Awful customer service, needlessly difficult, the website often doesn't work or sends you to the wrong place. Hours wasted trying to sort out menial problems, only to be told to go in store, useless, am so annoyed.

Surely the worst customer service on the planet if I could give them minus 10 I would, it took 4 hours of phone calls just to cancel my contract and send a router back.

Shocking network would not recommend. Very poor signal and poor customer services. Waste of time complaining to them they don’t listen to you.

I had a recharge of 399 Rs. on 27th September 2020 through Payzapp Application of HDFC Bank. Amount was deducted from 60 Rs. from my Payzapp wallet and 339Rs. From my HDFC Bank account means Total 399Rs. deducted but due to some problem I was not getting recharge on my mobile number. I called Multiple times to customer care and the executive. They told me I will get my deducted amount in my bank account within 7 days . Now It's already 25 days but I still haven't received my deducted amount. and they daily called me and tell me we will soon solve your problem . It is ridiculous service from Vodafone

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Both call agents and live chat agents are totally incompetent in solving issues that shouldn't have ever existed in the first place. Whenever there is an issue, they would need constant 'checking up' from me over the phone and live chat (around twice every day) just to resolve issues slightly faster despite that it is their job to do so. Are they getting paid under minimum wage because they all seem to be very consistently incompetent?

There is very poor network coverage inside home. Even i cant get a watsapp message.. Worst network i have ever used

IT problem with Vodafone. I got a 12 months contract with Vodafone sim business and got problems to login my account. It kept going to my old account which I cancelled over a year ago. I called customer services 3 times, they kept trying to get me off the phone by saying I would received new confirmation within 48 hours, and everytime I tried to log in , it went to the same old account. I finally called 4th time, and the agent tried to get me off the hook by saying I would receive an email, but this time I said I would make formal complaint if they wouldn't resolve issue. I was on the phone over an hour. Finally, I manage to convince the agent it was IT issue she needed to speak to them. She did and resolved. So it is the problem with the IT at vodafone all this time. Its wasting quite a lot of time to resolve it if their customer services was trying to resolve it at first place rather than passing the ball to next agent. Such attitude is not really acceptable in this 21st century.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Moved home and was promised to have broadband on 23rd September. It is 16th October and still no broadband! Only promises and lies! Their contractor BT Open Reach is doing nothing as well - not showing up or lying that everything is fixed and will be live soon. It is a complete joke! Now promised to receive an update on 20th October, merely an update. AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COST! Moved address and wanted to move broadband. Was told it will be live on 23rd September, it is 16th October and was promised merely an update on 20th October, no indication when I can have broadband. WORST COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLease AVOID!

0 stars. I'll never use Vodafone again. I requested my £13.44 credit to be refunded back to my payment card. They told me it'll take 3-5 business days to receive the refund. I contacted them on the 5th day and they said 11 business days. I contacted them on the 10th day and they said I had to call them to request the Refund. Absolute joke.

Ongoing nightmare with Vodafone as my phone/internet provider. As a starting point it's a massively over priced service for what you get. Have been charged €76 per month for a phone that regularly goes over my data bundle. I use my phone data a distinctly average amount. Totally miscommunication and a lack of congruence in what information is given from various Vodafone staff members online/phone and in-person over their upgrade policy. I was signed up for a second two year contract without staff member informing of this before getting me to sign a legally binding contract. Extremely poor customer service. When I queried the contract issue I was threatened with debt collectors and a fine of €1000 for ‘breaking the terms' of said contract. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere

Awful company with terrible customer service, avoid! Bought a phone that was faulty on arrival (wouldn't charge, so pretty fundimental) and the customer service was so bad that I needed to use credit card purchase protection in the end to get money back, even after the phone was returned because the customer service dept was such a shambles. Never again

The primary aspects of writing this feedback is to let you know that how poor and horrible the service was, inspite of being lodging my complaint regarding incoming calls rejection, my complaint wasn't registered in ur records. And about ur 4g network--- there's no such thing as 4g network in my area being a City, as u promised to your customers about great network, I don't feel like using Ur network anymore for very poor connection with poor network. Please don't make false promises about Ur network.

Misadvertised price, given the incorrect information. Agents are very rude and don't care about customers and you're constantly repeating yourself to someone who doesn't care and you're set from pillar to post. The pay as you go staff are very pleasant, however the pay monthly staff will disconnect you and make you go through security checks yet again, if they don't want to listen and call back. Don't try to explain why you're upset and how they've upset you, they only care that they get paid. Avoid at all costs, made an already stressful and upsetting period so much more stressful. I can't wait to get rid of this company and never go with them again, even if they offer a cheap price I would much rather pay more. They try to add extra charges and when your question them they don't apologise, they explain that they're going to be adding credit and that you should be grateful for this. I could probably think of more issues but my head had burned out from all of this, absolutely awful. They will put all accountability on you and speak down to you, not a nice experience atall.
