Ordered nearly $1,000 worth of merchandise from Wayfair. Their website shows items as "Shipped" the very next day (so they can charge your account and collect funds) and then no further information offered in the "Tracking". No delivery, no tracking information, no answer to daily telephone calls after waiting on hold for more than an hour each time. NEVER will order from this company again and at this rate will never get my money returned.

I used Wayfair to buy a lampshade. What a NIGHTMARE. It wasn't right so I returned it using FedEx as instructed. FedEx reported Wayfair received the returned item, BUT THEY NEVER CREDITED MY ACCOUNT. I begged...I pleaded...I explained....all they told me was "your account will be credited in 3 to 5 business days". It was NEVER credited. I had to pay the bill to avoid further finance changes. They stole my money. AVOID WAYFAIR!!!

Ordered a garden furniture set and was given an extended delivery date which I assume was due to covid-19. 40days later!!, and on the date it was due to be delivered I received an email (after close of business hours), with a totally inadequate explanation. It explain due to unusual warehouse circumstances they were no longer able to deliver my order. Adding insult to injury it would be 4-6 weeks! Meaning I could have been waiting 82 days!! Straight away I called customer services only to be told that there was nothing they could do or give a more detailed account of this delay. My suspicion is they were out of stock when I placed the order. I’ve cancelled the order and now have to wait 5 days for a refund (why customers have to wait days for refunds is beyond me, especially when payment is takeen straight away)! I asked for a call from a senior manager which I was promised would happed the following day. Guess what, they didn’t call. Annoyingly, I’d explained that I’m disabled and I’d prepared an area for the furniture at cost to my health, and that I could have bought furniture from another supplier in time for my Daughters 18th. And now everywhere is out of stock. The moral of this story is - read wayfair reviews and don’t buy from them. Customer service is appalling and goods don’t don’t turn.

Bought and paid item on the 12th and get a delivery date of the 22nd which I thought was poor. It doesn’t arrive on the 22nd so ask for a refund and get told no as it has been dispatched and instead get a delivery date of 29th. Rang Wayfair and they said I can’t get a refund until I refuse receipt on the 29th. It doesn’t arrive on the 29th. Tracking link says “this page cannot be displayed”. Rang again and they say they can’t process refund until 1st June and send me an email stating they are sending a replacement which I don’t want. Finally got refund on the 6th ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT COWBOYS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

They don’t know how to follow through with deliveries. You pay for your order they estimate a date of delivery and change that date . This would be the third change of date . They have used my money for 5 weeks no goods delivered. Just excuses . It’s a form of miss appropriation of funds . They’ll make a delivery in who knows how many weeks ???? In the mean time they have been paid and don’t care about customers getting the goods in a timely manner. They should take a lesson from Amazon Prime delivery they get it done .

I ordered the Arlo coffee table and it got delivered today. After unboxing it I noticed the corner of the coffee table was damaged and the white layer of paint had cracked. The lower shelf of the coffee table also has a lot of scratches and marks on it. Seems like this was a used coffee table that was returned. Also this item is now sold out so there's no way for me to get a replacement. Called customer service at 4 different numbers to try to resolve the issue and never got through after holding for hours. Never received an update as to how long the wait would be for a representative. Customer service is non-existent. Now I am left with a damaged coffee table I paid $200+ for. This is my first time purchasing from wayfair and will be my last. Originally I was planning to buy 3 more piece of furniture from them, luckily I held off on it. Overall this whole experience was a waste of time and money.

Horrendous DO NOT use ! I’ve been waiting over 8 weeks for my chairs from a table and chairs set ! Table turned up but chairs missing. Having sold my old chairs myself and my daughter have to sit on the floor to eat. Escalated to a manager this week who stated we she didn’t know where my chairs are I paid for and we are going round in circles !!!!!!! Still not chairs and they have taken my money !!!! A second table and table leg turned up however ???? First and definitely the last time 🤷🏼‍♀️😡 Do not use !!!! Awful

First and last time I will use Wayfair.ordered a table and chairs set 8 weeks ago , the table turned up without the chairs .....on the wrong date with no communication at all ! No one has any idea where my chairs are ! Waited 8 weeks and yesterday a second Table top and legs Turned up and still no chairs ! HORRENDOUS!! DO NOT USE The manager who called to attempt to resolve this then hung up saying we were going round in circles !!!!!!! So 8 weeks later no chairs that I have paid for and still no one knows where they are !!!! Awful

Ordered a grey rattan Garden lantern which was originally out of stock, had a reminder back in so ordered,arrived today and totally damaged. Used return service and my email says £0.00 refund. Last week ordered garden lights, out of box of 5, 2 don't work. Very disappointed. Company products have gone downhill

Ordered a juliet balcony planter on 3-4-20. Failed to deliver twice. Out of despair requested cancellation as delivery is unreliable and even there new third shipping/tracking link does not work. They fail to look after the customer. And to make it worse will not cancel and refund. Despite having no evidence of shipping. As stated tracking link supplied failed. Just like there deliveries This is a company that hold there customer virtually to ransom by not accepting there failure and responsibilities. Could never order from them again It’s about trust and honesty that is in short supply here

Ordered a garden bench, first ever purchase, so far they're terrible. Delivery date came and went, I've had to pester them several times for a new date, which they've failed to keep to. I've wasted a day waiting in and my orders now a month later. Please don't waste your time with these jokers like I have. P.S, I've been chasing them for updates, not the other way round. So it's 0 out of 10 for customer service

Ordered a product almost three weeks ago,still hasn't arrived,I wanted to cancel order and wayfair say i can't until i recieve it then once its returned to their warehouse they will then credit me. Wayfair you don't even know were it is how can you expect me to find it ??

I ordered a garden table and 2 loungers 6 weeks ago. The table arrived within 2 weeks but still no sign of the sun loungers. I’ve emailed them and at the start I got a quick reply telling me it would be looked into and resolved (or at least updated) within 1 business day. Still nothing, no even a reply to further emails. They’ve had my money now for 6 weeks and no goods. Disgusting service.

we ordered a day bed and the head board was cracked. trying to get any customer service on this item is almost impossible. Been on hold for over two hours on two different occasions, sent an email and got a stock response that we would hear from them in one business day, it has been three. I would not order large furniture from them. If there is a problem extremely hard to resolve.

Another item not delivered. Very poor service. Can’t get hold of Wayfair on the phone either. Had a pointless email to say item out for delivery (a month late) to the receive another email to say it’s delayed. Total joke. Useless
