I have been trying to join Vodafone for 2 months now and had my order cancelled 3 times. I've try to ring up which has been a night mare and the times I did get through the staff where rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - Pay the bit extra and go somewhere else!

Network point of view no problem but for delayed payment a customer is bombarded with one reminder each day until he pays up the bill. This is a mild torture.

Your services are very bad i lost my number it was a prepaid number and this was my first number when i went to reissue this number again u guys told me that i need to take postpaid number first then only i can change it in prepaid numner i mean what the hell u guys are there to loot the customers i dont need to pay more than 400 rs for a month because i use it rarely then why i should go for postpaid really bad experience change ur policy first

Worst ever network, can't access basic sites or an app and on the other hand the charges are so high . I have 4gb/day pack bt can't use over 400mb-500mb bcz it is damn slow and irritating. I am unable to do my work bcz of this my work is getting disturb. Other network services are way better than this ,I will never suggest this network to any1.

Shame on you Vodafone.... My Father passed away recently and i called Vodafone to cancel his plan but explained that i wanted to keep the number for my elderly mum and go on to a pre paid. I was told to go to the nearest store and they could do it on the spot. Went into the store explained what had happened they said i needed to produce a copy of the Death Certificate along with other ID which i did. All paperwork was uploaded to my dads file & then i was told that i would have to ring up and cancel it over the phone. Rang Vodafone explained again that i wanted to cancel the contract that my father was on and keep the same number on a Vodafone pre paid. Thay said the hand set still had money owing and we would have to pay it out or send it back. ???? Surely if the peraon who the plan was under was deceased all monies owing become null & void so i asked if they could make an exception as they would only throwing the handset out so they told me. Vodafone told me no and said that they would cancel the plan and block the phone which they did within 4 minutes leavimg my elderly mum with no phone or contact.No compassion in hard times. Absolutely disgusted with your so called customer service Vodafone will never deal with you again.

One of the worst company with high Bill's inspire been mentioned to their employers no response but bill will be raised very bad attitude with employers in spite their is no network or data working plan are different from their method of implemention

Absolutely disgusting company, with discracful morals and customers service. I will be actively promoting people to stay clear of Vodafone. Firstly they fined me £70 for a contract which I spent £9 a month for stepping over my minutes by 2h. My account type meant I couldn't even set up alerts or caps to prevent this, which breaches offcom regulations. Then a 12h set of calls where they insist they are owed money, with no perspective that I could have 6x more contracts for this fine. Clearly I left. Just to have the £17 discount they finally agreed to knock off the discracful fine chased up by CSScollect and state that legal action would occur. All because vodafone have an awful internal system and have total disregard for customers. Every dealing with this company has been a shambles.

Absolutely pathetic company. You made repeated errors and destroyed my credit history and wasted my time for long time. Everything including emotional distress, consequences to my family and most importantly completely destroying my credit file were the victories this pathetic company had over last 5 years. I'm staying with this mobile network since i know they even won't answer my calls if i'm not a customer. They prolonged my case with a pathetic complaint handling unit and ultimately offered me £250 for causing me thousands of credit loss. Absolute disgrace, and If i had affordability to sue you i'll do that tomorrow. I'll not give-up on this and will not stop my efforts until justice is made one day.

I spoke with this customer service rep named SHIMAMBI, an Indian woman with a very rude and very offensive telephone manners. Wondering how she got a job as customer service when she doesn't have any knowledge on simple courtesy and customer service. She has no right working in customer service field

I wont even give 1 star if i can. Most terrible company I had to deal with. I was contacted by a salesman offering me A broadband deal. When I ask what is going to happen with the outstanding bill with my current provider the guy assured me this will be cover by them so wont need to pay anything to BT for canceling my contract earlier. I was told this numerous time over two different conversations. When i agreed to by their product and cancel my contract I received &80 bill which I was told by BT that vodafone wont cover. When i requested my conversations with vodafone to be reviewed as it will prove what I was promised, they told me both conversations are missing and they will not cover the bill from BT. I've spend enormous time on the phone with both BT and vodafone and now i have to beg BT to wave this bill off me. this caused me to lose broadband for a month and the process of setting up new contract with new provider. Also paying £80 to BT because I was lied to by vodafone salesmen. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Can't wait for my phone contract to end to change this greedy provider. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VODAFONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
