Shirts measured two inches bigger than the size guide but after sending them back Workwearexpress just returned them to me saying the supplier says they fall within their tolerance. Also Workwearexpress list two sizes, which is unusual and you don't spot or expect this. They list the garment size (say Large = to fit 42/44" yet they also, two lines down, state the garment size of 46" (mine actually measured 48" so massive on a 42" chest). So, for a 42" chest I should have ordered a Medium at 40"! I have wasted £124 buying shirts that are way too big and that are bigger than the size guide; so my problem!

i struggle to give them even 1 star on my recent order. they have gone down hill and i will not be using them again.

Rubbish customer service! Wasn’t made aware of out of stock items after 2 weeks of the items being ordered! Had to chase ourselves. Would not recommend, ordered them in pleanty of time and half of the items that were ordered never turned up. Do not use them. Tshirts turned up and look awful too, nothing like the proofs.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. It was one issue after another. Ordered t-shirts for a festival we were doing. The lady who took the order took the email address down wrong and we never got any proofs. Our festival took place on Thursday 12th April and we still hadn't heard anything on the Monday, so we called them and they said the 'XL's' were out of stock. The annoying thing was that we had to chase them and they didn't let us know. As we weren't sure what size was going to fit the people, we asked for 2 x XXL and 2 x L so that they would have a choice. So all in all, we were asking for 2 t-shirts as a gesture of goodwill. They refused to do this. They said they could offer free embroidery but we would have to pay for the t-shirts. I spoke with a manager and asked them if they could please do this as they hadn't even told us they were out of stock in the first place, but they refused. I decided to leave them and asked for a refund on 1 of the XL and replace with another Large. They then said that they only had 2 larges in stock and the other 2 should be with us on Friday. The lady on the phone said worse case scenario they would send it on a Saturday AM delivery. We've just received the 2 larges (Tuesday 17th April). They were dispatched yesterday! Our festival is now over and we are left with 2 t-shirts that we don't need. After the experience I had trying to get anywhere with them last week, I can't even be bothered to waste my energy dealing with them again and instead will ensure I spread the word as much as possible to NOT use this company. Had they resolved the issue in the first place, none of this would have been necessary. A company that clearly doesn't care about their customers and their reputation. STAY AWAY!

ordered the overalls far too big not right measurements and when had to send them back refund took well over 2-3 weeks and was wrong that the overalls cost over £24 and the refund was only £18 ! will never use again

Again, I put my trust in ordering again from them after my bad experience. I asked for a print of my logo.. I got that. Baring in mind my logo looks nothing like that as if they weren’t bothered to do it. Asked for a refund no reply back.

I had paid quite a generous amount to customise a hard hat, with the customisation costing nearly four times the amount of the hat itself. However, if he logo I requested to be printed on the hat seems to be a very cheap sticker stuck on the front of the hat which doesn’t look very professional at all and I cannot recommend this product to any of my professional colleagues.

Poor customer service. Poor comm’s. Placed a note on my order to be told there was no note added & incorrect colours used on the design. This was WW Express’ 2nd chance with us. The first attempt was a jacket ordered as per the website size guidelines which when arrived, turned out to be labelled correctly, but at least 2 sizes too big. Then we were told it was within tolerances & sent back to us.

I ordered 4 pairs of Skopes Cyprus Trousers, when the delivery came through I had been sent Skopes Rysdale Trousers, I contacted customer services who asked me to send these back, once they had received these back they would send the correct trousers to me, three weeks later I had a delivery today which I hope was the correct trousers but they have sent me the Skopes Rysdale Trousers again.. NOT HAPPY...

It has been well over 3 days since I paid for the order including express delivery, but the parcel did not arrive yet ! I called and emailed sales and customer services, but no reply from anyone !

These guys quote items will be despatched in 5 days, its now been 15 days and no goods and they now telling me it will be another 7 days. Do not trust them.

I found the polo shirts I bought were not of a great standard I’ve only worn them twice & they are already baggy!!!

Where to start? 1. I placed an order with a printed logo and had to chase to know where to send the artwork. One week. 2. The artwork was arranged - that was the most efficient bit - very quick and helpful 3. Polo shirts arrived. Printing on back of polo shirts was disgraceful. There was a difference in position between 10cms and 17cms from back neck. 7cm tolerance? Seriously unimpressed. 4. Order supposed to be collected but DPD couldn't arrive due to snow. I requested collection to be rearranged. Had to chase again after one week. DPD collected 09/03 and still no feedback as of 19/03. 5. Have requested full refund. No longer want the order fulfilled as I have completely lost faith in Workwear Express. Needless to say, have not had a reply to my email requesting this.

Terrible company, yes the products are fine but getting them is a major challenge. Deliveries don't come when expected, when they do come it's in dribs and drabs rather than all together, with no prior warning that this is the case. Wrong items/placement of logos sent every time and then a nightmare to get replaced. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Absolutely appalling customer service, 0 stars would be more accurate. Repeated problems with order being late/wrong combined with very rude and unhelpful staff. Have given this company so many chances to redeem themselves. To any small business owners - DON'T BOTHER, shop local and save yourself the hassle. They find ways to cut corners and deliver substandard products but I am still paying full price. Sneaky and underhand methods to say 'you were informed'. A repeat order should be exactly that, not what suits them.

A round of applause... you've just LOST the business of a £700m plc company! Having been a customer of yours for 2 years, I previously never had any issues, so when placing a simple order for 5 polo's with multiple printed graphics, I'd have thought it would be fine... sadly not! How can I do business with a company that blatantly lied to me on 3 separate occasions by 3 different members of staff about this order, with the end result being told that they could not print the job at 4pm Friday when the garments were needed for the first of 5 trade shows starting on the Saturday. What makes it worse is that they had this job in their system for 2 weeks before deciding to inform me they couldn't do it. I appreciate things don't always go according to plan and simple alternative solution would have more than sufficed but instead they buried their head in the sand and hoped it would go away! absolutely shocking service... I even sent a follow-up email on the Friday to say, "listen, you dropped the ball on this occasion but if you still want to handle the job with an alternative, then I'm prepared to give you another try'.... I'm still awaiting for their email (you'd have thought they'd be chomping at the bit to put things right). Thankfully I have the audit trail of emails to verify how woeful they've been. Have now found a local company, slightly more expensive but happy to take a future order of around £17k in printwork.

Original order had artwork missing, sent back and then order lost at the factory. Chased up a month after order and agreed to cancel order. Had to again chase up after 2 more weeks as refund had not been actioned. So now 6 weeks on, no order and no refund

Colours were faint. Printing of same image was different on front and back of shirts. Font was different sizes when should have been the same. Shirts smelt toxic
