“Port quality and terrible customer service . Purchased an orchard toilet and seat broke after 12.5 months.
Phoned up asking for a new screw and fixing which had broken and was told that the extended 3yr warranty doesn’t cover seats. Refused to even send a screw as it was over 12 months.
Don’t buy from these, might be cheap but it doesn’t last”

“I booked a delivery for between 12 and 8 on a Saturday. I got a text that morning to tell me that the delivery would be made between 1240 and 1440 so that I wouldn't have to stay in all afternoon.
Later, I got a text to tell me that the delivery was on its way and would be at 1206. By this time, I was not going to be available then. There was no missed delivery card when I got home at 1215 and the delivery was not attempted during the rest of the afternoon either.
I have heard nothing from Victoria Plum, far less an apology, and not even an acknowledgement to my emails. Furthermore, they have not processed my refund and it is now Thursday night.
Given their feedback, I would suggest that Victoria Plum is not in the least bit bothered about customers having a bad experience with Victoria Plum.”
“Spent a fortune with this company, bought the most expensive furniture in their range. More fool us, all ruined due to water damage after 3 years. Please don’t make same mistake we did and avoid this lot. We furnished a smaller bathroom in out property with B and Q furniture and it’s much more durable. Avoid at all cost !”
“4 years ago were furnished two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet using goods fromVictoria Plumb, on the strength of good design and reasonable prices.
Two of the sinks had small chips appear in the surface - what is called 'blow-out' - where tiny bits of plaster, or non-ceramic material has got into the clay (it usually happens with plaster from moulds) and have forced off some of the glazed surface. This might non be the direct fault of V Plumb; it is sloppy manufacturing - though VP are ultimately responsible.
In the last year TWO of the toilets have had to have the flushing mechanisms replaced as the water wouldn't stop running when the flush was pulled.
We will NOT be buying from Victoria Plumb again. Quality leaves a lot to be desired.”
“Everything was fine until I had to return an item, because their carrier who they have instructed lost the item your made to feel like a liar even if you have a post office receipt they won’t refund your money. Until they receive the item off the carrier”
“This company is incredibly incompetent and very frustrating to deal with. They will sell you a faulty unit as their quality control is abysmal and then make it very difficult to find any sort of solution. I bought a shower unit that doesn't work, when you have to install a product to test it you rely on the quality control. Having discovered it doesn't work I have had to deal with multiple members of their staff who treat you like you've done something wrong and suggest that it is somehow my responsibility to fix the shower. Finally got them to agree to send a part (not a new shower) urgently, just to get a call this morning saying no one ordered it so now I have to wait another few days before getting a repair done at my cost to a very expensive shower unit”
“I took a day off work to accept a delivery which didn't arrive. They offered me £6 in compensation, but only if I spent time writing to them! Completely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend them to anyone.”
“We spent £625.77 on a new bathroom and when we had an issue with the shower, which allowed water to come out from EVERY join that said it wasn't fitted correctly, when in fact a plumber with 20 years experience fitted it, we took phots of everything, I sent them to them and they ask me to fit it again and video it for them so they could check it was fitted correctly. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.”

I then complained and asked for a refund and they responded by telling me that I wasn’t eligible for it. Never use this company. Bought a toilet attached to a concealed unit with a sink on top. The cistern they supplied was not fit for purpose, as when fitted centrally you couldn’t get any 90 degree bend on their side filling cistern, due to the space in the unit.
Trying to tell Victoria Plumb (Victorian Plumbing) whatever they call themselves is a nightmare. All I’ve been told is that they’ve spoken to their plumber, and they say it should be fine.
I had to purchase a bottom filling cistern, and a new flexi flush pipe so that it would all fit in the unit they have supplied.
They should be supplying bottom filling cisterns from the ordering stage.
Customer service was initially prompt, but when I provide receipts for the extra money I’ve spend, and I request a refund... no chance.
Stay away from this company.”

Charge £40 for exchange items plus charge you again for the items you order even though you have already paid for the first lot of items and it's a straight swap. Wish me luck getting this money back. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.”

Delivery came today but delivery men refused to take it upstairs because they weren't allowed on a building site! They were referring to a house in which we live and are currently renovating. What do they want - a red carpet! Won't use again.”

“Not just me then. All good until you have an issue. Customer service is appaling and, in general, have a terrible attitude. Now at the point that if I don't get the required resolution that trading standards will be getting a call. Asked to speak to a manager in the office today and told that it can take it up to 3 days.....are you serious!? Have done online chat, email and telephone with no success. As it stands, they have received, and signed for, over £200 of goods but are refusing to exchange them. I'll never buy from these cowboys again!”
