Poor signal DD gets taken out when thet feel like not on agreed date Constanly having overcharges on every bill Dont recomend

Customer service is terrible. They are stupid and rude. They don't answer for customer question, customer should listen what they say.

Disgraceful service. I left vodafone as soon as i could because of issues that took hours of my time and weeks of stress to get sorted. So i switched provider 10 days before my contract with vodafone officially ended, i fully expected to be charged up until the end of my contract, but as i was charged in advance this would have easily covered it, However, Vodafone sent me a bill for £168.35!! goodness knows where they got the figure from. After one and a half hours on live chat to someone who hadn't a clue what he was doing I was gven another figure of £17.10 to pay., considerng my monthly contract was only £15.38 per month even this is incorrect, I would strongly advise people to stay away from Vodafone.

Poor service, I will never use Vodafone again, all non U.K. Call centres don't have any idea what they are doing, all lies and empty promises, I have 3 phones with Vodafone and spend £2500 a year with you, I had 1 phone stolen and you sent the wrong replacement and I was without service for 14 days! I will never use you again, you need to stop using foreign call centres that read from predicable non constructive scripts, waste of time and I shall be posting my review across all social media the diabolical service that you have given me, I am open to how you can convince me otherwise before I share my awful experience!! Absolutely disgusting service we moved address n been waiting a month for broadband to be activated we was told it would be on today 20/07/17 but it's not been activated at all been over 24 hours n they've not even switched it on absolute disgrace so I'm switching provider never using these again worst company going!!!!!!!!!!!

I emailed regarding help on cancelling gome broadband and was told someone will be in touch within 48hrs! It's a week now!

Vodafone AWFUL EXPERIENCE 3 weeks on, 3 escalated complaints and an afternoon at the shop.The Vodafone app still not working, still cannot cap the data usage...it can only be done on an app that doesn't work!! How we have used 24 gb of data each month when we were only using 10gb per months before VF sounds suspect too.,Bracing myself for another shock when the next bill comes in and they keep phoning/texting the wrong person( the user ...not account holder)No one has phoned me! I have wasted 5 plus hrs on the phone! I have spent up to 25 hrs trying to sort this out.the shop, emails , calls. The director's office is supposed to be dealing with my escalated complaints , but harass and bombard my teenage daughter with texts / calls even though MY contact details ( the account holder) are in bold and underlined! and me saying clearly NOT to call her on ALL correspondence. Not phoning anymore, wasted 25 hrs plus - 3 weeks and no call yet and emails just saying they WILL call .A joke! Will just wait for ombudsman.

The irony of it all. After my last experience I rang to cancel my mobile and my 'myfi' device, basically anything at all that had to do with vodafone....So, this time I got this 'concerned' individual that was absolutely 'going to solve all my problems'. He certainly 'talked the talk' and we managed to strike a good deal moving forward.........well, until the next day when a 'dongle' (which I payed express delivery for) was delivered instead of a 'myfi' device, 3 calls later and another 115 minutes on hold or on a call about 'why' this 'dongle' (which was requested as a myfi device) hadn't been activated and although it is suppose to take between 1, 12 or 24 hours failed to be connected at all. So here I am again on my now 74th minute on hold and then transferred from a woman in Eqypt to a British man that flatly explained that he didn't know 'why' I'd been put to him as he only deals with people that signed contracts and want to get out of them after 30 days.......still on hold.........why is it so hard to be a customer.......Please as customers don't 'accept' this as 'normal' as the more you 'accept' this the less companies will be under pressure to review and revise their processes and procedures. Let's not forget that without us, they don't exist. Stand up for 'what you pay for' and 'what you're promised'......I'm currently speaking to someone now who is desperately trying to solve this issue......last chance as we now fall into our 130th minute.....

Over an hour now waiting for customer services! Still holding on but guess what they close in 15minutes. Over charged on my bill. Appalling service. Never known anything like it. Steer clear of Vodaphone!

Hi Everyone Apologies but I've never complained about a company in this way. I feel that as a 15 year customer of Vodafone my experience over the last years is horrendous. Quick summary New phone taken out 2 weeks and several visits to shop Eventually working but several of my contacts could only text and not call me This got worse over recent months Been asking for help for many days Office in Alexandria have lied not called back on numerous occasions. In fact never called back. 2 mangers on the same day swearing that they would never let me down. Can't estimate the number of hours spend on my landline. Still no resolution and stuck without a phone. Complete havoc and Vodafone employees are actively moving me about because they can't or won't deal with it Its been 1 year....Any advice......I'm sure Vodafone wouldn't have been so gracious if I has withheld payment since I received my phone! Feel sorry to have to leave such an awful review Ps... I have all the managers names but this seems hopeless as well. Their colleagues just refuse to put you through!

Talk mobile customers being put on to Vodafone, don't do it!! New deal sim only, just never arrived on day told, kept phoning, 3 or 4 times to see where it was, then 2 arrived on same day! Put in phone didn't work, phone again to be told sim no good will send another!! I said I have another as you had the foresight to send me 2!! This worked then letter arrived saying my plan was £22, phoned again to say it is £11, they said they couldn't do it for that!! Despite every time l rang one of the security questions was how much is your plan!! £11 I said, yes sir that's correct!!! One phone call customer advisor asked where abouts I was calling from! Told him and then he said guess where he was!! I said I don't care just can you sort this out! He said go on guess I will give you a clue, I said it's ok, he then said he was in Alexandria Egypt!! I said good nice and hot then!! but can you sort my SIM card out, he couldn't. He said he could but it never arrived. Cancelled.

Absolute pirates... been stuck with them for a few years now and its one problem after another. My advice is to look some where else, you will get a better deal! better customer service! and a lot less stress in your life!

Overcharging on monthly bill - BEWARE Went through my latest bill and found they had charged me £7.56 over the usual contracted amount. Reason stated over allotted call time, RUBBISH! Never use all my minutes. Added up call time and nowhere near. Got refund and little bit extra with profuse apologies but this was calculated, they were hoping I don't check the bill. Oh took two calls to sort it out because first time got someone in hirdy girdy land that doesn't speak good English duh! Useful!

it take 20 minutes to get throught the verfication on chat line. I said i would like to end the contract. They just do not brother to ask the reason why or try to pursude me to stay. Just tell me to give one month notice. and I will
