So much for next day delivery- ordered ours exactly one week ago and has just arrived today. Box is damaged and will find out tomorrow if it assembles or if it is damaged.

Good afternoon, After assembling this desk I spent a considerable amount of time trying to assemble it. The main points that I have to complain about are, 1. The holes for the shelves are not started and I had to drill myself. 2. some of the screws were only blanks and luckily I had similar ones I could use. 3. The item looked as if it had been opened and then closed up with sellotape, 4. The main thing is the terrible quality of the drawer runners. These are just made of tinplate and the edges are very sharp, definitely not suitable for use. Upon assembly the runners bent and became useless. I cannot push the drawers in or out without some force. I have already scratched my leg on the keyboard shelf. I will have to buy some proper runners now in order to get the thing working as the ones supplied are not fit for purpose. Looking forward to your comments on the above. Regards Hazel Raffell

I purchased a Chimenea from you- which on opening the box in front of the delivery man- has a massive crack in it. I tried to contact you on the phone, but after more than 10 minutes on hold and no answer, I emailed your support team as advised on your website. I still haven't had a reply. Unfortunately I’ve had a pretty bad experience with your company which is very disappointing as I had high hopes. After ordering my bed for my new clinic which came quickly (Wednesday) but after opening to build it was apparent it was faulty with several issues. Calling the next day (Thursday) first thing and explaining this was of great inconvenience to me and that I really needed a replacement ASAP. The girl said she could not confirm when a new bed would be delivered and I had to send my pictures and videos over in email and they would be back in touch. Which I did. I eventually got a reply later Thursday afternoon saying that the warehouse would send one out but wasn’t sure when that would be, possible 3-5 days. This to me was ridiculous considering if I went on the site the night i had found the fault I could have bought a new bed and had it delivered by Friday when I actually needed it. I’m still waiting..have had no communication and no idea when they are picking up the faulty bed. I’ve had to source another bed so I can carry out treatments. I can’t believe how bad this service is and I will be making sure I never use it again. I’d actually like a full refund and buy from somewhere else. Your company have caused me inconvenience and undue stress with no apologies.

My backwash was delivered a few couple of days ago. It was very upsetting to find that the delivery driver left it outside the pathment and refused to take it in. The delivery driver literally got in his van and sped off leaving my mum there watching him speeding off the road. He told my mum if she wants a refund she had to call the company up. My poor mum was lucky enough to had two builders there at the time to come out and help. I had to watch this on the cctv camera, horrid. The box has not been opened yet, hope he has not broke anything as he was just tossing the box about. Won't be buying from here again.

I ordered a bin store online. When it arrived it was damaged. I tried on numerous occasions to ring Wido services but no one was ever available. I tried to follow their returns system on the email link on the Q&A section of their website but the email bounced back stating their email address was wrong. I then emailed them directly and have still had no response with regard to the damaged goods, a refund or how to return the goods. I am still waiting....

Still haven't received an item I ordered on the 26.06.19. Was told 3 different delivery dates and no one showed up on any of them, went out of my way to pick the item up and when I got there the item was in a box that was not big enough for it results in the item being damaged. After contacting wido I was told they was sorry and would have a replacement sent out to me for the next day Friday the 5th july. Once again no one showed up, I was then told it would be monday the 8th July and again nothing showed up. I can never get through on there phone line and no one is replying to my emails so dont actually know if I will ever receive my item??? I'd avoid buying anything from this joke of a company awful customer service!!!

I’ve been asked to write a review which I thought was a joke . I ordered a table and chairs . It hasn’t been delivered. I’ve tried to contact wido by phone (don’t bother there’s nobody to answer your call) don’t bother to email them as they don’t answer those either. So they’ve taken my money and I haven’t got anything. Daylight robbery without violence. Do not order from these shysters . Had to give one star as zero isn’t available.

Bought a cantilever parasol via ebay. On setting it up and tightening the screw through the bolts welded to the base one of the bolts started to break off. I contacted them via ebay with photos. After 2 days of no contact I phoned and a representative traced the email and said she would arrange for a replacement part to be sent. After a week I sent a chase email asking where the replacement is. And now after a further 2 days on no response I have tried phoning but after hanging on for over 20 minutes with no answer I gave up. Tried a further 2 times during the day but with no answer again. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

awful .. table arrived damaged. Customer Service never answer even though I have held and held for hours. Emails take 2-3 days to be answered. When you finally answered I got offered a reduction or replacement. I responded to Laura to advise replacement and 24 hours on you have still not responded to advise what's going on. I am not the only one with this issue if you check your Facebook feed. When am I getting my table???? .......

Item was promised next day delivery, it actually took 3 days to get to me. When trying to find out where my item was there was no response on email and no response on the phone, infact no one even answers the phone! My item then arrived completely smashed, again no support no on one to talk to. I have no been on hold for three hours unable to get a response from anyone. Its absolutely disgusting and I will never every purchase from them again. This was for a £550 Garden Furniture set

Have never received my item that I paid £169 for! Guaranteed next day delivery and I am still waiting for it 5 days later. Lack of communication, terrible customer service and nothing gets resolved quickly. Will not be ordering from this website again.

Awful customer service. Swing hammock arrived soaking wet like it had been left on a wet floor for a while. Driver wasn't keen to bring it into the house even though it stated over 15kg must be moved by 2 people! Once in the house the box disintegrated due to being so wet. This was a present so didn't look good. Luckily once dry the product seems OK but due to this company not getting back to me about this (it's been a week now since I emailed) I've been left to leave a poor review.

I already contacted customer service which said that will contact me in 48 hours and I am still waiting, the double bin arrived damaged with a huge dent, I paid 58£ for something damaged and nobody has contacted me in 4 days. I got an automatic email confirmation about my complain but I am still waiting for you.

First and foremost, the structural stability, and strength of the four "heavy duty" shelving units I bought is nothing short of terrible, it's extremely lightweight and somewhat unstable, and unsuitable for average use in a garage or similar. My problem started when dhl left the parcel in the middle of my front garden in full view from the road, in 4 boxes that looked like they'd been abducted and mauled by a pack of hyenas, luckily only a few of the feet were missing. When I finished doing the unpacking that dhl started, I built up the units, well, tried, as one crossbar was completely bent at one end, and one tab on a cross member is snapped so I can not add the supporting brace and a couple of the shelves were to big to fit in the shelf space so bow up. I contacted customer service in regards to the disgusting delivery standards, the state of the units themselves and the false advertisement and use if the word "heavy duty", when the items are in fact, far from being legitimately described as such. I received a response, majority of which completely dismissed my complaint, but concentrated on the words used to describe the work ethic of the delivery person, apparently my suggestion of euthanasia was "offensive language", I was offended by the work carried out by dhl and the ignorant response from Leigh Alder 'customer service manager' who apparently can't manage to put together a half decent response to a serious and legitimate complaint. All conversations have been saved, logged and will be heading to the relevant department atvtrading standards, along with cctv of the delivery guy. A complete lack of options in regards of a resolution to the list of issues goes a long way in explaining the reasons why I'd be well entitled to honestly advise against buying from this company. Steer clear.
