Appalling in every way, and reading reviews it sounds like they deliberately sell damaged overpriced stock on purpose and hope people just accept it. HORRENDOUS TO DEAL WITH. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I cannot begin to tell you how disappointing my last few interactions with Wayfair have been! They used to be very concerned with customer service, but the more they grow, the less they care. The last straw for me was one of my more recent purchases...I ordered a set of 2 chairs on October 18 with an estimated delivery day of Oct 22. I received an email that the chairs were on Backorder with an estimated delivery date of Dec 7. December 7th came and went and still no chair or notification. I called and spoke to someone who said that they would look into it and get back to me...days went by and I finally had to reach out again. When I finally spoke to a Wayfair employee, they assured me that they would get to the bottom of it. She informed me that although I had ordered a set of 2 chairs, the price I paid was for one. Mind you, the price I paid was the price on Wayfair! She informed me that the price difference from what I paid was over $1000...well, the set of 2 chairs (since my purchase to date) have ranged from $500-$572...I paid $283, so clearly not anywhere close to a difference of $1000. I called and left a voicemail and an email with Amy Gonzalez , the representative who had called and emailed me this incorrect information. After 6 days with no response by phone or email, I sent another email. This time, I received an email from Latasha W, stating the same incorrect information and that they were going to cancel my order (the one I have been waiting for for over 2 months). So once again I called and this time I was put in contact with a supervisor, Elizabeth, and she told me that Wayfair has the right to cancel any order regardless if it is their fault or not and that they would give me 15% off the chairs, which does not even cover how much they have gone up with the 'correct' price since after my purchase. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Wayfair as well as sending several clients to them each year...not anymore. Wayfair's obvious lack of concern or willingness to make things right will have me taking my business to someplace that actually values my business. This is sadly just one example of many disappointing experiences with Wayfair as of late.

I place my order on November 20th (Xmas gift), EDD early December. I never got a tracking nr, then the EDD was postponed. I had to contact the customer service several times to find out what was going on. After many chat they told me they were out of stock of the item. Then I cancelled the order but it was pending, so I had to contact them again. Finally the order is cancelled and I got refunded, but, hey, my first and last purchase. The customer service is professional and they keep repeating the same stuff, but they can't do much more.

Rating my experience based from placing my order to customer service experience. Placwd my order on the 15th of November and ment to come by 9th of December. Mind fact delivery time takes ages ,despite it's ment to comw only from Germany. Then I got the msg its delay and will probably come by 21st of December. I contacted customer service to cancel the order iver 2 weeks ago . Apparently was not a problem as item is far from being shipped to me. Was assured by member of staff that it's all sorted . ITS NOT SORTED. Now I keep my finger crossed my item will arrive by 21st of December ! As we speak its prepering for shipping ... I am so mad that is taking this long, there is absolutely No excuses for it . Poorly customer service who lies to the customer as well. So not impressed. Very poorly job WAYFAIR! Last time getting something from this company. Date of experience on going..... Update - Now saying 23rd of December !

Put order in for 3 items for my wife for xmas on 7th dec was told will be delivered on 12 december no items have arrived and its 16th december now so raised my concerns to them on 15th they said will be in contact in 24 hours but im not surprised no reply no items awful service Date of experience: 16 December 2022

This is appalling customer services You have taken my money and now when I have no hope of replacement you cancel every order That’s 5 different orders 2 weeks after taking my money and saying you had stock I’m disappointed and disgusted you can treat me like this THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE DO NOT USE THEM I will be putting this on Facebook and Instagram to show your total incompetence as a company Mr Robert johns

I ordered 2 items from Wayfair. The first item arrived but the second item did not ever arrive. When I tried to cancel the order I received an online message to say I could not cancel because the package was on its way. I never did receive that package, I could not contact Wayfair because their chat line was not working (tried 5 days in a row) and there is no telephone number. Will never risk using Wayfair again.

Customer service is horrible, shipment lost and they would not refund money. Had to charge back credit card. Spent hours on hold and trying to solve the problem.

Very poor service. Ordered a 10ft shed from Wayfar. Received an order confirmation advising that I would be notified when my order was being shipped. Details in my online account also say to expect contact from the supplier prior to delivery. Without any further communication, the product was simply left outside the front of my property early one morning in an insecure location. Luckily I'm able bodied and was able to move the many large panels and components into my back garden. This was a struggle and something I wasn't expecting to have to do on my own and it caused me to be late for work. It's a situation which would not have been at all easy to resolve for a disabled or elderly person. It's also a situation that would have been avoided if the expected prior communication had been received. I also intended to arrange help to erect the shed after receiving a confirmed delivery date. So the item is currently sitting in my back garden in pieces, getting wet as I didn't know it would be with me yet. Even now, the Wayfair order status still says the item is yet to be dispatched! I called Wayfair to raise a complaint and was advised there's nothing they can do. They actually tried to suggest this was a supplier issue, but I was quick to remind Wayfair that my transaction is with them, not their supplier. Effectively they'd rather receive a negative review than offer a goodwill voucher etc to compensate for their poor communication and service. Don't expect to be valued by this supplier.

The last 2 times i ordered from Wayfair I had shipping problems. Items did not ship on time, incorrect number of items were shipped. Replacement items were not shipped out promptly. This makes me sad since i have ordered from them quite regularly over the past 6 years, but they have really disappointed me in 2022. :-(

Wayfair is a scam Wayfair is a scam. Do not order anything from them. I ordered a mattress which I was suppose to receive on 28 November and I still haven't received it and now my estimated delivery date is 27th of December. I request you to please please stay away from them.

AVOID!!!!! They sold poor quality table, I want to return it, but their couriers are failing to pick it up for 3 weeks now! and I cant get my refund until they get the item back!!!!!

ordered a desk on 25th October. Is now 3rd December and still not been delivered. Whats made it worse is the poor customer service from Wayfair in dealing with my complaint. was told refund had been processed which was a lie. have already spoken with then 3 times and still no refund or parcel. take heed from all the 20000+ negative reviews of this company and DO NOT ORDER.

They are advertising pricing they won’t honor, and their customer service reps are condescending and rude. We should all choose to not do business with companies this.

Furniture arrived broken. Tried to charge me to return it, with a shipping cost so outrageous it was going to cost more than the item purchased. Had to escalate for a week to get it sorted. Not to mention the ottoman and chair ordered came literally weeks apart.

I had been a loyal cust of Wayfair for a while & noticed the deterioration of quality as they tied up with some Chinese products. I bought a sideboard and paid $80 to get it assembled just to notice that it was extremely cheap quality, too tiny for the price looked like a TV cabinet instead of a sideboard, and requested it be returned for a refund. Now this product was assembled and was out of the box. Obviously I could not disassemble it. I mentioned to the cust service and asked for a special pick up. I get an email return that says, they can not honor the requested resolution as they require these items back to review quality and ensure improvements in future order experiences. I thought that IS THEIR JOB & A CHOICE !!! As a customer if they have not lived up to their services & quality as they promise, I can’t be held accountable for that. BUYERS BEWARE! Save your money time & energy. Do not buy from Wayfair. I burnt my fingers don’t burn yours !!
