“Order was late, when it did arrive the bath was damaged. There is no customer service, only email. I received an automated mail 3 days after my original complaint stating they are busy and I’m in a queue. Once they have your money your no longer of interest. Do yourself a favour, but elsewhere.”

“DELIVERY 4 MONTHS LATE!! Awful customer service. Their live chat has been off for 2 months and getting in touch with them about our 3 overdue deliveries has been like pulling teeth. Had a nightmare trying to swap an item, wasn't collected for 6 weeks.
We were meant to get a delivery on thursday 9th July , but we were out (this was ordered 2 months ago - first day out the house since lockdown) and there was no option to rearrange. They are now refusing to deliver until the 21st, which is useless to us, and is too late. Our bathroom is being finished this friday 17th, meaning we will have to pay the contractors to come back.
UPDATE THEY HAVE LOST THE PARTS TO OUR ORDER AND ARE NOW SAYING ANOTHER 5 WEEKS, AND THAT WE CAN'T GET THE MISSING ITEM UNTIL 28 AUGUST. TOTAL JOKE.”

Having moved house pre COVID I have ordered a lot to furnish a new property, they have been by farTHE WORST COMPANY I have had to deal with, probably the WORST I have ever ordered anything from. “Ordered small freestanding bathroom cabinet. Item arrived on time but back panel damaged - broken in three places due to screw (which fixes to side of cabinet) being badly countersunk and tightened too much. Cardboard packing box was totally fine so damage occurred pre-transit. Despite this item had a Quality Check sticker confirming OK. "Aye that'll be right." as we say up here. Waited for an hour and a half on Live Chat until I gave up. You can't get through by telephone. Have emailed for a partial refund but will be surprised if I get any response other than an automated one given what other customers have said. Reviews on Trust Pilot are obviously rubbish. Wish I'd seen this review site before I ordered.”
“Was informed that Victoria Plumb could not deliver my order on the stated day so I have tried to cancel as my kitchen was being fitted on these days and I required the Sink and Tap to be fitted during installation. I immediately emailed back saying please cancel the order and I would purchase from someone else. Well we are now on the 15th of the month and Victoria plumb say they will deliver the order tomorrow .I don't want the order you should have given me the choice to cancel when you rearranged delivery but you certainly should have acted on my email and canceled the order. Cannot contact you by phone life chat is permanently engaged customer service is none existent,”
“Placed and paid for an order and opted for the first available delivery date of 10th July 2020 (18 days later) I received a message saying that I would be given a 2 hour deliver window the day before deliver was due. This did not happen. So went on their web site to try and find a delivery time only to find that I was no. 84 in line to 'chat to a representative'. 30 minutes later I finally got through only to eventually be advised that the Item was out of stock. (this despite the fact that a delivery date had been previously arranged) I insisted that I be refunded only to be told that I would now have to wait to be dealt with another department. After further delay I was advised that I would be refunded but that this would take two weeks.
Do not buy anything from Victoria Plumb - they cannot be trusted to deliver what they promised”
“Just the same as everyone else. DO NOT BUY FROM VICTORIA PLUM. Ordered a toilet and vanity unit. Due to constant damaged items we have 3 toilet pans and 4 toilet cisterns to throw in the skip. Chat line was offline more than it was on and my blood was boiling several times when from being 100 in queue to single figures chat ended! I tried telephoning, emailing, using chat line and the good old fashioned postal service. STILL WAITING to get a response. We had to go to our local bathroom store and pay more for a quality, perfect toilet as our plumber had been cancelled twice due to delays. I was offered £20.00 as a goodwill gesture!!!! They are an absolute joke.”
“Zero customer service. Been waiting on the online chat for over 2 hours, stuck on number 8 in the queue for 30 minutes and suspect I will stay there. Trying to get faulty shower replaced. I hope this company goes out of business, they deserve to.”

Request images of tiny hole and saying they cant see it whilst ignoring many offers to return so they can test.
