I will never order from Wayfair again!! They even gave me 10% off coupons for my next order (No Thanks!! The hassle isn’t worth it. I ordered a glass top dining room table. It was supposed to be shipped all in one. About 3 weeks later I received the base and center platform. I called them with my issue and the seemed confused. They figured it out and then stated that it was just the first part of my order (that was never stated when ordering. About 10min after hanging up, I received a text/email saying “part 1 of 2 has been delivered”. Fast forward to a month later. Part 2 was scheduled to be delivered btw 7-11a. 15min before 11 they call and say they can’t deliver to my area bc of protests blocking. (Ok fine, that could be true). Rescheduled the delivery 3 days later btw 7-11a.11a gets here, no show, or courtesy cal from them. I call them, and they say they should be here at 1p. 1p gets here no show or courtesy call. I call back, “they should be there by 2”. They got to my home at 2:30. And guess what??!! MY PACKAGE WASNT EVEN ON THE TRUCK!! I cal Wayfair. It’s a complete mystery. No one knows where it’s at. They said maybe it was placed on another truck. I receive and email a couple days later Rescheduling for a Saturday delivery 7-11a. On Saturday I received an email at 7:45a saying that my delivery was canceled. So I call Wayfair with heavy frustration!! They said that when they put the box on the truck they realized the tabletop was shattered. (What a nightmare. I should have cancelled but I wanted this table so bad. They said they would reorder Missing parts, And that I would receive it directly from the shipper via FedEx. Told me I would receive tracking in 2 days. Never received tracking. So I call on a Monday and see what happened. They never ordered it bc they can’t order parts of a table they have to order the whole thing. So I asked well what’s the problem?! Said she ordered while on the phone and I should receive tracking info via FedEx. Couple days later I received tracking scheduling delivery for the following Friday. Welp guess what?!! Friday came and I received the same 2 parts that I received 2 months ago and still no glass tabletop or the 4 legs to put it together! Also no word on when or IF I even will receive it!! Poor service with a hell of a lot of excuses! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very bad customer service Order no 2322533654-I gave this a 1 star in order to leave a review, otherwise zero stars. I placed an order for a picture £55.99 on 15/6/20. I received a confirmation on 16/6/20 stating it had been shipped, deliver 22/6/20 via DHL. DHL tracking stated it will be delivered 17/6/20, further tracking to expect delivery after 1600 hours. Parcel didn’t arrive, despite waiting in. Further tracking information 17/6/20 stating it is out for delivery and delivery expected Friday 19/6/20. I waited in, no parcel!! I have contacted wayfair numerous times and DHL 5 times, neither had the courtesy to get back to me. Today 28/6/20 DHL tracking state my parcel has been returned to Wayfair!! I contact Wayfair, only to be told they have to investigate it, before they will send a replacement or refund! I told them I want a replacement sending out today on next day delivery, but not with DHL. Wayfair say they can’t, they have to investigate as to why theyve made no delivery attempts or whether it’s been damaged!!What is to investigate?? I explained they can see that the picture is on its way back to them, regardless of the circumstances. I’m out of pocket by £55.99. Surely I should come first and they can investigate the why’s later. I’m so annoyed and frustrated, definitely won’t be using wayfair again, despite some positive reviews. I’ve had very poor customer service. The picture is finishing touch to my newly decorated & bedroom decor. Everything else ordered via internet, delivered by Hermes with 2 days of ordering!

Like others, Wf says my item has shipped when it hasn't moved an inch. 2 weeks late and counting, on top of original delivery "estimate." You can spend an hour trying to get someone on the phone. I reached a nice gal in Maine. I am in California. FedEx has created a shipping label, and Wf billed by card, so I guess their job is done. Tough work. All in all, a mistake. Buy elsewhere!

According to Wayfair's website, they claim the item I ordered has shipped. When I check with Fed Ex using the tracking number provided from Wayfair it shows that only the shipping label has been created. The estimated arrival date has been pushed out twice. When I check with my credit card company I find Wayfair has charged my account. I tried calling Wayfair but according to there recorded message, I will have to wait 30min. Wayunfair, I will never buy from them again.

They show you item on their site on discount plus delivery date. Once you order the item, they delay the item delivery date. Plus they do not bother to inform you that item is delayed. They expect you to login to their site to check order status. It happens with me twice. Plus if you order any multiple items with the main item and you want to return, They will charge you return fee though it is their fault not fulfilling the item on time.

My search clearly stated 'cordless table lamps'. They showed lamps that are corded but did not reveal the cords in the photos. I ordered what I thought was a cordless lamp and yes, it had a cord. Now I have to return it at my expense. Clearly deceptive representation of merchandise. I am very disappointed and they have lost my business forever.

Ordered 2 items at the same time, both were marked as dispatched but only one has arrived. (Tracking number says the courier is "waiting for the parcel"). So it clearly wasn't dispatched and has somehow "gone missing". A week later wayfair say they have ordered a replacement which will be delivered by this friday. Needless to say I'm not holding my breath and won't be using them again. Terrible.

I ordered a bed from them less than 2 hours later I canceled it. They still shipped the item. I followed the procedure to return it and they charged me $51 for returning it. I would recommend walmart.com Amazon. I would rather go without if Wayfair was the only one that had the product

I have been waiting for a bed frame for over a month. They keep changing the delivery date. Also, I received a couch set with missing screws and Now i have to wait. Costumer service is terrible. They don’t answer calls. They are terrible responding emails. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM. And nobody else should order from them.

Wayfair sent a parcel, which I waited in and never arrived, so my son had to go out and buy this item as it was a birthday present, I emailed wayfair 20 plus emails, explaining the situation, explained I wanted a refund for 2 weeks they ignored me, then told me they were sending the item again, I told them I wanted a refund, yet again this was ignored, I'm not signing for somthing I told them not to bother sending, I am now going to trading standards, the customer service is non existence, they ignored all my emails and demands for a refund and just sent me somthing that I cancelled any way, I'm fuming, and I will never buy of wayfair again, 🤬

Unreliable provider and useless customer service. Ordered a mattress on May 6th with delivery date of May 21st Confirmation email changed this date to May 22nd ( no problem with that) 22nd May - we've removed our old bed and assembled our new one ready for the new mattress, we receive an email that afternoon to say our mattress has been dispatched!! New delivery date Wednesday 27th May. Nothing turned up on the Wednesday or Thursday and then I got in touch with Wayfair (no phone number so only by email). Apparently the courier (XPD) lost the mattress and Wayfair had to allow them a week to find it. One week later, 5th June, Wayfair reorder the mattress, new delivery date 19th June!! 🤬 We decided not to go elsewhere as all other suppliers were giving similar dates (I should have bought from them nonetheless as they would have been more reliable) A few days before the new delivery date I email my concerns to Wayfair as I hadnt received a dispatch notice. Completely useless response reiterating that when its dispatched we'll receive the tracking number etc, etc. Surprise, surprise, delivery date June 19th no mattress and eventually an email to confirm dispatch. Wayfair also add that they've upgraded our delivery service (didn't even know this was an option) to ensure our items safe delivery!?!? New delivery date, Monday 22nd June - Today. No text from courier like we're supposed to have and the tracking shows our item is awaiting collection. So its evident it's not going to be delivered today! That's one whole month of sleeping on an airbed on our living room floor waiting for this mattress, I should never had gone with Wayfair and instead stuck to the reliable providers. Now to see if we can get our money back. And if course I cannot phone anyone so all by email. 🤬

i ordered a console table from wayfair, from Bloomsbury market. It is a week late already, no tracking number but now the minute i request a refund they say my table is suddenly on its way so it´s too late to issue a refund. What a joke !. no table and i´m not waiting around forever for it to arrive. No refund issued for my £260 console table. I feel robbed.

Ordered a refrigerator to arrive June 10, 2020 and its June 21,2020 and still no fridge. The courier (xpo logistics) said they were at my house at 7:19 Pm On 6/19 to deliver and nobody was home and I had taken the whole day off to Receive it and nobody ever pulled up in my yard and i have cameras outside to prove it. Now I have to take another day off and hope they come this time. Ridiculous that people have to go through this trouble to get an item they purchased. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Worst customer service EVER! I ordered my item on 29th May and I still have not received my item! They have been rubbish to respond to me via email and to top it off apparently the delay in my item was it got damaged with the delivery company who has the worst reviews I have ever read. I have been given 6 different delivery dates and nothing has arrived! No apologies from wayfair bit of a joke.

Ordered chest of drawers mainly because of delivery estimate. On the day I have been told only that there is delay. No indication of how long. 2 days later order status showing back date. Customer service told me that they can deliver 2 weeks later. I told them I will be abroad by then. Got offered another similar product double the price or 10% off the next order. Arranged someone to sit at mine all day ( no specific delivery info) and no delivery or word from Wayfair. Horrible first time order experience with them!

(Today’s Date 6/20/20) I ordered a Trampoline on April 3rd and a week later got an email letting me know that there will be a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic so it’s pushed back till late May to June... I’m okay with that I get it. On May 3rd I ordered a porch swing with 2 day shipping. A week later I called Wayfair and waited over an hour to reach an representative. I was told it will ship on June 1st. She did give me a discount. On June 15th I get an email saying “Your Cancelation was Successful”....It was for the Trampoline and I never cancelled the order. I read the whole email and it said the item on your order is no longer available. Today I called Wayfair and waited for an hour and forty minutes to talk to a representative. I canceled the swing set and of course the trampoline was already canceled. I was going to order an umbrella and stand from Wayfair but I can’t believe their estimated shipping dates so I order my stuff from Amazon and Lowe’s Online.
