“ I placed an order for race day tickets and became uneasy when Viagogo could not give a delivery date. I asked to cancel the order. Viagogo said refund was not possible but I could sell tickets on their site. A horrible, commission hungry and lazy company. I will not use again and would not recommend. ”

Recycled around multiple useless customer service operators who say the same thing with no responsibility for what they say they will do. Terrible terrible website and useless customer service. ”
