“I’ve been buying these pants for many years. I wait until they go on sale for $9.99. Because, They are not worth more than that. They fade after a few washings. I called him my throwaway pants and they are just fine for working around the house. However, the ones I just purchased have a waistband that is bulky flops over and bunches up. I usually put a keychain holder on my waistband and that is impossible to do with the new pants.
I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was none available but they would return my call. Still waiting these pants are definitely defective and I would like the same deal on the same type of pants I normally buy (where the waistband lays flat instead of bunched up and folded over). The woman, I spoke to said she could not guarantee that. I recorded my conversation.”
“Send me some use shoes that was dirty on bottom sole. This is sad. When I call it in, she ask if I want a credit card. I told her no. She must think I’m crazy. I received no invoice to see how much my bill is. I do not recommend using this company at all.”
“I ordered some summer pjs that were supposedly available and was told they wouldn't be available until December. I was willing to wait so I'd have them for the next year. But when my order finally came in, the date on my credit card had expired and they canceled the order. They didn't give me any time to make a simple date correction to the same card. I will not order again until they replace my order and give me an opportunity to update my information.”
“I ordered three items. It says that it was recieved at USPS, but USPS says that the order is waiting to be recieved. So, which is it. I just want the product, but I have to wait 21 days for a refund. This place is a joke. Lost of bad reviews. If something isn't done soon, I'm calling the BBB because this is stupid.”

“First of all I have been ordering from women within for a couple of years. My last order I ordered 4 pairs of pants. Two wide leg and 2 straight leg. I ordered them to wear on vacation. When I received them I was sent all wide leg pants. When I called about their mistake I was on told I would have to pay to send them back. I ask for supervisor and one was not available, but would call me when they were. Been waiting now 10 hours. I called back and then was told I could buy the pants I wanted again and then send back the other ones and get a refund. Either way I pay more money and will not have the right pants for my vacation, I leave in 5 days. Will not order anything from this company again.”

“I have been ordering from WW for about 20 yrs. Clothes are of good quality. My problem just happened with returning my last 2 orders cuz the shirts were to big!! I sent back 2 orders thru UPS like they said to do. I don't use UPS and I figured they all knew what they were doing. UPS didn't print off both QR codes, both bags of clothing were sent back in the same box with both invoices and because only on QR Code was refused, I only get credit for the small order. WW still owes me over $250 in returns that they have put back into their stock and will sell to someone else!!!! This is criminal!! I'm 72 yrs old and I have to work even though I'm disabled to make ends meet and they are going to refuse me my refund!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!”
“I noticed something the last time I washed my new order of vneck shirts from this company. There was a weird film in my washing machine after I washed several items. I had just cleaned my washing machine with a specific item for that purpose. I then thought well maybe it was just something I did. Later I washed more items from this company and the same thing happened. I also remember having a rash and itching from wearing some of these items. I am going to send them to a lab and have them tested for possible toxic chemicals in the fabric.”
