Very unprofessional company with a extremely bad customer service that makes things worse than they are. I ordered a phone from their website and they kept delaying the delivery time even though I ordered it from a branch within my city.

Vodafone is quite successful at hiring and training, lying, deceptive, ignorant, inconsiderate, incompetent, unethical, lazy, unprofessional employees, whose sole purpose is making things complicated to the point that everything they pretend to resolve further deteriorates to the point of dysfunction including the patient and sanity of their customers. Be prepared to get stranded in a grim Kafkaesque reality. Sick of them all!

One of the worst experiences I have had with this company in a while. Made an Upgrade with new plan + new phone. Delivery drive came to my area twice with my package (phone) with the wrong address on it. Address was supplied by vodafone, although in my account is the correct address. I have called them in 3 different occasions and they said I will get the phone tomorrow. Tomorrow for the 3 days in a row is not tomorrow. DPD, another "amazing" / "UK's best" kinda company said its totally vodafone's fault and not theirs, although I have chosen for the package to be delivered to a neighbour (actually me and my address). Decided to cancel the order and the new plan (which I was told I should give a ring in about a week to double check) and I will for sure cancel my current plan which expires in a few months. Glad I can take myself to another company that will probably be more serious and respectful of their customers. Probably now, I will receive a standard reply to this review with : please contact us on tweeter or facebook so we can make things better.

Customer service wasn't able to resolve problem, had to contact a few times, even though I did, was just getting rid of. Still having problems and no discount or anything.

Very bad customer service. Very Unprofessional. Unnecessarily deducting money. Requested for a call back as I'm living abroad, but no communication initiated from their end. Highly dissapointed with the service. Better port to Airtel or Idea. Poor technical support also.

Worst network ever. Don't ever use vodafone internate.They are Just thinking that they can fool customer. I have not seen such a worst service ever. Better to shift with Airtel.

Worst customer service, I was Idea postpaid customer then they shifted me to Vodafone red, No proper response to customers query, number out of service still guys are not responding, people stranded without communication in lockdown and these guys taking advantage.

Awful customer service both LiveChat and by phone. This wasn't due to lockdown because they are always awful and incompetent so you waste literally hours being passed from one incompetent advisor to the next as it always takes about 20 minutes before they decide they aren't the right person to help. I am sure the advisors are trying their best and I really, really wish I could be nicer but their Customer Service always leaves me so angry. Maybe they pay them nothing and don't bother to train them properly. Why on earth I have stayed with Vodafone for so many years I'll never know but finally, today, I moved to a different company and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Was told that I used all my mobile data 26gb in 10 days. Although most of the time I am at home and using wifi. On that I got a reply from vodafone tech specialist that even if wifi is on mobile data still can be consumed as phone is using the internet source with stronger signal..which is bullsht. I have samsung s9 plus phone. Data usage shows that I used 1.4 gb of mobile data and 22 gb of data via wifi. At home I have virgin media with 350 mb download speed. And vodafone signal is very bad at my home!

The network is the most unstable one I have ever used. It is very slow and frequently deteriorates from 4g to 3g to 2g. When this happens any online transaction becomes void and I have lost money.

Got to say Vodafone is the worst network I've ever been on. I am on a campsite at Wolverley Kidderminster and can't even get a clear phone connection or us my data. WHEN in Australia I could not use my phone or data unless I pay the £6.00 a day Disgusting. I'm coming out of my contract as soon as this virus.

Tonight I was on customer contact centre chat, managed out of India for an hour, after 15 mins agent 1 passed me to agent 2. Agent 2 asked me question after question about cancelling including numerous security questions! Agent 2 then said after 45 minutes oh sorry I have just been informed cancellations are closed until 8am can you callback Sir..... Then when I complained he offered me £5 how to make it much worse.

They are awfull make lots false promises just to sell you something then lie to you about price and when you talk to them on phone or in store seriously regret signing up and they took payment twice when I paid on the phone then lied about refunding it made me n my kids wait 5 days for our money back we are still waiting they are criminals my advice stay away pay extra for virgin who I was with b4 defo worth it!

I have been with Vodafone since the end of 2019. They failed to set up the direct debit correctly and on the very day the bill was issued they cancelled my services because their direct debit was not set up, leaving me with no phone with a life threatening disease that requires that I have contact with hospital. I complained. They apologised and offered to give me a month free. The next month they only set up direct debit for 2 of the 3 bundles and the same thing happens. I complained again this time to CEO. I now get calls from Director's Office which is a joke as some call centre calls are based in Egypt. I am also at this time having lots of problems with broadband signal dropping off and the man in Egypt tests the system fully and says I need a new router. The next man who calls says I need to do something else and then log the times the signal drops and sure enough that makes no difference and another week passes before they agree to replace router and I say that the service has been very poor and instead of refunding the payments made they hold me over a barrel and only offer to credit my account for future bills only when all issues are resolved, ie I have to stay with them in order to benefit from the credit on my account. They are thieves. They have no conscience. They do not deserve to be in business. Don't fall for their competitive rates, no amount of saving is worth this type of hassle. I have never felt so incensed before ! They will go bust in no time if this is the way they treat decent people. Their CEO should never get another job as he is running the company into the ground with their lack of ethics. I hope people read these reviews.

Just spoke to a wonderful cheerful lady about my visa fine account she explained everything and was soo lovely she has totally put a smile on my face people like these are very rare so thankyou so much 💯🌈
