“I had ordered a Samsung S 8 tab on 28 th March. They dud not ship it . Whenever I tried to call them on their helpline, I had to wait for very long tones. I raised several complaint tickets and everyone got the response that my order us being processed but not shipped.
Finally I asked them to cancel my order on 3/4/23. However there is no email from them on their official email stating the cancelation and initiation of refund.
They don't ship nor respond nor refund. It is a fraud company. I am shocked that this is happening in the Era of online shopping. I wonder who is the owner of this company

“I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no 2057514.
They had several options on website to take the payment from customer and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is answering or replying them.

“Further to my earlier comments about the purchase of a Canon MG2577s Printer/Scanner which was delivered on Mar 3rd with cracked glass, after further twelve days, my experience with them remains dismal as so far. Other than auto-responses they have not taken any action so far. As such, I got the glass replaced by a local technician for a small cost which they have remained mum about reimbursing! My summary comments about VleBazaar is that they are not total fraud, as they did send me a printer at an attractive price, but their after sales service remains ZERO. On checking with Canon, it seems that their printer is not covered under any warranty (I do not know about other suppliers, but Amazon cetainly replaces any defective item). My experience with Vle: POOR.”

Despite reporting the damage with photos within an hour of receipt only automatic routine replies stating that it will be attended to shortly. This has happened for five days, but no action from the supplier. I have asked for a replacement by returning the damaged printer or getting their technician to repair it at my home. Otherwise, refund the price paid. Their phones are always busy and email responses are auto without action so far. VERY POOR effort by VLEBAZAAR - be careful to deal with them.”
