I cracked my screen on my phone, and understood that this should have been insured as it always has been. Vodafone refused to help and told me that I should have checked my bills and notified them if insurance was missing. I then wasted around 10 hours trying to solve the problem. I have been with them for over 10 years, and was simply passed from one overseas call centre to another. Absolutley pathetic company.

Worst customer care I have ever come across. Stay away from them. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get my sim ported from Vodafone to three. 1st time I rang I was informed there was an issue, it was fixed. Still didn’t work Rang back then Informed it was outside porting hours, it would be possible the next day Rang the next day they informed me it would take 2 days for my request to be processed Rang 2 days later again they said It was actually 5 days for the request to be processed. Rang again after 5 days without even checking with their porting team said it was a three issue. They would ring me back; they failed to do so. I contacted three. The agents were so helpful: they tried and failed to port my sim. Said Vodafone were blocking it. I re contacted Vodafone Who said I was entering my account as a pre pay when trying to port my sim. Informed the 50 times I had tried and failed to port my sim I never did that. Asked to try again. No luck Rang back. Someone was to ring me back. No one rang me back. Rang back again and found out when my contract was cancelled they upped my data charges without telling me so for the 2 weeks Trying to be rid of them I had accumulated €40 bill. It couldn’t be ported to three without paying. They are now holding my number hostage. I rang and asked to speak to a manager. Manager would contact me within 24 hours. (Friday) rang Monday afternoon when I still had not heard anything. Oh now it’s 48 hours waiting time. I’m still waiting to speak to a manager and I am NOT a happy customer. Absolutely shocking customer service every time I rang them

Worst network provider,You hardly get network in most of the areas and more over they have huge charges which you won’t be aware of until u get your bill...Vodafone charges me 2000rs just because I switched my plan....scam and pathetic company

'd rate zero if I could I'd rate zero if I could. I topped up by 15 pound and purchased a big value bundle pack, however for some reason it didn't go through I contacted them to ask what it happened and had been told that I have used the money I put on because the pack didn't go through. I don't understand how I could have use 15 quid in the time that it took me to realise that the pack hasn't been purchased. The response to me was giving me £1 worth of credit which included 1 GB of data 50 minutes and 50 texts. This doesn't cover anywhere near the amount of money I put on and now leaves me very short as I have college work and stuff to do during this lockdown. I will be changing sim as soon as I can and won't be returning back to Vodafone as this is the second mistake in 2 months now. I wouldn't complain so much if I had the money to replace the credit lost.

WORST, FOOLING, LYING, DISGUSTING, GREEDY AND HOPELESS service from vodafone. This is to inform and raise a complaint against your GREEDY AGENTS for stopping my outgoing a day earlier though there was sufficient dedicated talktime. My recharge date was 08/06/20 but still your SILLY STUPID IDIOT GREEDY AGENTS have stopped my outgoing on 07/06/20 why is this GREEDY, SHAMELESS AND LYING services from vodafone VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING, LYING, FOOLING and SHAMELESS services from vodafone. Why is your SILLY STUPID IDIOT GREEDY AGENTS bihari calling me from 8391003897 timed 16:05 pm. And told me to download quicksupport and telling me to give the bank details pin or download phone pay and recharge again on my vodafone number. And why was it so? Why again second recharge on my number? And who had given him the authority to ask me bank details and pin. Nowadays vodafone is just hiring a FOOLING, LYING, FRAUD and FAKE bihari for looting the customers. Is the sent number 8391003897 related to vodafone or is it was CHEATER, LIAR, FAKE AND FRAUD bhaiya calling me and asking me to download some stupid ap and my bank details. If it is true than vodafone must have hired these type of CHEATERS, LIARS, FRAUD AND FAKE bhaiyas to loot the customers Beaware from vodafone. Firstly you vodafone people are MISGUIDING and DIVERTING the real issue by sending some USELESS AND FOOLING mail's. My question is when the recharge message was sent on 08/06/20 than why was my outgoing stopped on 07/06/20? You vodafone people are MISLEADING the issue, last month also the same issue of stopping my outgoing a day earlier. I just wanted to know why is it so? And secondly the number sent is associated with vodafone or not? Because from that number a SILLY STUPID IDIOT GREEDY MORON typical bihari bhaiya was asking me to download some SILLY STUPID app and asking me my bank details and pin, why was it so? Have you inquired about that CHEATER, LIAR AND SHAMELESS bhaiya. You people just want to divert the issue but don't take any action against the culprit only MISGUIDE the customer. First take necessary step and inquire about that SILLY STUPID GREEDY bhaiya and let me know the result who the CHEATER and LIAR was? These vodafone are so SHAMELESS AND GREEDY that they can't hear the truth what I am commenting of their FAKE and FRAUD services. So they have blocked me on social network, plus they have hired some bhaiyas who calls the customers and tell them to download some SILLY STUPID ap and asks our bank details and UPI pin. This CHEATERS AND LIAR bhaiyas are on purpose hired to LOOT the customers by vodafone in this lockdown a d when complaint about the CHEATERS and LIARS vodafone had blocked me on social media.

Vodaphone had got my contract setup wrong right from the start in January 2019! it is now June 2020 .... ans still no resolution. I have phone them many times, wrote 2 letters of complaint, had atleast 4 webchats .... but nothing has been done. There are too many lazy people with foreign accents & English ones too that just pass the buck or cut you off, even go to the lenghts to promise you to call you within 24 to 48 hours - and guess what ... they dont call! Ive switched to 02 today on one of the accounts and hope to switch the second one by the end of this month. Vodaphone is an abhysmal provider, full of unqualified and bad mannered people. There are better Providers (some worse tan others) - thwrefore please do shop around. Botton line is that if you are NOT happy with your Provider then JUST MOVE!!

Vodafone’s service is abysmal. They let me down during the only time in my life I can genuinely say I needed my phone to work. They made what was already a stressful and traumatic time a lot worse. I’ve just had some poor bloke in a call centre call to apologise personally as it’s the only thing he’s authorised to do.... not apologise on behalf of Vodafone but personally. Vodafone as a company has a poor hard product, poor customer service, no sense of corporate social responsibility and treats their loyal customers who have paid them thousands of pounds over the year like dirt. Please look for a different mobile provider as pretty much any one other than Vodafone will give you a better service.

Don't bother with their Chat My iPhone died. Use their chat service. Very quick, said they'd be in contact over email. email never came. started the process all over again via chat. two hours on chat, simply to book in a repair. they say they can't until i unlock my FMI feature. which if course I can't do because the phone won't power on.

AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!! The worst customer service I have experienced! I have been with Vodafone for the last few years. The customer service could even hang up the phone on you if they wish to. Clearly, there is no good management. When you ask the supervisor you will be told that there are no supervisors or the person will that he/ she is the supervisor or refuse to give you their detail. Trust me, you would not want to deal with the Vodafone customer service team. You will feel helpless. The customer service team doesn't care about customers. I strongly advise you NOT TO JOIN Vodafone if you are considering getting a new contract or upgrade. You better of getting you deal from somewhere else. In fact anywhere for that matter else. You will never get any worse than Vodafone.

Dear Vodafone Management. Mr Siddhart is the worst staff in Vodafone company. He is so rude at customer care that he use only speak heavy words with no respect. I request Vodafone company to take strict action on him as he liability to the company. I have request to help me to discontinue 999 plan as their is no internet from last 4 months in Goa. Thanks

Disgusting! Covid-19 let’s rip off our customers! Have phone insurance! Tick Broken phone? Tick Go to shop? Tick Pay $200 upfront excess??? Without knowing what’s wrong with $800 phone? Ok tick 😥 Get phone back...broken screen?! So paid $200 and a year worth of insurance for a screen I could have fixed for $50? $200 excess for a $800 phone! Don’t bother calling them! On the phone for well over an hour...three overseas different call centers...in NZ hours...but apparently no NZ people working in Covid-19? So now we employ overseas people over NZ people? When no one has a job? Ohhh and we will delay tactic enough that you’ll hang up in fustration! Nice Vodafone! My daughter has been paying insurance and now out of pocket $200 for a $50 fix! On my account! Nice work! Imagine if any other ANY OTHER insurance company asked you to cough up the excess before assessment!!! Funny how my $15,000 a year pet insurance policy only has a $200 excess? And now so does my $800 phone? Extortion! If u have insurance...cancel it! Rip off! Bye bye Vodafone! My business, my personal, all broadband. Hello Spark!

I am using Vodafone from a long time around 12 years but from last 3 months I am getting very very high bill. I have a Vodafone plan of Rs. 149 but Vodafone has added RS. 499.71 additional as internet charges. Vodafone make my bill of RS. 785.71. So, how it's possible that, if you have a plan of 149 RS and company add 499 RS. Additional charges in bill. My number is 9871202604. Please check attachment for bill details.
