I bought a phone samsung s21 from vodafone online. Its been 4 months i didnt receive earbuds as they keep making same mistake. I probably called 25 times so fix the issue. Now i have cancelled vodafone and switched to optus. What they did is cancelled my insurance too on my two phones too without informing. Their call center is in india only and they have no idea how to operate. They dont understand questions. I am very disappointed with the service. After 7 years i am leaving vodafone. I dont recommend anyone to use this service.

My account was frauded by someone i know, they can't provide me with call logs, a phone contract- contract. Nothing, I contacted the fraud team and they emailed the bloody email associated with the account even though I gave them my email to be contacted on with the verdict of the fraud investigation 😂 when I tried to make a complaint she basically talked me out of it. I've been fighting this for 5 years please please never get a contract with Vodafone they are awful.

Consistently terrible customer service in every way imaginable. Online chat doesn't work on Chrome, had to download Firefox, when I do the password reset the brand new reset password often doesn't work, Agents on the phone have network issues so it hangs up occasionally or they can't hear what you're saying at all. If you do manage to speak to an agent they do at least try to be helpful and are friendly but even then resolving something that should be very basic usually takes a few hours, and whenever the call fails (which is very often), you have to call again and start from scratch. Also agents pass you to another team after around speaking to them for around 20 mins, and you have to start from scratch. I will definitely be switching to another network as soon as I can get out of my contract, purely because of the stress that speaking to their customer services causes.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.. I have been trying to cancel my dad's contract for a few months now due to the fact he has no signal where he lives.. He has had 2 falls and not been able to get hold of me because of no signal! Vodaphone want me to pay the cancellation fee for this £9pm sim only, When I got the contract in store they assured me the signal was great in his area - they have since admitted that the signal is very poor in his area! I have informed them of his falls and that he is vulnerable, I told them he wasn't able to call me but the lady I spoke to today said - and I quote 'I'm sure he'll be fine' 😡 Someone was supposed to call me back last week (no one did) and apparently the manager is calling me today to discuss this! I'm not holding my breath... I do have another sim card for dad but #vodafone won't give me a pac code without me paying the rest of the contract! I think we deserve compensation for the way we have been treated and I refuse to pay the remaining amount as this is not our fault.. My advice is stay away from Vodafone

By far the worst company i have ever come into contact with, this includes market stalls. What an absolute joke of a business. The customer service is absolutely by far the worst part of this company with no structure in place to try and fix this. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes over an invoice that is nothing to do with me but have had a bailiffs letter through the door. All for a 20 pound pay as you go charge from March 2021 i cancelled my pay as you go contract in November, AVOID VODAFONE AT ALL COSTS!

After dealing with EE and Plusnet for a few years now, I didnt realise old school awful service from telecoms companies still existed. Vodafone have corrected my assumptions. I have stupidly purchased their completely useless Neo Kids Watch which simply doesn't work. At present it is impossible to get in touch with them to resolve the issue. This is going to be hours before they resolve, argh it reminds me of BT in the 90's.

Terrible experience with Vodafone. Had to deal with awful broadband for months, until it reached a point where I was unable to perform my day to day job. I tried to terminate the contract, but every call to the customer service would last 2-3 hours with all the transfers, until I would be connected to customer relations representatives, who were very rude and unwilling to help me, insisting they can't see any issues in my area and the wifi should work perfectly fine (just to illustrate how bad the wifi was - I was unable to send emails or make Teams/Skype calls). In the end, I was forced to pay 200 pounds just for the remaining time of my contract, despite the fact that I had disconnected my router (gigacube) and hadn't used any data in that period of time, because I had to get into a contract with an alternative broadband provider to avoid losing my job. Awful experience, would not recommend to anyone.

Don't get caught in their 24 month broadband contracts! I initially joined Vodafone Broadband for their cheap prices and discount with a mobile contract. I also thought 24 months of cheap contract, why wouldn't i like that? So the first install was a bit of a hassle; they didn't update me on the engineer coming round, rescheduled without telling me causing me to loose out on some paid annual leave. Once installed, they had some trouble activating and all in all, it took about 10 days to work once the router was installed. Not great but not too bad considering the trouble I have had with other companies. (just to note; I left their phone contract when I bought a new phone before the next part of this story) The second installation was when I was moving house. I notified them two weeks before moving house (18th Feb) and they said they would be able to install it on the 4th March, and to take my current router to the new house and plug it in on the day of installation, then wait for the engineer to arrive between 8am-1pm. This was another waste of a day as I had no notification from vodafone or their engineer confiming the arrival. I called them at 1:30pm (bit eager but they were late, so i thought) and they said they would arrive between 2pm and 8pm.. So i waited till the end of the day and no one arrived. The next day, I got a "good bye" email from Vodafone. They had cancelled my contract. I spent a couple of hours on the phone asking what was happening with my internet and they blamed it on an internal error, so they then put in another order and told me it would now be installed on the 8th March. Not great but it could be worse.. I get that with Covid etc, things are a bit of a struggle. It gets to the 7th March and they call me to confirm the internet will be installed on the 16th March.. 16th?! Okay fine, so 16th it is. 15th March comes along and they cancelled my contract again! So that is 4 times it has been delayed now, (4th, 5th, 8th, 16th March). I called them again and spent ages being chucked around to different departments.. At this point I wanted to cancel and just go with someone else, but I am stuck in a contract with 14 months still to go, so that would cost nearly £300 to cancel. Yep, they've got me by the nads here. I just have to deal with whatever they throw at me. Anyway. I finally get through to someone and he gets my fustration and can see that my contract has been cancelled over and over and he believes that he has fixed it. He "guarentees" the install by the 26th March. Finally! Someone gets it and it's all fixed! I'll book another day off work so I can be in for it and finally get this sorted. I got a message today from Vodafone confirming the internet will go active 8th April. Ha! We'll see.. So yeah.. Next time I get broadband, I'm going for a 12 month contract.

Shockingly bad customer service, which I unfortunately have to deal with due to connection issues. Every bad customer service cliche is here - good luck staying sane when trying to deal with them. The automated call-direction software alone will transport you into a kafkaesque nightmare, and I found even the staff to be unhelpful and rude.

Ordered my broadband internet and it should all been connected 2 weeks later, then when nothing happened contacted their support to found out that it was cancelled without me being informed, and then they promised to get another order and for confirmation I had to wait 3 days:). Worst service possible, will cancel my contract as well

Vodafone global coverage/reception is ok, will do, nothing exceptional. However god forbid something goes wrong with your phone and you have to contact customer service it will take a toll on your mental health. It takes an excessive investment of time and yet problems are perpetuated and not solved. There is no such thing as call once and problem taken care of even for simplest of matters that are under warranty. The customer service representatives are curtious and polite but completely ineffectual. if I could cxx my contract i would. I regret signing up with Vodafone. There is no good reason on balance to get a contract with them. Be warned! Go with another company!!!

I've had signal issues since my contract started, phone calls dropping messages not sending and little to no Internet. Everyyime I call I get pawned off with maintenance in my area, try these setting try new sim card etc but it never works they've told me I can't get a refund on the days this has been an issue but have to wait for the work to finish and everytime I call when they say the work is done I get told there's new maintenance and have to wait and they can't tell me when the refund will go back to very frustrating

Finally leaving Vodafone after 25 years. I have been with Vodafone since they were called Talkland. Over the years, I have become increasingly frustrated at how poor their customer service has become. I am also angry and insulted by renewal "upgrade" prices for my two sim only accounts that are more expensive than the same plan for new customers. on this occasion, the offered price to renew a two year contract on one plan was more expensive than I am paying now out of contract! As a long standing customer, I should be rewarded for my loyalty, not penalised. Having looked at the alternatives, I now know that Vodafone have become completely uncompetitive on price. I gave Vodafone every opportunity to offer a more competitive price for the two plans on my account, but they were adamant they could not offer me any reasonable discounts. I have now switched both phones to Tesco Mobile. One plan has double the amount of data, the other very slightly less. otherwise, identical in every other way. Total saving 36%. Goodby Vodafone!
