I can’t see where to review a product we bought in store on the shopping add. Loads of reviews to read but can’t find where to post one

I've written a review and told i'll get an email to verify it. The email hasn't arrived and I had such good service I'd like to make sure it's verified. How do I do that?

How can I leave a review about a food item?
Asked by Hilary Thomas (2 years ago)
Do Waitrose even care what people write in a review? I’ve never seen a firm with more 1 star reviews than any other rating! Yet they still use a generic response to their customers

I have been trying to get a Christmas delivery slot for weeks now and they show full or unavailable, I'm over 70 with heart problems and been isolated for the last 6months plus seems strange I try everyday but to no avail could you tell me why

Do Waitrose recipients get the receipt for flowers they were gifted?
Asked by Alisha Osman (5 years ago)
Waitrose Bircher Muesli contains 27% sultanas which is a lot of sugar. Why so many sultanas.? Also the front packaging highlights raspberries and sliced apple which are only 1% and 4% respectively very misleading. I will not be buying this product again unless less contents improved.

When are you going to reduce the length of your receipts? You must be wasting hundreds of thousands of pounds in til receipt costs throughout your chain. John Lewis ones are just as bad. Sainsbury have the right idea where their paper receipts are must shorter and they use both sides. Bare in mind the paper is good quality and also in most cases receipts are not recycled, but shredded - certainly I shred mine.

How can you justify a 50% increase in price for your Coronation chicken Deli Filler? Was £1, now £1.50.

Your recipe card for chilli prawns and green beans. The ingredients must be wrong. How can you possibly taste one teaspoon of soya sauce or one teaspoon of teaspoon of tomato purée or sesame oil. Surely it should be one tablespoon of each at least ?

Why is it that a loyal customer of Waitrose barely receives any benefits compared to customer who aren't so loyal. ie my sister received over £16 of money of coupons to encourage her to spend more in store, I shop at least five times a week and receive the obligatory free coffee and newspaper (when I choose to pick this up) and the odd 'save a coupon' from the till. I am becoming more and more disappointed about customer loyalty with Waitrose whom I have shopped with on a weekly regular basis for over 30 years!

Am wondering who designed the Essential Waitrose container for Laundry Water Softener Gel. Not clever as the dark container AND top make it exceedingly difficult to see the quantity of liquid poured into the top cum measure. Clearly not someone who's very practical or who needs correction for their vision. Please pass on this comment to your supplier as they need to address this issue. Thank you

Could I have an email address for the Coulsdon Branch of Waitrose please?

Why do I get 4 coupons for £18 off a £90 spend when I’m a pensioner who doesn’t drink alcohol? No use to me! My daughter gets coupons for £10 off a £50 spend which I may be able to use one at least!!

I shop in Waitrose (various branches around Worcestershire and West Midlands) regularly to buy our favourite tea - Waitroses own brand large leaf. This tea is packaged in silver film sealed bag inside a cardboard box. We are presently experimenting with a shopping project designed to establish how difficult it is to buy foods and other goods without any plastic packaging and so cannot buy any of our favourite tea nor can we buy any hot chocolates or coffees. What is planned by Waitrose to lead in the removal of the majority of plastic packaging from supermarket aisles?

I've eaten very, very nice Pork Schnitzel in Austria and even from Aldi. But your 3 4 £10 Pork Schnitzel were ghastly;as tough as old shoe leather.
