“This company is ridiculously hit and miss with the quality of their products and if anything isn't right, they're impossible to get in contact with to sort out...as I'm currently finding out. Avoid!!
I've ordered 3 items. 1 was ok. 1 arrived damaged and I'm waiting a full refund, they have received the item according to tracking but are ignoring my messages about a refund.
The third item they sent me the wrong thing (I ordered a garland and received a father Christmas figure). Been a week and they're ignoring my emails.
All telephone numbers don't work. Details via PayPal do not work. They ignore emails sent to the email address on their website.”
“If you're after good customer service, look elsewhere. If you're after next day delivery (even after paying £8.99 for this service) look elsewhere. The likelihood is you won't get your items for nearly a week (if you're lucky)
Customer service is about as useless as it gets. You either get ignored or fed some pathetic excuse. I have placed 3 orders over the last 12 months and none of them has been delivered on time.
It's a Shane that you have to give a minimum of 1 star to leave a review, or they wouldn't even get 1 star from me.
Personally, I reckon they should rename themselves 'WeRUseless' as that would be a more suitable representation of their business”
“Ordered at 7:15am. Realised I'd added the incorrect delivery address. Emailed at 7:26am with my order no. to correct it - They couldn't find my order. Emailed again 8:48am. Was told they still couldn't find it and could I email back in 1/2 hour!!! Emailed at 11:09am and apparently it had already started the process of picking and packing and the address couldn't be changed. Yet I still haven't received an email Order or Shipped confirmation. Tbf I should have checked their reviews and that would have prevented the order ever being placed. My fault.”
“Product arrived damaged and despite my best efforts via email and posted, signed for, letter I have yet to get help in returning said damaged item and obtaining a refund. Next step has to be small claims court as I do not know what options are left.
Very disappointed on all levels.”
“This would have a 0 Star if it could not very secure at all brought the inflatable outdoor train and this big Train only has 4 rope's to hold it down 2 at the front and 2 at the back nothing to hold down in the middle train does look really good but is really let down by holding it down and as for the company avoid with all costs really really bad customer service as stated only 4 rope's so a little breeze and this is on its side one day we had a little wind and the train blew up and pulled on the 4 rope's which snapped off the d rings so now is completely unusable only brought a month ago the we r Christmas reply to this was don't advise to use in wind lol 😂 so obviously they are selling a poorly made outdoor item that cannot be used outside”
“I paid for Express delivery (1-2 days timeframe) on an order and they failed to dispatch it a few days later. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive on time. They refused to cancel the order even though they hadn't processed it yet and advised me to reject the delivery (it was a big delivery 6 large parcels). I rejected the delivery 2 week ago and they keep rerouting Evri back to redeliver them! I've had to reject 2 more times and they still won't accept them back! Surely this is breaking the law? I've tried to contact them over 10 times about this and they are blatantly ignoring me. Avoid this company.”
“Such a horrible company! I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. My first order was canceled completely bc they were out of stock of the 7 ft tree. So I placed a new order for a 6 ft tree. The tree skirt and star were delivered but no tree!!! And after several emails still no reply! I’m so frustrated! We just moved house, are snowed in, and I have no tree for my kids to enjoy fit Christmas! I’ve already cried multiple times. Such a disaster! 😢”

“Ordered the natural fir garland and the natural pine garland expecting to get a NATURAL garland, it’s 100% plastic, why not say natural looking, this is misleading, I’m so angry, this was for my eco friendly business and is the only reason I ordered from this company was because I thought I was getting a natural fir garland. Not natural looking, it Doesn’t even look natural it looks like PVC I could have bought a plastic one for a third of the price on eBay, this wasn’t cheap but I was willing to pay for a natural garland”

“Ordered a prelit 7ft Christmas tree. The tree arrived and it was MUCH more sparse than in the image, was disappointed at how poor the quality was. It looked cheap, which was disappointing for the expensive price tag. Once assembled and plugged in, I find out the middle section of lights did not work. I contacted the company to ask to return the product and a refund. They do not offer a collection service to return large items, which is ridiculous. So now I need to haul this huge tree to the post office somehow; it won’t even fit in my car. In hindsight I should have checked their returns policy before purchasing, that would have been a red flag. Clearly they are using a difficult, impractical returns policy to shift poor quality, broken goods. DO NOT SHOP HERE”

“Terrible service. Tree is advertised on their website as hinged easy assembly - it is not hinged in any way and requires lifting heavy sections above head height to put it together. The company refuse to acknowledge their website and advertising is incorrect. I've raised a formal complaint.”
