I have used this company twice now beautiful bags great prices and fast delivery . Obviously at this time of year they will be running behind time so I would advise to order in beginning of November .

Not good place to shop at all!!!! Dont waste your money.They show something else and send something else and when you want to return or ask for the product you order led they will say well we displayed this on our website and ordered this and if you want to return do on your own budget!!you have to pay for the shipping,also customer care number when you call nobody recieve it! Really bad place to shop.Dont waste you money

I ordered a bridge bag in Nov and unfortunately it got held up at customs and l had to pay charges .The bag arrived in excellent condition and l was given an extra 10% off the original price to help with custom charges ( not their fault)Customer service was excellent and fast so l was very pleased with this outcome.I have ordered with them before e.u.and always excellent service. The bridge bag was still£60 cheaper than in uk!! Thanks Wardow

I ordered a bag for just under £100 and 5 days later my order arrived a badly bruised box and guess what NO bag inside just a empty box, I called Wardow spoke to Marina and was told to send pics and fill out a list declaration form so I did It’s been 11 days and all I’m getting is they are contacting DHL and post office?? I get a reply today saying all gods sent are insured so why won’t they refund me? Honestly I will not buy from them again!! Also any uk customers be warned! They make you feel as if your lying!! Stay clear, you been advised

Wish I had found this review site before I ordered, bag arrived without a shoulder strap, numerous email later still no resolve all I have been offered is to return at my expense? Advised to seek assistance from manufacturer email not valid, tried to contact Danny wadrow CEO, email invalid. Decided to give up and put down to experience lesson learnt NEVER order from a company you know nothing about. Poor.

disappointed I bought two bags and a suitcase, two bags arrived they taxed me not customs, the bag did not arrive, and they taxed me, the company also offered me 10% back if I pay the customs fine, I sent 1 voucher to them and they did not respond and have not returned the 10% that I paid extra, twice I was taxed by customs in England, do not recommend disappointing site lost a client

Only read reviews after ordering (doh) so was v nervous especially as I didn’t get an invoice or delivery info and had to email. BUT I have received exactly what I ordered within a week. So in the end all good. Phew.

Was very nervous to order based on reviews but I couldn't find the Viv. westwood johanna backpack anywhere else (and for this price). I ordered through Paypal just in case it was a scam so I could get a refund. I obviously don't speak for everyone but my bag came fine on the predicted date, up to date tracking info etc. Also was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to pay any customs (bag was like £148). My advice would be try somewhere more reliable if possible, but if you do choose to order it doesn't seem to be a scam, just non-existent customer service (from other reviews) so use paypal and be prepared to wait 30 days for a refund if you don't recieve your item.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company’s practices, taking advantage of people before Christmas!! I placed an order to arrive 4th November, it is now the 30th November and the goods have still not arrived. I’ve gone weeks without a response and they’ve just basically run off with a few hundred quid of my money. Order number is 600206753 - YOU SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES

Ordered a Valentino bag a gift for Christmas paid £86 and when I’ve opened it to check it over the Valentino sign on the front of bag is upside down is this site fake goods ???

Do not use!! My parcel hasn’t arrived and I have been told I just have to wait for the parcel to arrive even though I was told by DHL they have lost it. I have seen others have had the same problem.

Never buy from them! They took 3 months to refund the money for a return. And made me pay 2 lots of customers charges

0 stars, total lack of customer care and customer service. They bombard you with generic emails and keep claiming that 'due to technical reasons' they cannot issue a refund. They blatantly lie and expect you to believe this nonsense. I wrote to the CEO Danny Wardow and he couldn't even be bothered to have a trusted member of staff reply to me. Avoid this company at all costs. I had been loyal but after this, I will spend my money elsewhere, where loyalty is appreciated and returned.

Ordered a bag online on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. This bag was over £50 cheaper on this site than other leading retailers. Definately use Wardow again.

Ordered a bag over two months ago and has not been delivered. Company state it’s dhl problem and say I have to wait 12 weeks for an investigation and refuse to refund me. Do not use this company total scam.

Due to a website error, it looked like the first order hasn't gone through but it did (I received the confirmation email after more than an hour). In the meantime I placed a second order, which I then rejected from the delivery courier. Now the package going back to Wardow is seemingly lost in the mail and Wardow, after more than 1.5 months of complaints still refuses to issue a refund. Stay away.

If it were possible I would not even rate them 1 star. I ordered a Hugo Boss wash bag over 3 weeks ago. Many attempts to track delivery and nothing!! Customer service absolutely appalling!! Do not purchase from this scam of a company!!
