Lost one of the phones on my contract but they blocked the wrong device. 5 days later I have still not been unblocked and the paperwork I need to claim for the lost phone is incorrect so I cannot claim for a new handset. And nobody can do anything to put it right. Complete joke.

I rang Vodaphone with regards to an upgrade. The lady on the phone was more than helpful. Firstly see asked me what I was looking for, then did what ever she could to make it happen. She even got authorisation to add a 10% discount to my whole bill. Basically I ended up with the phone I wanted, the contract terms I wanted and the price was within ÂŁ1 of my previous contract with them. Plus I get to keep the same number. Over all the phone deals and companies I contacted Vodafone were by far the easiest to deal with and understood my needs and requirements. Plus there coverage is one of the few that covers my area. Fantastic top rated service. I recommend Vodafone to everybody. Phill

Horrendous customer service, they never gave me straight answers regarding my contract, and when I went to cancel my contract, they called me multiple times in the last few days to straight and persuade me to stay with them! I had to block the number

Rang at 7.32pm - gave my name and number to a woman who left me holding 10 minutes, then came back and with no explanation said she was transferring me, even though she had no idea what my query was. Then Ed Sheeran songs on a loop started, and a robotic female voice began telling me every two minutes how busy they are. Yes, I know I could have hung up long before but I was curious to see what would happen at 9.00 pm when they close. Sure enough, I was still on hold at 9.00 pm at which point I lost the will to live and hung up. So, they either have no queuing system or some other poor souls were on hold even longer than me. Words fail me - draw your own conclusions.

Switched broadband to Vodafone have been without broadband for 4 days now.Customer service aren’t much help.Everything was working fine until I switched. I would not recommend them to anyone

Took out a 12 month plan with a handset. Assumed (stupidly) that it would only last 12 months. Called up a week before to let them know I was leaving and lost an hour on the phone being told that not only should I have contacted them 30 days before, but it would be at the full ÂŁ58 per month cost! Even though I took out a 12 month deal to pay off the handset, month 13 is also this cost. This means if existing customers stay with them, if they don't call with 30 days notice they'll be charged as if they were still paying off the handset. I run a business, and will shortly be looking at phone providers for all of my employees. Fair to say it won't be Vodafone! Awful customer service, they were actually quite rude! Avoid!

Bought Kippy pet GPS from them. Stopped working after 11 hours no one interested in customer service. Couldn't or wouldn't resolve issue. They say will take 10 days to get me new one. Stay away from useless company and cancel your subscriptions. Have phone with EE who seem to be more professional.

I was called by Vodafone and they convinced me to move two mobiles, broadband and IPad services to them. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! I have spent the last year taking them to the Ombudsman for every account that they have no interest in resolving unless they are instructed to! There customer service team are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude! Don't move your account to them unless you have the time to constantly call and have the extra time to use the Ombudsman. Even now they have admitted fault and provided refunds etc I am STILL the owner of a brand new 7 plus that does not work... called again today and they refused to believe I got the phone from them! I had the Ombudsman prove they provided it.. its a joke... Cannot wait until I can get out of the contracts and go back to my previous provider who NEVER caused any problems! Virgin Media come back! All is forgiven!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A ÂŁ50 wifi dongle does not top up online - a simple problem that at least 6 phone calls and 4 different alleged fixes over the last 7 months have failed to solve. Replacement sim, various resets, new account and numerous assurances that this time it would be fixed. It hasn't and the crowning insult was to be offered the automated number as a temporary solution - something I could have done myself. I feel sorry for the service personnel who are being let down somewhere. I asked for my ÂŁ50 back and was told that no refund is possible until the problem has been resolved i.e. they can keep going without ever solving the problem! Think about that for a minute...I pointed out that after giving them two opportunities to remedy the problem I was legally entitled to my ÂŁ50 back. The manager to whom I was escalated said they do not take this view since I can top up some other way - apparently Vodafone are ok to re-interpret the law of the land and to accept it is ok to sell you something which is not completely as described without any obligation. I am posting to say that I have given up and if you encounter the same problem don't bother to try to solve it - use a shop to top up or bin it. Similar incompetence encountered with mobile phone contracts - don't buy anything from them as they take no responsibility for what happens afterwards even if they cannot solve a problem - it is an apparently lawless approach that feels more like the Wild West than a properly regulated and managed business.

I've been having problems with Vodafone for months now and they never get solved. I've been overcharged on my last few bills and evey time I phone up or go into the shop to fix this the problem still remains. Today I went into Vodafone at the gyle and had the pleasure of being served by a lovely staff member, Hazel. She dealt with me for almost an hour and tried her best to fix it. She contacted customer services for me and worked tirelessly even telling me I could go and get on with my shopping while she contacted places. The problem isn't solved yet but I'm really greatfull for all she did for me today. 10/10 for Hazel. Only ready I have given 1 star was because I'm annoyed with the actual Vodafone company.

Beware when signing up to Vodafone's Red Hot Deals. You think your getting a good deal, but really you will pay the agreed reduce "deal" price for the first month and then the regular price for the rest of the 11 months in your agreed contract. I was supposed to pay ÂŁ19.50 for 16GB of data - as i signed up to this deal back in April 2017 - my fault for not checking earlier but now I see I have been paying ÂŁ30+ per month - make sure you check this!

I can't even begin to explain how I now feel about Vodafone after being a loyal customer for close to 10 years. Very disappointed! I would not recommend them to anyone. Cost me time and money. Just a bad experience!

Do mot make contract with vodafone, i have spent hours and hours chasing vodafone customer service and complain deptt but issue hasnt been resolved yet, trust me once you sign the contract they will bully you as much as they can e.g with me when i rang them they said we need to run wire speed test at the time when there customer service is open, but when they are closed they wont take the speed test result that you run on app or on pc, they will try there best to justify that they are sending this much speed on your connection, even they told me that there is something wrong with your house internet wiring, get it checked and it was perfectly fine.. So guys dont buy the broadband from vodafone Even its sound cheap but trust me it will cost you alot more than what it is.

I've ordered a broadband 2 month ago! Have received the router after a week, additionally had 3 appointments over the period for engineer to come over to install and connect the internet. Took 3 days off in total but nobody bothered to come every single time. Every time have to call and spend 30+ min on the line to listen to useless excuses. Every next appointment takes another 3 weeks and no progress. The most awful experience with service provider ever.

Absolute disaster!!! My family (5 members) and myself do not have internet for ONE week by the moment!!!! My broadband account is 7035621139. I need an urgent help and engineer! It was expected to come live on the 21/02/2018. This did not happen. Called vodafone on 21/02/2018 was promised that internet should come any minute. This did not happen. Chatted online with vodafone on the 22/02, spend 2-3 hours chatting, tested line and router, vodafone concluded that engineer should come and solve the problem with the external line, state that ticket is raised and the problem will be solve within 72 hours. Called vodafone on the 23/02, was told that ticket is not raised for some reason and that now they are rising ticket for sure and that problem will be addressed within 48 hours. Called vodafone on the 24/02-- the representative assured me that engineer will come in 24 hours and that he personally will be calling me to check the status of my problem. This did not happen! Called vodafone on Monday evening 26/02 and asked why engineer did not come contrary to the promisses to come soon -- the answer was that I could not be promised that somebody will come within 24 hours! It is 28/02 -- and still engineer did not call me and did not come. This is disaster -- to0 many lies, too many excuses, zero efficiency, and week without the internet -- disaster for me and my family.

Wished I checked here first I was having trouble with bt went in store to Vodafone and was told could do for 20 pounds less and when I got my bill 50.00 more than bt was charging they also said would contact bt to transfer the line but Iv had bill from bt as well this month Iv just contacted them and now saying my birthday doesn’t match well it matched last time
