I purchased an Apple Watch from the website which was already faulty and after returning it they didn’t return my money.
It’s been Six Months now and I’m yet to get my refund even after making more than 300 calls to their customer services.

“I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no 2057514.
They had several options on website to take the payment from customer and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is answering or replying them.
Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on google there was no such office and the address on website was fake.
this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and don't deliver anything.”
“I purchased Duracell 60watt Fast Charger on 9 March 2013 from VLEBAZAAR. I received it on 13th March. But it was faulty & in non working condition. So I contacted 3 times to support center on their official mail as well as support tickets. But still after 3 days, there is no reply or no any action from VLEBAZAAR.
I think I have been cheated properly....

“Further to my earlier comments about the purchase of a Canon MG2577s Printer/Scanner which was delivered on Mar 3rd with cracked glass, after further twelve days, my experience with them remains dismal as so far. Other than auto-responses they have not taken any action so far. As such, I got the glass replaced by a local technician for a small cost which they have remained mum about reimbursing! My summary comments about VleBazaar is that they are not total fraud, as they did send me a printer at an attractive price, but their after sales service remains ZERO. On checking with Canon, it seems that their printer is not covered under any warranty (I do not know about other suppliers, but Amazon cetainly replaces any defective item). My experience with Vle: POOR.”

“I purchased a Canon MG2577s Printer/Scanner from VleBazaar. They sent it through Xpressbees who delivered it on Mar 3rd, 2023 with a cracked scanner glass. (I do not know whose fault). Despite reporting the damage with photos within an hour of receipt only automatic routine replies stating that it will be attended to shortly. This has happened for five days, but no action from the supplier. I have asked for a replacement by returning the damaged printer or getting their technician to repair it at my home. Otherwise, refund the price paid. Their phones are always busy and email responses are auto without action so far. VERY POOR effort by VLEBAZAAR - be careful to deal with them.”

“I have purchased Mi 10000mAH 3i Power Bank from Vlebazaar.in.
However, I received AMBRANE Power Bank with Broken Seal. I received totally different product than the ordered product.
When I contacted their Customer Care Number they all Disconnected my Calls multiple times.
They do NOT Refund in Original Bank Account but they provide refund in their own Wallet which is useless.
This is a FRAUD Website. I have the worst experience with your service in my first time order.
