What a absolutely appalling company, I would give 0 stars but you can't! 🤔 Order not delivered, but received a txt saying it had been and signed for, totally wrong and fraud signing, customer service, what a joke, they haven't got a clue, avoid at all costs, pay extra from a different company if you have too, avoid, avoid, never ever again will I even step foot in their shop or order online, even if my life depended on it. It's cost us dearly... Very upsetting.

My order was delivered on the wrong day, damaged and left without signoff in my front garden. After 4 phone calls with an incompetent Customer Services eventually 5 days later the order is being picked up, lets hope I get my money back without having to go to court!

We had a bathroom fitted by Wickes in April. Went into store and had it designed on a computer. This was after the person in the store came around to do a survey, and measure up. It all seemed very good...until it got fitted. Some items ordered, and a towel rail just didn’t fit. They were never going to fit, yet we had a survey from not only the Wickes staff member, but the fitter, also. If the towel rail had been where it was suppose to be then you would have scalded your leg every time you used the toilet. Of course... Wickes blame the fitter, and the fitter blames Wickes! The fitting was poor and lacked finesse, and attention to detail. This was mainly due to the tiler who decided to bodge the trim, not finish a HUGE step up into the bathroom. He fitted a broken tile, and grouted it in? We had 3 spare boxes! He missed parts of the grouting, both on the floor and walls, so some tiles were filled other bits were not. Grout splashes left over shower, bath, taps. Chipped floor tile, but of course this was put down and grouted in. It took a moan to the boss who came and rectified the problems. Still, however, it’s not as we had hoped. Oh, and Grey silicone was asked for, and there’s just Black silicone everywhere. Apart from that, it’s ok. I wouldn’t bother with Wickes. It’s not worth the money or bother. If you must go to them, buy the stuff yourself (for goodness sake measure and plan it yourself) and get your own fitter.

We have contacted Wickes repeatedly about cracked bathroom tiles in the two bathrooms installed by Wickes, but have never had a response. We will need to employ a tiler to replace some of the tiles. A few days ago the shower pump connector installed by Wickes came off the pump sending water everywhere and ruining the ceiling below. We called a plumber who has just told us that anti-vibration connectors should have been used on the pump and were not. So yet more expense and wasted time dealing with shoddy Wickes installation. I definitely would not recommend Wickes.

Ordered materials for UFH project, organised tradesmen, tradesmen turned up and delivery didn't. Lost a lot of money on wages and loss of earnings. Stay clear! Not even a notification, I had to chase them up,

Well I wish I could say good things about Wickes kitchen but unfortunately we had a bad experience purely because the installation! Everything was going well, quick on the right direction until started the removal of the old kitchen to the installation. What a nightmare so just for you have and idea to keep it short me and my family ended with a new kitchen which looks like second hand kitchen like was took from somebody else house and put on mine full of holes on the units, not in level and à damage floor and much more it was over a month with stress and the supervisor of the kitchen installation didn’t care and never bothered como come have look and his answer was well it’s better then was! We thought paying for installation for wickes would save us time and stress but now we regretted it.

APPALLING service - I ordered click and collect, Wickes took the money, website crashed on confirmtion page. They ADMIT they took my money and didn't provide any products but refuse to refund because 'we don't have an order number'. Customer services line just fobs you off, the facebook page asks for DM then ignores it. Lost £70. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased a kitchen and received one of the worst experiences from any company ever. Items not delivered, charged for items I'd not ordered, poor design service with very poor knowledge and constant delays. I phone and emailed customer services on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off at every turn. I was not until I sent an email to Simon King (CEO) that I received any contact from them. I was contacted by a customer service advisor who offered my some compensation but was unable to fully deal with the complaint and frankly did not seem bothered. The attitude was take the compensation or leave it. I would never use this company again. The worst customer service I have ever had.

At the start the process was great. The design team were very attentive and thorough. The delivery team were the same, great friendly guys. That's where the good experience stopped. The fitter turned up to do a quick inspection before commencing the work, then hit me with some charges, that I'm sure I triple checked were included in the original actual fitting cost. The guy turned up, a day later then expected and carried out the fitting of our bathroom.. When I got home from work, I thought, great, convenient, everything sorted while i was at work. Wasn't until i started having a look at what had been done that there was problems. Poorly fitting cupboards, worktop that has been put on crooked, which in turn makes the sink crooked. Sealer work that looks like was applied with his feet! And all the cutting must have been done with his eyes shut! I then raised a complaint with wickes before the work was complete as I didn't want anything else done badly. They assured me that they were surprised as he is such a nice guy. Obviously they put personality over capability. Also, we bought an entire bathroom from the picture in the catalogue, only to be told 2 weeks later that the tiles are no longer available and we would have to pick some similar 1's. I am now waiting for the customer service manager to come and assess what has been done before anything else is done. Watch this space.......................

I bought a quadrant monsoon shower unit from the stockton store in july 2016 thats 3 years ago, im sure a shower the price i paid should last longer than 3 years and especially as it is in the second bathroom which does not encounter the wear and tear of the main bathroom of which only myself and daughter use. I mention wear and tear because that is the excuse that was given for my shower door spontaneously combusting whilst i was out. After speaking to main head office that resulted in being told it must have been knocked and had crack in. I can assure you there was no cracks or knocks ever. They contacted the manufacturer as there was a batch with a fault but i have been told mine was not one of them. Clearly there was a fault. They then said id have to contact store to buy replacement door, which i have only to be told its discontinued and no replacement doors available. I could understand if it was 10 yrs old but its only 3 years and quite expensive. The attitude and after care is totally unacceptable. I should of realised about customer care 3 years ago when the unit was delivered and missing parts including a door and the issue of having to re-schedule installation and incurring the extra cost of that. The attitude of customer care back then was abismal with a couldn't care less attitude and a total dismissal of responsibility. So are you able to give any solution or resolution or am i right in thinking i now have an expensive unusable shower unit bought from Wickes, the company that I will never buy from again and will not endorse or recommend to anyone.

Very poor quality customer service. Constantly failed to do what they promised to do. Did not reply or clarify queries and provided incorrect information on replies. I was promised it was easy to cancel the order but that did not prove to be the case I had to formally complain in order to cancel the job. Very poor and unhelpful service. There are plenty of other people or builders who do just a good job so I would use them.

I felt I had to write this after reading some bad reviews. We bought our kitchen from the Elmers End branch in Kent. The staff were very helpful and we had no problems with delivery. We are extremely pleased with the kitchen and our fitter Jeff was excellent as he fitted the kitchen expertly and was very tidy, clearing up as he went along. All in all an extremely professional job. A few panels were left over and we had no problems with a refund. I’m glad I didn’t read any of the bad reviews or I would not have chosen Wickes but I am very glad we did!

Delivery of our kitchen was Oct 18 and the last door was fitted in Jun 19. It took 13 attempts to deliver a larder door that wasn't damaged. The breakfast bar didn't arrive and I had to source my own replacement. Other doors were missing and damaged. The very helpful sales lady didn't want to know us once we took delivery. We complained but continued to be sent further damaged doors. They sent fitters to collect the doors from store and bring them to us to fit. The doors were damaged when they arrived. The fitters said this was a regular occurance. The fitters then left all their rubbish behind for us to dispose of. No one at Wickes would give me the CEO's email address so I found it myself an wrote a letter asking for help (simon.king@wickes.co.uk). Mr Simon King passed my letter to a member of his team who promised to investigate and get in touch in three days. A week later I was still waiting so I called and spoke to the very inexperienced customer service assistant who had emailed me. He effectively said my complaint was at the bottom of his list of over 40 others and he couldn't take action while he was talking to me on the phone. He obviously had not investigated my complaint or even fully read my letter and sounded like he didn't give two hoots. He promised an email an hour later but it didn't arrive. In the meantime I spoke to a Wickes fitter myself and asked him to inspect the next door before he brought it from store. So the last door has now been fitted. It has been stressful, time consuming, frustrating beyond belief, I had to take time off work and get a lump in my throat every time I think about having to deal with Wickes. No one at Wickes took responsibility for my complaints at any stage. Not even the CEO. Wickes Kitchen buyer BEWARE! I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
