I had a complaint about the service received from one of there companies, but we deal staff help me alot to resolve the issue. I will definately be using them again

DONT USE!!! Our car was vandalised! It may have been the company and their drivers or where they left it. Our car was actually made illegal to drive. Our car was dented on two different sides, Ariel taken, back windscreen wiper taken, scratches all along the car, attempted to be towed as front tow panel missing, front numberplate smashed, door handle broken and front bumper smashed up! The car was basically a write off. They never even responded when they hard all this! I have had to go to the policed and taken law action!

Avoid at all costs, I was early for my flight and called well ahead saying I was going to be early, I was told to pull over on the motorway and wait until they were ready! An argument ensued and he hung up the phone on me when I said I was going to leave a review that told people they could not arrive early and use the service. At that stage I wanted to book another service as the attitude was awful. I couldn't find anything short notice and so was forced to proceed with these cowboys. On my return the flight was a bit late and I was being called constantly by the driver, as if I could speed the process up! When I got to my car I found an extremely muddy footwell as you can see from the photos and my electric window had been broken (this is why the guy had been calling so much, because it was cold and he had broken the button so he couldn't put the window up!). I had just got off a 12 hour flight so wasn't prepared, the guy simply said it was broken and goodbye. I was just shocked. I've never had such a bad experience. Please avoid.

***AWFUL***After 2 hours of waiting and several lies over the phone . A very aggressive driver arrived with our car which was almost unrecognisable. It was covered with dust and mud. Driver used abusive and inappropriate language in front of my young children. The owner of the company Mr Ammar Hussain Haidary was behaving just as similar way as his very "valuable" driver. Very unreliable company but I still feel still lucky as according the reviews of this company on Google they also returned cars damaged and scratched to other customers. The company are not taking responsibility for that. There are other horror stories about this company. Please read all Google Reviews and AVOID this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst company I have ever come across. I arrived back from my holiday to find that my car had serious damage to the point where I was unable to drive it. After having to find my own way home and trying to resolve the issue the company either lied to me on the whereabouts of my car, didn't answer my calls, would hang up on me and eventually called me a 'b***h' when i refused to stop chasing the whereabouts of my car. Throughout the whole ordeal all staff were completely lacking in any compassion or care in wanting to fix the problem. UNBELIEVABLY DISGRACEFUL.

We were kept waiting for over half an hour for our car to be delivered, despite having rung them the minute we landed, giving them an hour to organise our vehicle. Nobody walked round the vehicle with us when it was eventually delivered, and in our eagerness to get home after having been kept waiting so long we didn’t notice the new, huge dent in the rear bumper until we got home. Angry is an understatement!! This epitomises every reason we had our reservations about this type of parking, but having read ok reviews online (I clearly didn’t check their source was legitimate) we decided to try them out. BIG MISTAKE!!

They returned my car with a big scratch down the side. Not responding to emails. I can't believe it's possible to do this with impunity. Would never use again, would advise everyone to avoid.

Never use this company, we phoned 30mins before as requested and waited over an hour for the pick up. They state no hidden charges but we had to pay the car parking £7.00 as we waited so long - exactly the same story on the return journey- terrible service avoid at all costs !!!

They say they are a comparison website so they take your money direct so they are not. We followed the instructions and when we finally got an answer he said he could not pick the car up as the computer was down and he did not know we're customer cars were. They were supposed to be in a secure compound, so why did he not know where the cars were. He then said he had the police. We tried phone we deal meet and greet but in was 5.01pm and they were closed. I emailed them and by the time I had arrived in Australia they had refunded the money. Good on them. We had to put the car in the long stay without any pre booking so cost 252 pounds,vthey asked for a copy of the receipt which they have. Now they are ignoring me, bad mistake.

Very mixed feelings about this company, on the face of it (their website) seemed reasonable at a good price, after booking I needed to contact them, and actually found these google-reviews which were 'unsettling'. They were quick and efficient with my first enquiry, so decided to continue with the service. Met the driver at the appointed time (ish) after being told it wasn't possible to arrive early (you never know how the M25 will be in the morning rush hour so I always build in at least 30 minutes safety), the chap seemed pleasant enough, but I was surprised there was no checking of the car, signatures, ID etc.. So off my car went and I was wondering if I would see her again... Followed the procedures when I landed, and can't complain there...was told my car would be 20 minutes...25 minutes later she was there...(close enough for me to compliment the guy on the good timing)...he validated the ticket and off I went...(again, no checking the car or signatures/paperwork)...I did check my car, and everything was fine... So... why the mixed feelings ? On the face of it, an efficient service that did what I paid for.. The day before I left the car, after reading all of the terrible reviews, I upgraded my dashcam.. which was unplugged when I picked up the car (maybe they thoughtfully did this to stop my battery going flat)? What they didn't perhaps realise is this camera still recorded where my car was taken and when (it has GPS).. I'm perplexed why it was left outside a 'Gentlemans Club' for a couple of hours before being taken to the 'compound' and also why I was landing back at 19:00 yet my car was taken out of the 'compound' at noon, and left parked in a layby on a busy 'A' road for 7 hours. On the plus side, when it was being driven, speed limits were 'almost' adhered to, and only one slightly 'impetuous' piece of driving was seen. So...would I use them again ? Unfortunately not, can I recommend them ? Well only if you aren't overly fussed about where your car is left and want an 'economical' way to park.. I will be switching back to my regular guys in future.

Returned my car DAMAGED. Keyed down the side and dented on the doors and bonnet. They have done nothing over the last month other than waste my time and ignore me when I have been more than reasonable wanting to get this fixed. These are smart people operating a smart system - they know if they put you in a holding pattern, waiting for nothing, you'll give up and claim on your insurance. You will note from their terms and conditions that they say they are not liable for damage done to your car when parked, only whilst being driven. They would also not disclose the location of my car when it was damaged which means that as they "have a number of locations" the police are not interested which makes getting a crime number difficult for your insurance. Where do you think they park your car? On to their service, they left us waiting with two babies for over an hour at 1am when we returned from the airport. They didn't answer any of my calls or texts (I have screenshots). I had to leave my family and go to their car park departure point (not arrival!) and luckily I found another customer who was already on the phone with them complaining about their wait. This was the only time I was able to speak to them. After my car finally arrived damaged, the next car arrived and the owner was very upset and pointed out the damage to her car - a heavily dented rear wing and smashed rear light. If you value your car or your time and stress - stay away from these people.

Based on experience at Heathrow Terminal 5. Absolute disgrace and it's unbelievable that the management of Heathrow Car Parks allow this shambles of an organisation to operate on their premises. We ended up having to pay at the exit barrier because We Deal Meet And Greet had not validated the car park ticket that should have allowed us out. We phoned WDM&G at the barrier to sort out the situation. They didn't want to know, instead telling us that they only pay for one parking cost (i.e. when we drop the car off! Further phone calls were treated with contempt, abusive language and three times they hung up on me. After that I gave up. This lot are simply a fraud. Like many contributors to this website I heartily recommend you avoid these rip off merchants and make your car park booking with a bona fide organisation instead.

Don't use this company! Service subcontracted to emirates parking who lost my car keys, provided a poor service in returning my car and now neither company will reimburse me for keys lost. Out of pocket to the tune of £240. Need I say more?

Terrible, do not use this company, we were booked for collection at 3am, after numerous calls to them we were told we had the wrong number and our booking didnt exist, this was after 1 and a half hrs wait for them, we were nearly late for our check in, we had no choice but to park on the multi storey, which when we arrived back in the uk cost us £320!!!!!!!!!!!!, we did get our money back from we deal meet n greet after involving our bank and threatening with trading standards. Please avoid them at all costs!

They didn't do what we paid for (park my car) when the phone was answered after 20 mins of trying we were told to slow down as they had 400 cars to park before us , we had allowed the normal 2 hours before flight so we really couldn't afford to sit around & wait , also we had a 14 month baby that needed a feed , all of this we told the guy on the phone . After we found alternative parking we had to rush to catch the flight , we normally use meet & greet Manchester , my mistake should have read the small print ,

Called "meet and greet" 15 minutes from the airport as requested to be told that there would be no meet and greet for 3 days and that we were to make alternative arrangements the chap that answered the phone informed me that I should have received an email.......I didn't recieve any email. With only 1 & 1/2 hours before the flight and 14 days parking required I tried to book alternative parking but couldnt get any. The long term parking was full so I was forced to leave my car in the Hilton car park at £12.50 per day......total £175!! This is after paying £71 to meet and greet. I have called them.....no answer. I have emailed twice....no response. I wouldn't park my car with these arseholes if they were the last airport parking company on earth and they offered to do it for free. Please avoid them.

Car was filthy (on the outside) when delivered. Complained to the guy delivering it and made sure to document my complaint on the sheet I signed. A decent company would have called in response to this. A half-decent company would have responded to one of the 2 emails I sent pursuing this. Clearly We Deal are neither decent nor half-decent. Suffice it to say that I won't use them again

Worst Company ever, bunch of Cowboys, took photo's of my car at drop off. When we returned phoned after collecting baggage as advised, to be told they would try and get my car to me in 40 mins, told them not acceptable, after 40 mins phoned again to be told he's on his way, 10 minutes later phoned again to be told he's just pulling in carpark, another 10 mins and this time I'm told that car is blocked in by a car with an automatic hand break they couldn't release, they were waiting for someone to come out, by this time I'm fuming being fobbed off with ridiculous excuses, told him I'd give him 10 mins and I would be phoning police and reporting my car stolen, was told to go and wait in terminal and they would phone me, miraculously after 10 mins they were pulling into carpark , the guy handed me the keys and the exit ticket and couldn't get away quick enough, no wonder my car had been driven about 70 miles, there were sweet wrappers in the centre console, when I phoned the number to complain I was met by rudeness and denial, he did say that maybe the driver had driven my car fast!. Next day when I looked at the car in the daylight there was a big dent in the drivers door sill, driver had obviously hit something. I made a complaint and got met with excuses and rudeness This company pass your car onto a different company, they couldn't give a damn and do not check the parking companies the use. Avoid at all cost.

Worst company ever AVOID dropped car off for 10 days driver never checked car then drove off as soon as we landed back in the uk we called the number provided and had no reply for 2 hours called and Send texts nothing . We called the police to mark the car stolen then after this and texting them they dropped the car off 3 hours waiting for a meet a greet service stood in cold with 3 kids is not acceptable ! Met 5 other people outside who had same issues with this company and some waiting 6 hours ! Maybe cheaper but that's because there is not a service ! Never again awful company .
