issues and the account should update shortly” Next correspondence I then received was a letter claiming I had missed my first payment. I called, explained that no invoice had been received and settled the account in full in one payment. THEY THEN ADDED A NON PAYMENT NOTICE TO THE CREDIT REFERENCE AGENCIES SO IMPACTING MY CREDIT SCORE DESPITE THE ISSUE BEING THEIR TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. DESPITE COMPLAINING THEY REFUSED TO REMOVE SO I AM NOW DEALING WITH THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY. All this within 30 days of placing my first (and last) order with this shower os s**t
