Worse customer service ever, only been with them 5 days and that was enough so I cancelled my contract, I'm a laid back person so that shows just how bad the customer service is. If your with Vodafone, good luck to u and don't ring the moody, unhelpful people cos they don't care

Pathetic. If you change your phone number, you can't log in to the website. The security verification code goes to the old phone number I spent over 10 hours with a bunch of dummies that called themselves the support department. They are utterly useless, the type of people that are not even worth investing in their training. The website is pathetic, and the support is worse I would score the automated bot 2/10- which was the best experience that Vodacom can offer.

VODAFONE SPAIN: I was unknowingly charged for calling 091 National Police Emergency no. I only realised because my pay as you go plan was not reactivated because it fell below credit (for the emergency call I made) + my plan was changed to an expensive “daily” plan which used all my credit in a day. Is this fair or just? Apparently they tell me so. Or is this another way to scam more money from unknowing customers in an emergency situation? Vodafone’s “terms” are of course in small print regardless of the Emergency number given on google. Vodafone decline to reimburse or reactivate - Surprisingly or not, I have to TOP UP AGAIN with more money. AI ? Human compassion? Vodafone is a public company and must make money regardless of an individuals accidental, literally, situation. So I asked to speak to a supervisor - one will get back to you in 48 hours - that call came and rang for 3 seconds - I didn’t get there in time to answer. Guess, what : I got a message with apologies - they can’t reach me and the case is … closed. I know my view of the status quo. Yours ?

I would avoid them if i were you. Have been on their network for around ten years now, utilising the pay as you go tariff. Poor signal issues, average coverage however the customer service has declined thoroughly over the years. After a re vamp to Pay As You Go 1 (without informing me first) they now charge £1 per day even if you make just one phone call or text during that 24 hours. Indubitably, this would prove that Voda do not offer the best value (even having points from topping up over the years does not result in any recompense for their service offered. Had requested my number to be ported to another network. Still not happened. I may as well tip my wallet upside down and let the coins drop down the drain!

My mum has been trying to set up broadband with Vodafone for months. When we originally set up the account they arranged for the installation in a months time. They day came, no one showed up. We rang Vodafone multiple times who seemed to be under the impression someone from outreach would be turning up that day. Eventually they realised after about 3 hours on the phone that this had in fact never even been booked in with outreach. We then were supposed to get a call back from Vodafone Tuesday, they never rang so we called them on Friday. Spent another good 2-3 hours on the phone with them until eventually they booked our installation in for next week Friday. Now 3 days before, we get an email from outreach saying they're not coming for another 3 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous service, Vodafone have done nothing to resolve this.

They gave me a contract and "forgot" to mention it only included data and voice. No SMS. Then they tell me it is 29 cents each text, paid separately. I'm looking for another plan for the moment the monthly payment runs out.

9167002600 - The number was discontinued in Nov21 and subsequently suspended which belonged to a family member. However subsequent to Nov, the billing continued and to avoid a debate, all payments were done. Now I realize that the billing hasn't stopped and Vi has attached my name with the number!!!!! and continues to bill a number which isn't being used. Called the customer service and was told to call after 4hours.

"customer service experience" Yesterday we were at Vodafone store at Chatswood, we talked to one of the ladies there, I explained to her that I don't have SIM card for my old number and I need one, she recharged the number without giving me a SIM card. I thought she might right that I wouldn't need that?. After we left I tried to make a call it didn't work, I went back to the store telling her it might because the the no SIM card, she said yes there is no SIM card? you need a SIM card???!!! she didn't apologized that she forgot or just ignored me telling her that I need a SIM card, anyway she was very unpleasant, her tone was arrogantly and unsophisticated. We wouldn't be frustrated if she is not so good in her job and she is trying to learn, but he attitude bothered both of us! Thanks!

Terrible customer service should avoid at all costs. Online accounts not accessible, customer service low morals using insults and lies to demoralise customers attempting to complain.

They took my two phones for free, said that was the contract when I left them as their network was really bad. In a year I paid 3800 for two phone service plus two phones, worth 1200 in total $5,000. DO NOT BUY ANY PLAN FROM VODAFONE

Appalling company, unable to set a pay monthly sim card but 2 weeks after confirming they'd closed my account managed to port my number across from a functioning Virgin account. Took almost a dozen phone calls to resolve due to customer services with poor English or outright liars. Managed to secure £30 compensation (but only after they credited it to my Vodafone account as opposed to my Bank account as was originally agreed), an incredibly smug manager advisedit wasn't possible to recetify - though was rectified after I threatened further legal action and requested all information and recordings to confirm what they'd agreed.

I have a Vodafone Business Manager who manages my multiple numbers. They signed me up for a 12 month deal but did not advise me when the contract ended as the prices then increased by 60%. I have made a complaint to the UK office but have been contacted multiple times by Charlie (not his real name) in India . They claim to have sent emails of the ending contract to the same email address as our invoices but when I asked for the email address they informed me of an incorrect email address, no wonder I didn't receive any notice. I asked to speak to someone in the UK but they refused. Vodafone needs to understand some simple rules of operating a business. I live in the UK, I have UK telephone numbers, I pay my account in the UK with GBP so I want to talk to a manager in the UK not someone in India who is working for Vodafone on the cheap.

Waited nearly 3 weeks to be connected, no router delivered on connection day 28th Jan. Rang to complain and was told the order was cancelled a week ago. Why didn't this shower of ##### tell me then?? Avoid for your own sanity!

If your looking to spend hours and hours on the phone dealing with Asian representatives of Vodafone trying to resolve issues your having with the service then look no further, you have found your cheap broadband provider who at every opportunity will try their very hardest to heap misery on you. The old saying of “you only get what you pay for” is very true in this case, cheap broadband with bad customer service. I managed to get out before I was tied to them for two years by leaving within the 14 days grace period of my contract but even that had its drama, twice I was threatened with a early termination fee, the Asian team thought it was ok to use this tactic to stop me leaving the service and then after I cancelled the service the broadband still remained and again I spent hours on the phone telling Vodafone that I had cancelled the service and wouldn’t be paying for a discontinued service which consumed my whole Saturday morning. Vodafone customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced.

I was trying to get my phone plan to work while I am abroad for 3 months. I first tried to upgrade my vodafone plan through the website, but this of course does not work on their awful site so you have to talk to the awful chatbot and when it inevitably doesn't work you have to wait 100 places in a queue to talk to someone. After I got an adviser, they offered me the ridiculous prices of £32 a month or £25 a month with an additional £2 daily charge everyday I would use it. These extortionate packages offered only 100 minutes abroad, so I obviously didn't take these. I then tried to apply for a voxi sim card because they seemed reasonable, but I wouldn't be able to keep my number if I got a new voxi card because I already had a vodafone plan so for some reason the PAC code wouldn't work to transfer the number (ridiculous that this is a rule). I was then told I could get a voxi plan on my santander card instead, and was transfered between 3 people before being told I had to be in the UK to have the voxi plan on my card. They then suggested I send my current card back to the UK to then have the voxi plan put on it and then have it sent back to me in spain. This all took around 4 hours of sitting on the chat system on both voxi and santander sites. At every step throughout this horrendous ordeal I was asked to supply a security code. I had to repeat EVERY SINGLE TIME that I was abroad and could not receive any messages or calls to receive the code. I was transferred even more between different people because of this code issue. If I could have paid for the code message to go through to me if I could have, but vodafone's applications and integration to android phones is so bad that this option is nowhere to be found. Do not use vodafone, get an infinitely better deal from literally anywhere else.

Placing a mobile phone plan to a tablet plan resulting in excessing phone call charges results in losing this customer of over 10 years. Loyalty has no value in the telecommunications industry.

#Vodafone is the worst internet service in the world. Never ever try that. I have 1000Mb speed service but I cannot do also a video chat. It is unbelievable that you cannot do anything with a 1000Mb internet. The internet service is really unstable and many times it shows no internet. They also have the worst customer service. They are really unpolite. After one year, they still did not fix my problem and I have to pay a lot of money to use my mobile data. They only try to trick you. 16Mb internet service from the other companies works better. Believe me.
