This is a bait and switch company. They will not send you what you ordered they will send you other things and will not credit you back. They just keep billing. Stay away from them

This company has the worst method for returning clothes, when on-line it says returns fast and easy. What a lie. I will not buy from Woman Within any more.

Order didn’t arrive. After not receiving for almost six weeks cancelled my account with them. They kept billing me & adding late charges. I filed a dispute. & they denied it. Worstcpany I’ve ever ordered anything from. They bullied me to pay. They tried to ruin my credit for a $99 bill Indidnt owe. Even after paying it they are sending me bills. Don’t ever order from here. They are the worst.

Woman Within put a whole different shipping address on $172.38 worth of product and are leaving it up to me to try and retrieve. They said they will send me an email in 7-10 business to file to get my money back. I only ordered because my child has to special order bras. I will NEVER use this company again! It was $24 for shipping and they messed that all the way up. Currently out of the money and the product ordered. 😔

Woman within charged me full price for a sale item. They charged me $16.49 more than what I was supposed to pay! Would not refund my money. Then wanted to charge me $11.00 to return the item

They are crooks I will never be a customer again charging me for a reward program that I never agreed to charging me again and again for nothing I was going to buy frome them in future but never again horrible company

I just received my order, and it all smells like mildew. the pair of jean shorts I washed in the sink with wool lite and the water is so dirty! don't think I will be ordering anymore. I have been ordering for years and just has gotten worse and the prices keep getting higher.

I have been ordering from WW for about 20 yrs. Clothes are of good quality. My problem just happened with returning my last 2 orders cuz the shirts were to big!! I sent back 2 orders thru UPS like they said to do. I don't use UPS and I figured they all knew what they were doing. UPS didn't print off both QR codes, both bags of clothing were sent back in the same box with both invoices and because only on QR Code was refused, I only get credit for the small order. WW still owes me over $250 in returns that they have put back into their stock and will sell to someone else!!!! This is criminal!! I'm 72 yrs old and I have to work even though I'm disabled to make ends meet and they are going to refuse me my refund!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I noticed something the last time I washed my new order of vneck shirts from this company. There was a weird film in my washing machine after I washed several items. I had just cleaned my washing machine with a specific item for that purpose. I then thought well maybe it was just something I did. Later I washed more items from this company and the same thing happened. I also remember having a rash and itching from wearing some of these items. I am going to send them to a lab and have them tested for possible toxic chemicals in the fabric.

I ordered a pair of shoes and I paid fourteen dollars for shipping. Very sorry that the shoes were too narrow. I was then charged $10,99 for return. Only if I accepted a gift card to shop with them again.Could I have had free shipping. No thanks.I have chosen never to shop there again.

WW charged my card $16.95 for something called "Rewards" program. I did not sign up for program charging $16.95/per month. My last purchases were enough to receive free shipping. Was charged $17 for shipping. Scam Alert. Will never buy from them again.

"Happy Returns" are anything but. I followed procedure to the letter and selected Walgreens to return the items. Walgreens said sorry, you have to go to FedEx. FedEx said they no longer take 'Happys". I went to UPS, which did take the returns and sent me an email confiriming drop off. I was more than patient to wait the excess policy turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks. Call WW to get the date the return would be processed, and they said they never received the items. UPS said without the tracking # they can't do anything. Poof, $75 is gone, and no one at WW could care less. Buyer Beware. These clothes are one rung above Temu. Junk.

I called about my order shipping date and was told that my order which was placed in April would not ship until August when the whole order was complete. That is not how the order was originally placed. Items were to be shipped upon availability. The customer service person said he could cancel the order and replace it for the items available now at the same price. That is what I did. The order did not get cancelled and was shipped to me as well as the replacement order. Now they refuse to take back the double shipped order and will not give me a refund. Although I did not receive the order until May (they say it shipped April 27th), it is supposedly past their 60 day return policy. I can find no where on the packing slip or where you mark for returns or exchanges anything about 60 days. I called customer service and ended up talking to a supervisor who continued to give me the company line about the 60 day return policy. Somehow I don't see how a doubled shipped order is my fault. If the customer service rep had cancelled the order this would not have happened. According to them, I will just have to suck up that 2nd order which incidentally are the wrong sizes and I won't even be allowed to return them for correct sizes. Watch out for these snakes!!!!!!!

I don't know why I continue to buy their button down shirts. Over the years, every shirt I have purchased, is too narrow in the arms and shoulders. We are large women, that includes the shoulders. Even trying to reach across my body to straighten out the sleeve-is hard to reach because the shirts have no room to move... at all. Very claustrophobic and a bad look.

Be aware of coupons from Woman Within. All offers are based on eastern time So if you call from another time zone on the last day of the offer and it is before midnight on your time zone but after midnight eastern time the coupon will not be honored. Also if the item is backorder you cannot use the coupon.

So disappointed!!! I have been a WW customer for years. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer! I have tried all weekend to place an order online. Everytime I went to my cart to pay, the prices went up, like doubled! I have spoken to multiple customer service reps. They have come up with some of the most lame excuses, you only get that if you have a coupon, where do I get a coupon, we should send you one, ok send it to me, I'm sorry we can't. - ummm it doesn't say anything about needing a coupon anywhere! Oh that must be the wrong price....look at your website, oh your right, but we can't fix it, what comes up in the cart is the correct price. I want to speak to a supervisor...long wait, oh sorry, they are too busy. Try again, I want to speak to a supervisor, ok I'll transfer you...on hold for 25 minutes, try calling from another phone while staying on hold, get a recording that they just closed. Called back for the 6th time, sorry there is nothing we can do to help you, click. (of course you can't hardly understand anyone) After all the calls, I looked at the website again - SURPRISE, the prices have been changed...imagine that! That was fast. I did take a picture of the original prices.

Well, I’m glad I’m not the only one that has issues with going online in order shirts or whatever I need and I’ve done it in the past but then all of a sudden for the past probably six weeks they’re giving me issues that my card number is not right so I’m constantly repeating the same numbers I’ve put in previously For sometime I’ve been ordering from them and doing it on Customer Service. They take too long half of them. I don’t understand what they’re saying not being mean about it but it’s frustrating. Very frustrating and the company in my opinion should really just discontinue and hopefully we can find another website that will give us good quality clothes, which I don’t complain about , but it’s everything else around that they need to really work on and it’s great that they have this offer for a dollar for delivery which is amazing instead of being charged 1099 for something that’s on sale for like 899 which is ridiculous work harder work better but in my opinion, I’m pretty much done with the company
