I purchased this warranty when I purchased my fiesta eco boost. I made a claim in April against the warranty. Today I received confirmation they will not pay for the repairs. It appears i purchased expensive breakdown recovery. Please steer clear of this company. They take your money,don’t reply to any emails. You have been warned

As a garage owner I can say without exception we will no longer carry out work on or behalf or for this compony or there customers. 1 of the worst attitudes in the business terrible manner awfull attitude shocking payment times don't give the correct information or email address. Then have the cheek to turn around and say we'll its not your money it dosnt cost you. We'll I'm afraid it does we have wages and bills to pay. Absolute disgrace I advise any garage to stay well clear of anything to do with this company. And as for your customers good luck finding a garage that will do the work. Another point they don't pay full labour and the Customer is stuck footing the bill 40 a hour max 🙄 well sorry but peaples wages and bills have moved on from 10 years ago infact that was the labour rate 15 years back absolutely disgraceful compony. Then the woman on the phone put the phone down when we stated its our business and our money she's referring to

I purchased a Seat Leon last May from Big World Motoring West Malling Kent. They asked us if we wanted to extend the warranty (Warranties2000), offering us a ÂŁ1.083 for 24 months deal. The salesperson (Harihaalan Sriskantharajah) started to show us ''the benefits '' of a warranty that made you feel safe with your car. They told an incredible story: how can they manage every issue ( apart from the brake system and windscreen and oil change), with : -no limit claims -call assist recovery ( which wasn't mentioned is covered just for one year) and a lot of things are included, as you will see in the picture, and everything is just through the warranty app; no need to be worried. The important thing is that they ARE MISSING a critical something. They NEVER tell you, SHOW you, or EXPLAIN TO you the POLICY TERM AND CONDITIONS and explain to you how this warranty is actually working and what it's covering for real. I CONSIDER THIS AS BEING A FAKE MARKETING AND FAKE ADVERTISING, and they are fooling their customers with this scam warranty. After selling this to you, they have the excuse that the warranty company is another company and they have nothing to do with it. If you will start to have an issue with the car (for me, it is about injectors-which is the fuel system ), the nightmare begins because they don't bother to manage anything. You are dealing with everything : Find a garage which is not over ÂŁ75 labour rate per hour. The recovery is included (just for the first 15 miles after you pay because they are a separate company as well) You have to pay the diagnosis fee (ÂŁ84) The excess fee, which shows as being ÂŁ75 but not mentioned, is without VAT. They give you a hire car JUST if the labour work continues for more than an eighth hour and just a week time only. After your vehicle is in the garage, after being diagnosed, they will send another independent engineer to have a second opinion. After all this, if they are happy with the amount, they will pay or not. It's a big SCAM SO PLEASE AVOID THEM

A claim has been in place for more than two weeks, and no one has been answering the phone for the last two days. I am trying to find out what is going on with the report coming from the engineer, regardless that the car has been sent to an approved garage by Warranty 2000. I spoke with Liam and Messina (if indeed is her name), talked highly rude and laughed at the end of the conversation of my trouble, (heads up, conversations are recorded, and by law, I am entitled to have them in case of court) They are highly indifferent to the situation, thinking that eventually, people will quit and pay for it. Going further, an engineer has yet to state anywhere in the terms and conditions and many other faults that supposedly warranty won't cover. Misleading and scams are considered offences. Well, here is not the case; all recorded conversations, papers gathered, invoices, etc., will make a good case at the court. I am in a position where I can't go to work as the company won't return my call, and I need to know what is going on. Besides the damages to the car, will be some extra money for the trouble that the company made me go through financially and mentally. Always keep the records safe, never assume anything and be extra vigilant.

The service team was rude and won’t even process my claim because it’s all wear and tear even though the policy clearly states engine and gearbox. The man then decided to dissmiss all my point and started getting aggravated with me and then refused to let me talk to a senior member or the company. This company should not be allowed to trade due to them miss selling consumers. AVOID

As everyone else says…. They blame wear and tear ! Well isn’t everything that a breaks on a car down to wear ??? Not worth a seconds thought…. Avoid !

Waste of money...like a lot of these products. Be careful as this is also not covered by the FOS. My experience was that they avoided paying based on "wear and tear" despite the fact that their own engineer only carried out a diagnostic assessment and when this was contrary to my garage's assessment.

Absolutely disgusting!! I brought a car from a dealership and took out warranty..paid upfront. 7 months later the air con decides not to work!!( I need a new air cond unit). I go to use the warranty ( Which says air conditioning units are covered), only to be told they will not cover the vehicle due to wear and tear!! The car is 4 years old!! Please do not use them...you will be wasting your money!!

Wont pay out on any faults found at an MOT or Service no matter what the issue. Could be something you thought was a fault and asked the garage to look at as part of the MOT, still wont be covered under warranty. Total waste of money, do not buy or extend.

Their warranties are a waste of money. Look at the proportion of 1 star rated reviews. They will do all they can to avoid paying out. After my car broke down, they only agreed to cover 35% of the repair cost. Don't bother with them - never pay for a warranty or extended warranty with them - its a false economy - the policy will cost more than the repai which you'll end up paying for yourself anyway. Absolute waste of money.

Absolutely horrendous company. NOT to be trusted. Even my mechanics said they were crooks. They will NOT pay out. Do NOT use them. Waste of time and money.

Yes, I had a 3mth warranty, my car broke down, I had to pay for all the repairs, would not pay a penny. I would not use this company, and would not recommend it to anyone.

Door handle problem ,could not open door ,small part of mechanism within the handle had broken Warranties 2000 said it was Accidental Damage and declined my claim…I told them on the phone I wanted to cancel my Policy and they said it would need to be in writing I am trying to email them to cancel my Policy but emails are being returned as incorrect address ???? Not happy

Still waiting for payment after two weeks having paid outÂŁ940 for repairs Manraj Very helpful but payment department well I'm still awaiting payment and as said before disappointed with payout and delay in responding
