Trolley is definitely faulty, I can’t use it as a trolley cause the little wheels keep falling out and the whole thing collapses, very annoying, it has collapsed a few times now in front of my clients who even helped me to put the wheels back in but when you put one in the other falls out. The worst purchase ever! Don’t recommend.

Email advised delivery on 18th April but arrived on 19th and that was only because delivery worked Easter Saturday out of his own choice otherwise would have been 23rd. So beware ordered at 2.55 pm for next day delivery but not received...told on phone order went through at 3.05 pm!!

We ordered 12 packs of 120cm large supposedly heavy duty steel framed 5 tier shelving. The items supplied arrived promptly but when assembled they are no where near the standard as described. They are not fit for a heavy duty purpose, Please refund me.

Box was damaged and in turn the product had a crack in a part of it and scratches - not happy with the quality Only realised damage once product was constructed

I purchased a bed for my dog, my husband put it together and within ten minutes it ripped at the seams. I e mailed straight away to complain and asked for my money back and two days later have received no reply.

Where do I start, I placed a large order for hair salon furniture in December which didn't arrive, no tracking information and nobody answers the phone when you ring to try and find out. To cut a long story short and after having to get trading standards and the fraud team at my bank involved I eventually had my refund after 8 long weeks in which time I had to delay the opening of my new salon. The customer care is the worst I've ever come across. My advice is to stay well clear of this company . I only gave them one star as that's the only way to write a review.

The worst delivery service I have ever had. I was meant to be receiving my order today but have not and have no idea of when I will receive it. I received no dispatch email with an estimated delivery time. I work all day and needed had someone on standby to come round but with no time slot how is that possible. I called customer services this morning after trying time and time again to be told they didn’t know what time delivery was but would let me know. The lady I spoke to was helpful and got back to me and took phone details of the other person who was going to be in for the parcel as I was working and couldn’t answer. However, when she passed the information over no one else did anything. A redelivery was meant to happen on the way back to the depot around 4 pm but this did not happen, I have received no I missed you card through the door or tracking email so I can’t even look online to see where my parcel is. I don’t even know what company is delivering my parcel. I would be very greatful if someone could tell me where my parcel is and when I’m going to receive it. I am trying to set up my own business and how can I when I haven’t received my equipment and are now going to have to cancel clients because my delivery has not been delivered.

I have spoken to both my colleagues you conversated with yesterday who have advised me of the issues you have had. I sincerely apologise for the delay in your delivery yesterday - I have been advised our couriers did attempt yesterday and of course, I will be sure to follow up why a card wasn't left and also why they didn't attempt redelivery again at 4pm as they did advise. I can confirm, that the item is being delivered with Tuffnells and we have sent the information over to you via email Please be rest assured, I will be bringing this up with our couriers and again, sincerely apologise I do hope when you receive your product, you are happy with it and if there is anything else I can do, please let me know Many thanks Leigh

If I could give 0 stars I would.... terrible service! They preach ‘super fast delivery’ and that’s why I purchased. After not receiving the next day I gave more time and waited in the following day, Friday. Nothing arrived, 2 days after an email stated I would receive it. Tried to contact Wido but nothing, eventually managed to find out myself where package was being held, I then decided to ask if I could pick up myself to not risk it not being delivered by NYE party day which I needed it for... 6 DAYS after ordering!! Still no answer from Wido until I travelled an hour round trip to collect it, upon getting home I received a ‘customer service’ email responding to my previous email attempting basically saying, your package was delivered today, so all good!! Erm, well no, not all good, as I went to get it or it would still be in the depot now, not to mention no mention at all of the fact it was VERY VERY late... it’s like nobody really cares. I really have a feeling this ‘company’ is a one man band with a decent looking website to try and hide the fact... if it isn’t, it’s so badly organised they probably do the same job as one man would. To top it all off, after a further lengthy email explaining everything from the delay, the no pickup and the complete lack of contact or care... guess what.... no response to that either. My advice, go elsewhere, it’s not worth the hassle, the stress to save a couple of quid, god knows what will happen if the product breaks and I need to get in touch any time soon!!!!

the initial experience of ordering & delivery of the goods was fine, however upon receipt is where it has gone horribly wrong parcel damaged and upon opening there were missing parts i have contacted on email, multiple times over a few days, and ZERO RESPONSE i have tried to call at least 20 times and no response i want to return/cancel the item & no response aweful customer aftercare service
