“Posting on behalf of my wife. She has ordered regularly from WW and I have bought Christmas gifts for her from there as well. If I could give them a negative 10, I would. She ordered some clearance items after Christmas, they showed them delivered but the address on the map showed it was 7 blocks away. They refilled the order and shipped and again they show it delivered and it is nowhere to be found. This time they cannot produce anything that shows where it was delivered. Their response? They offered a 90 percent refund. No clothing and they keep 10 percent? Seriously? Absolutely horrible.”
“If I could give WW zero stars or even a minus amount of stars, I would. I had ordered some products (one of many many orders I have made) and the charge showed up on my credit card but I never received the order. I called to get information and I was shocked when the foreign customer representative asked for my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!!! What on earth? I refused. I had an interruption in my home but called back. I was told by the second foreign sounding representative that I had refused the order and it was sent back and I was to be charged approximately $20. When I refuted it, she told me the date. I was literally with my husband at the hospital during that day as he was recuperating from open heart surgery and I neither accepted or rejected the order. But yet I am stuck with the return postage. I’m totally disappointed and would advise everyone to make sure the product they have ordered is reflected on their credit card bill. And maybe you could decide whether or not WW is a company you want to deal with.”
“Woman Within has gone DOWN HILL. They sent me wrong item. When I tried to return....item. they want to CHARGE ME RETURN SHIPPING. I am recovering from shoulder replacement surgery and cannot go to ship item. They finally emailed me a return label ...no free shipping....but an e-card to buy from them again......with shipping.
I have been a customer for years. NO MORE. when I get their catalogs....they will straight into the TRASH CAN. When I called them....I was disconnected 3 times, before I got help.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND..... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.”

“I placed an order for 2 bathrobes on February 25th 2025. 2 weeks later I contacted them by text chat and was told they were back ordered. I found a phone number for their customer service and call them on the March 16th and found out the robes are backordered till June. When I tried to cancel my order they informed me that I couldn't because it was already in process. Which the order status has been saying "in process" since I placed the order on the February 25. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was informed that none were available. I am very unsatisfied.”
“Woman Within sent me the wrong item. When I called they said I have to purchase the item again and pay a return fee of $10.99. This was a mistake by Woman Within. I should not have to buy the item twice or pay a return fee when they sent the wrong item. Avoid this company. Unethical business practices.”

“The shipping time is terribly slow. The shipping charges are terribly expensive. When returning items I was charged for the shipping. I noticed that they applied a 16.95 fee MONTHLY as some kind of membership fee that I never asked for. Horrible company to deal with . Stay away!”

“I ordered 7 night shirts for my wife and the ad said 30% and 25$ off for every 50$ down I spent 155 after the 30 off and then they only took 25$ total off I called them twice and the First Lady told me I would have to talk to a supervisor and proceeded to hang up on me I called right back and asked to speak to a supervisor and had to go through the same complaint and she said ok I’ll send you to a supervisor and hung up again on me. Not happy as I paid 50 more than I soups have here is the ad”
“Horrible Experience. Ordered an outdoor jacket, according to their size chart and comments. Too small; wanted to exchange. They have no exchange policy, only a refund, and then you can re-buy it. But wait: there are several catches. FIRST, the say they only give e-credits(which means they hold your $ captive until you place another order). SECOND, they only e-credit you the cost of the item. You're stuck paying for shipping AND tax. THIRD,(and this I didn't find out until the whole "refund" process was over) they actually DID refund me, back to my credit card, after several emails exchanges with customer service, BUT I was not given my whole purchase price back; nope, they tacked on some type of processing fee deduction. So in a nutshell, I paid $74.38 for the entire order, and was refunded $46.85. I lost $27.43 total. I'll be dropping this company like a HOT POTATO! On a positive note: the CSR's that I emailed with were very personable.”
“This is about the worse company I have ever delt with!! They never applied my gift cards to my orders and then charged me for the full items - when I called to have this rectified I was told it was done and the next month I receive a statement with late charges and fees that after many hours trying to correct this it is still not corrected. The last guy I spoke with said the girl before who I spoke with didn’t credit my account and there was nothing he could do about it!!! They say they will have a supervisor call me back and they never do. I have spent hours dealing with this company and NO MORE!! I cancelled my card that’s it for sure never get their charge card it’s a nightmare!!!”
