Vodafone has the best in customer service.. calls are answered promptly.. customer service is of a very high standard.. if there’s a problem the friendly and helpful staff will do everything possible to rectify the problems!! Iv been a very happy customer for nearly 20 years... regrettably I went with a different provider(not Vodafone) for home internet and have had nothing but problem after problem and trying to get anything fixed required being shuffled from department to department and very unhelpful and rude staff with no satisfactory outcome... Vodafone is hands down the best!! 😍

Worst operator in the United Kingdom I've been trying for 3-months to get a broadband signal I've had every excuse possible the latest one blaming my apartment for being in a poor situation for the ball internet speeds the worst operator in the United Kingdom with a call centre in India when no one can understand you

My contract with Vodafone ended on the 29th of October, prior to that I called their customer services to notify them that I am happy for the contract to end on the 29th of October. I was hoping to receive some sort of communication from vodafone to ask what I would like to do at the end of my contract, but nothing happened. In November I received a bill as per my previous contract and this carried on until december. So, today 10th december I contacted them to discuss why my contract has not been cancelled, they told me that I should have notified them and speak to cancellation department. They refused to consider when my contract ended and now I have another 30 days to pay a hefty bill whilst waiting for my contract to end. Total rip off. Plus their service is awful, bad customer services and they're all about money money. Please avoid you can get better from other companies.

I subscribed to a DSL package at Vodafone.de in Germany: 1. they added me a flat rate from a mobile I never had and paid for 3 years. 2. I asked them to stop everything after I left the country. They continue to harass me by sending me bills of hundreds of euros. They are unreachable on the phone from abroad and even though, nobody speaks English. I call it theft. Some employees take advantage of the fact that foreigners don't speak German. I advise you to be very careful with them.

I have been with Vodafone since 1999. In total paid for the service as a business or out of my own pocked roughly around 12.000 EUR over those years and the service has never been worse that it is now. It took me 1 year (12 months!) to switch from corporate account to pay as you go (no debt, no contract outstanding, still it took 12 months). In April I was finally with my Pay as you go plan and they managed to screw the set up so badly that I am now stuck with a corporate account when online with a Vodafone debt of 40 EUR (yes, Vodafone owes me) and no ability to change anything online, not even topup my phone. Brilliant! I believe Vodafone have lost the plot and it really starts with the management. Gents, if you run a public (or any) company, people would expect improved service, not the sloppy one with a support team in Egypt that cannot fix a simple problem since April (4 months now). The latest I heard from the support team is that this issue affects a lot of customers (as if it makes me feel better) and no timeline of when this could be fixed. I am not blaming the support team. Had the management made enough effort and really looked after the customers Vodafone would have been in a much better shape. It takes years of poor management and neglect to drive the business from an ok CSP to where it is today. Update: Above experience is now 16 months old (!) I still the same issue. I keep receiving SMS from Vodafone every month saying that the company owes me money. I am afraid to contact customer service representatives now as they could simply lock me out by screwing up the account completely. "Happy" to keep receiving these messages as long as I can at least send and receive calls with my phone...

Absolute shambles of a company, no customer service, they lie , lie , and lie again. Service cut off for a problem I pointed out on my account 21 days ago. Was assured it would be sorted with no infringement to my usage , yesterday 3 o’clock, no service. Absolute hell of a company, can’t be contacted , can’t make a call , cost me a contract , absolute waste of time

I tried adding data to my SIM card and they just stole my money. First off, their website is poorly made, I had to dig through page after page like a jungle in order to find the place to recharge. Seriously, this is one of many problems I've had with their website. When I do recharge....no receipt, no warning, nothing. My credit card had been charged so I was expecting my end of the deal any minute, but I am still waiting. When i try to get on my account to see if I got my data and then reset my password (i forgot it) they tried to send a text which never came through. Likewise, I tried all the emails I could possibly think of but they never recognized any. On top of that, my account is now locked because of too many attempts. Thanks Vodafone. I even tried to go and text BAL to 1511 to see my account balance, to see if the transaction went through, but no reply, and merely a service connection error on my phone. I went to see if there was a technical support option at Vodafone, but a few minutes of browsing turned up nothing. They have basically no support system for customers, no forums, articles or chats or anything that can help people navigate through the complete perdition that is their company. The only thing really found was one lonely tech support line that at this point, I had no interest in battling. This is an ignorant tech entity that has little to no care about its customers and I hope their employees and higher ups can feel content that they have provided the most unsatisfactory customer experience ever.

I don’t usually write reviews but Niharika from India who is was dealing with on your TOBi app was absolutely fantastic and a credit to your team! I really hope she gets the credit she deserves for this as nothing was to much of an ask and you don’t usually deal with customer service as good as her!! Well done Niharika!

My order for a data sim got put through twice. I called to cancel the one but I still got charged for both. I am now trying to cancel my other sim as I no longer require it (I was on a one month contract) and I've been passed to going on 7 other people and still no resolution. This is honestly infuriating and a waste of time. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have recharged with 351rs wfh internet pack!! I am not able to use even 100 mb data in my phone although there was full network coverage. I am following with customer care for one month and raised complaints!! Still my problem persists and no action taken from vodafone. It is irritating to hear the vodafone ad "Fastest network in india". Dont beleive people!! its 100 % fake

Messed up my delivery then tried to double charge me. This was over two years ago and I never got a full refund. Continual problems during my two year contract. Overcharged for my final bill and still don't have a refund. Dreadful customer service. You just get fobbed off over and over again.

The slowest 4g/5g speeds on the market. Like a fool i swapped from EE to Vodafone on a sim only contract. One of life’s mistake. The download speed is what you expected in 1990’s. Vodafone wanted £550 early termination fees and won’t let me keep contract on another number and take my number elsewhere. Avoid this company. Much better deals with other companies and much better coverage. Their customer service is disgusting. Spoke to a guy called Andrew who was so rude that he could have been a sidekick for Trump. Avoid.

One of the worst money suckers companies Vodafone..please be aware of Vodafone scams offers and I will never ever use Vodafone in NZ and will suggest other to be aware as well. THANK YOU..ONLY THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT WORKS FINE..OTHER THAN THAT NOTHING WORKS WELL..

Went live with Vodafone 13th November. Still waiting for router. Lied to, misled and lied to even more....over and over and over again. Giving them one more chance before I sue them. DO NOT JOIN VODAFONE!!

I'm a business client and the support I have (not) received from Vodafone was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Hands down. The mobile network itself works well when it does work but if you have any issues and need to contact them you are in for a ride. There is no escalation process and if it isn't an easy fix they will be happy for you to be out of service for a week! My feedback here is not based on one occasion Also, my recent upgrade took way over a month to be delivered. They only pushed it when I chased over the phone. If you run a small business avoid Vodafone to save yourself a lot of headaches down the line.
