Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I have really enjoyed using the app and found some great bargains but the support for when things go wrong is awful and there are a few professional scammers on there which ruines it for everyone. Example one a seller sent me the completely wrong item ( accidents happen, so I contacted her she said she would refund if I returned item, seems reasonable until I had to pay for the return due to her mistake) customer service basically said tough and I had to pay postage to get a refund. Recently I started selling a few bits just for fun. I had a book that isn't printed anymore it was in good used condition I pictured flaws and stated it had been used, a buyer made me a offer, before I got to decline offer she had bought for asking price which tells you she was keen . I packaged book in plastic and brown paper wrap and sent off via locker. Two days later she contacts me she isn't happy with how evri handled parcel she sends me picture of book which is now bent a bit like a rolled up newspaper. I apologize ask her to return and say I will refund, she declines apparently wants to claim against evri ( what rubbish) she wanted the book for free. I stay polite and give her the benefit of the doubt. I contact vinted explaining what's happening and say I'd like book back and IL refund her but they have to go through their processes apparently, which decide I'm to blame for not packaging book well enough refund her and she is under no obligation to return, so I message her politely and request we sort out a return and offer to pay for postage seems reasonable , She Blocks me with no message . Book was so terrible she had to keep it. Vinted do not keep track on how many complaints a person makes and we're totally unhelpful. I could understand if I'd been rude or accused her of anything over messages. I was quick to reply and offer refund and was left short by a scammer who deleted pics of parcel with her address before the decision because she wanted the book cheap, then wanted it free, joke is I obviously have her address from label, she can have it the little scruff . I've recived many books packaged as I sent mine, Il take responsibility for not packing as they suggest, unknowingly but it doesn't explain why I was left short. Terrible experience and I won't use site again unless they make fairer rules.

the courier gave my package to the neighbour even though i was at home. my bell was never rung. i was fuming. then the neighbour denied accepting any package. i contacted vinted saying the parcel never arrived and they sent me instructions via chat then emailed me a form. i sent it back filled out, in email. then vinted wrote me on chat that i didnt reply to the chat by the deadline?! they made me so upset and they do not have proper complaints procedure. not good customer service at all.

I have used vinted now for over a year. But just recently I have had an issue with the item I have purchased and wanted to get some help to resove the issue. All they do, send you very generic response and nothing gets resolved. I will be closing the account. Really disappointed in them.

I have been blocked for advertising a Tena product that was brand new and not the item that I needed.Although the outer package was opened the items were still in bags.I was told these items were ‘dangerous’!!I have since noticed underwear not wrapped or sealed,bikini bottoms that have been worn and without tags!!I have apologised many times and I have used Vinted for both buying & selling and feel that I have been badly treated.

Vinted is a great platform for buying and selling. When it's good it's great. But the aggressive nature of buyers making low ball offers are beyond a joke. There is no option for turning offers off or setting the lowest offer you'd be willing to accept. Customers forever moaning about shipping costs and Vinted do not favour Royal Mail. A five day window to ship, a five window to mark as received. If a buyer fails to mark received it takes up to 4 weeks to get paid. It's just not worth the hassle. Don't even get me started on receiving items packed in carrier bags.

I received a damaged item told vinted sent them photos informed the seller who wanted the item back all was done within 24 hours vinted then apparently sent me a message wanting more info which l didn't receive then they gave the seller my money so she was paid and got the damaged item back now they are saying there's nothing they can do everything is also automated no real people to help or talk to

I have bought and sold safely. The real problem is customer service : you never get to talk to anyone, and they just do not give a s*** and reply with template emails. If everything goes smooth then ok. But the moment you have a problem with the parcel or the purchase you won't get ANY help. So, why are the buyers paying the service commission? I lately had a very bad exoerience, thry literally STOLE 20 euros, so I won't be recommending to anyone anymore.

I used Vinted and the former platform for almost 10 years (both as a seller and buyer) and have almost 1000 positive ratings. Now it happened that two new members contacted Vinted after my parcel didn't arrive after 5 (!) days and I got blocked from both them and Vinted. Vinted only comes back with more or less automated messages that I should send them that I got in contact with the members (I can't they blocked me) and send them the screenshots. I write a new message every day since a week and everytime another costumer service person answers me quite the same message without answering to what I am writing and it takes them over a day to do so. I am so so so disappointed to be banned from a platform I used to love after 10 years bc of weird people and employees that are seemingly not able to work in customer success.
