I had a reservation almost a month prior our trip to Tenerife. It was cancelled 1 minute after(!) the agreed pickup time. I was with my family, 3 kids, so it was pretty inconvenient to figure out our travel immediately. Good thing they offered a 15€ coupon from a next trip, I am most probably won't use it as I don't think I can trust in them after this.

Tomasz, the driver who picked me up was amazing! Very responsive and made sure that I waited at a safe area since I arrived earlier than the time I have indicated. He helped me with my luggages and communicated with me very well. He was professional and helpful.

My sisters and I did the Paris by night tour with our wonderful driver Asim Hassan Saeed. if I could give him 10 stars I would. He took us to local areas that we would not have been able to experience with a bus etc. He made sure that we saw the sites we were interested in and was great with the history of Paris. the price was great for a private tour and we highly recommend Welcome Pickups and especially Asim Hassan Saeed!

Warning, it is a trap. You pay to them, but nobody will be there for your pickup. You will lose your money because no any reachable customer service, just automated messages.. More thousand paid fake reviews!!!

Brilliant service, used twice to and from Gare du Nord to our hotel this weekend, and drivers were excellent, friendly, professional, great drivers (have to be in that traffic!) and would have used more with more time. Felt very safe, good cars, great communication! Super service - thanks guys!

Very disappointed. When I signed up for this I was told we would be met at arrival area by driver holding a sign with my name on it. At the last minute (in the morning as I was leaving for airport) I was, for the first time, asked about my baggage and then informed that my baggage, that literally fit in a Prius, was “oversized “ and I had to pay $16 more. When I arrived, I received a text from the driver asking if I knew where the pickup area was. Turned out I had to get my bags from baggage claim and carry them across two traffic lanes. When I got there, still no one with a sign with my name (other drivers there with signs for other passengers). Only after I texted”we’re here” did someone get out of a car and look around for us. Next time I’ll use a ride share, save over $100, and do the same amount of work getting my bags to the ride.

We used this service twice in Barcelona from ship to hotel and hotel to airport. Each driver was friendly and on time. My issue was my initial quote had one price and my final bill almost double. I did not see that the quote only included one person and extra charge for second person

I scheduled a Welcome Pickup from FCO (Rome) to my hotel. I received the confirmation which thankfully included a photo of my driver. When I had picked up my suitcase and exited immigration at the scheduled time, there was a line of drivers from various companies with name cards but mine was not among them. I waited for a while, but "niente." Then I noticed that one of the drivers (I'll call him X) looked very much like the person in the photo, but he was holding a card that said "Josh" -- not my name. I asked if he was, in fact, my driver and he said, yes, but that there had been a last-minute change of drivers and my new driver hadn't arrived yet. I should have received a text informing me of this. I checked my phone but there was no text. Now, one would think that it would have occurred to Mr. X that since all this was very last minute I might not have gotten the message and that he should look out for me as well as his current client. In any case, driver #2 did eventually arrive about 10 minutes later and took me to my hotel. But as the whole purpose of using Welcome Pickup was to have a smooth and stress-free arrival, I can't say it was a satisfactory experience.

This is a trap! They don't notify you at the booking stage about the impossibility of cancellation. Nowhere do they write that the amount is non-refundable. They say that I checked the box, therefore I agreed to their terms, which were described on 100 pages. On the day of the trip, I fell ill with a high fever, about which I wrote to them and asked for a refund. They refused and said that there would be no refunds. The customer service is terrible, they are not accommodating EVEN under the pretext of illness and the inability to travel in a taxi with a high fever and cough.

I booked a transfer from the airport in Rio de Janeiro to my hotel. The driver did not arrive at the scheduled time and the person meeting me kept telling me that we would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. That continued for 25 minutes, at which time I called an Uber and was on my way in 3 minutes. Now they are fighting me about giving me a refund, stating that their Terms of Service give the driver an hour past the scheduled time to arrive. I reviewed their Terms of Service on their website and there is nothing on there that states that.

Great customer service. We used Welcome Pickups from Azerbaijan/Baku(Heydar Aliyev ' International Airport to Shaki.Our journey went through smoothly.
