“I used Visa HQ 14 years ago and remembered that the service was flawless and rapid. I used it again and was quite pleased with the results. I have not yet taken my trip but so far the experience has been positive . It took a little over a week because I had to redo a document. The cost is reasonable and I was sent my visa electronically. I am ready to travel!”

“VisaHQ was extremely responsive and thorough. My executive had a very short turn around on a complicated visa and they made it extremely easy and fast. They kept us in the loop at every stage. I especially appreciated having 1 person to communicate with on all of our questions, forms, etc. It made things much more streamlined and we were never in doubt! Have recommended to all of our colleagues and will definitely be using for all future visa requests. Thank you!!”

“Worst customer service ever !!!!! I canceled my request and asked for a refund 2 hrs after i applied , they kept on saying we will get back to you and then issued my visa without my consent and refused to give me my refund! What is the purpose of customer service if they do not listen to the customer’s request. On top of that , charges are not reasonable asking for more than triple the price !!! Very disappointing , never dealing with visahq again!”

“We used them to get a business visa. The online form clearly stated what documents were needed and the date to receive the visa was estimated by the time we submitted the final application. We were thrilled to receive the visa a week ahead of their estimated date of arrival.”

“I applied for my visa on 22nd of March I was told the person handling the visa would contact I waited till 27th March until she contacted me I had asked questions regarding what was required and if documents I had were suitable I’ve waited 20 days for a response the service is not acceptable especially if your thinking you need a visa asap like I did really poor service I’m still awaiting now to have a response and I’ve emailed spoke to customer service and tried reaching out via the what’s app I’ve asked for management to contact me but nothing 🙈 be careful using this company it’s not like what they promise online”

“I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire visa processing team. In particular I want to thank the notable job done by 2 team members. I was frustrated by call consular office at Washington DC. Several attempted calls went answered. After googling other consular offices in USA, I got into Rhode Island’s office. 10 pm First call in this office was answered by Jeanbee Benavente. Jean not only educated me on visa application process but she gave me her direct email to reach her in case I encountered problems. I reach to her several times and she was always available for me no matter what time of the day or night. Cannot thank you enough Jean for being there for me. Then come another member of the team by name Angel Pantaleon. I did not know the integrity of the documents. After struggling to upload the documents which were not of standard. Angel prompting reach out and educated me of the standard documents. I had difficulty uploading the passport photo. Angel agreed I send all the documents to me and he uploaded them for me. Thank you Angel. Cannot thank you for great work you did to me. Once the document uploaded, everything went fast. I received several emails updated what was happening in every stage. The updates took my anxiety away. I received my visa in team. Once again than you for your dedicated services.”
