“ Fraudulent company. I posted an item which I have proof of delivery. The paid said she received a completely different item. I complained, Vinted contacted the courier and said that I didn’t follow the correct shipping g procedure so they refunded the buyer when she did receive the item. They certainly do not support the seller and customer service is shocking. They don’t look at the proof so I have lost money. ”
