Great experience. Purchased a kitchen from White City, Clara designed our kitchen, Jack substituted in lockdown for final design and finance etc. Installer Steve of Godley hill developments did a fine job with his team. Job well done!

We got a wren kitchen, fitted December 2019, we had a problem with one worktop, I rang up and they replaced the problem piece and also the back fitments , all done within days, love the kitchen and had a good experience. Mrs Julie Webster Holmfield Halifax

It is nearly 3 years since I got the new Wren Kitchen from the Southend branch. Most of you would have seen reviews of new kitchen installations, but here I ma giving you a review after 3 years. I am very pleased with my kitchen, The quality is very good and I have had no concerns or quality issues at all. Yes the kitchen is supposed to last at least 15-20 years as a minimum, but I am sure it will last ages. Thank You wren.

Had our Kitchen installed just over 4yrs ago. We noticed a month or so ago that on the bottom of 2 of the cabinet doors, the melamine (the door covering) was peeling away. Shocked at this because of the relatively short time with had the kitchen, I remembered Wrens promise of 20yrs guarantee on all cabinets they make. So I phoned them up and explained what had happened to the doors, the young man I spoke to asked me to take some photos of the affected areas and send them to him by email. After doing this, the young man then explained he would pass on the photos to the quality team to investigate and he would get back to me when he hears back from them. A little less than 2 weeks later, I received an email from the same person I was speaking to on the phone......This is the response I got back from Wrens... “I have spoke with our quality control team and have been advised that it looks like the door fronts have been effected by harsh cleaning solutions or neat bleach which have caused damage to the door front. Due to the reasons outlined above, this would not be covered by the Wren warranty.” How do they come up with that decision based on a few photos? And if this were the case, why are only 2 doors affected? We would be having the problem with all the doors if this was the problem. For the record, we only wipe down our doors with a damp sponge with a tiny bit of washing up liquid on, then we wipe it over with a dry cloth. I’ve come to the conclusion that this 20yr guarantee on cabinet doors is nothing more than a sham. It’s there to fool people (like myself) to buy their product with the peace of mind, that if a fault did go wrong with the cabinets you buy through no fault of your own, then it will be covered for up to 20yrs. But the facts are, you report a fault and they make up any excuse to get away with out doing anything about it. You live and learn and I’ve learnt, never to step foot into a Wren building again. Will I buy from them again...OH NO Will I recommend them...HELL NO

We’re extremely disappointed with Wren and would be unable to recommend it to anyone. Issues include: - significant gaps between quartz worktop and wall due to uneven cutting; - unit edge scribed into an unsightly shape by fitter; - no hole in the sink unit for us to connect our dishwasher, despite the need for this being clearly stated on the plans; - one of the sink support brackets left in a pile of rubbish instead of being used to support sink; - loose wiring in dishwasher cavity; - barely able to open fusebox because it’s been reconnected at a 70-degree angle with the lid scraping on the underside of a shelf; - thermostat left hanging loose without any apparent way to reconnect; - damage to paintwork and walls elsewhere in property that required filler/sanding/repainting; - house left deliberately unlocked and unattended whilst fitters went out for lunch; - fitter ignored instructions not to use downstairs toilet that wasn’t plumbed in properly; - fitter left property early on day waste collection was due, promised to rearrange collection, and then failed to do so—leaving me to rearrange it at the last minute; - significant amount of waste—including fitters’ lunch packaging—dumped in a large heap in dining room upon completion. After broaching these issues, we did not receive anything even approaching empathy or apology from our installation coordinator or fitter. Indeed, after an email to Wren outlining the snagging issues, our fitter sent us a wildly inappropriate and somewhat aggressive text message accusing us of “lies”. The installation coordinator has insisted that none of the issues we have outlined—the big wavy gap between the worktop and the wall, the missing plumbing access hole, the wavy unit edge etc—are Wren’s responsibility. According to our installation coordinator, the supplementary plasterwork provided by Wren’s fitter is the reason we can’t install a dishwasher, or that we could potentially lose a child down the gap between worktop and wall. We disagree, but we’re currently having to source local tradespeople (decent, honest, common-sense sorts of people) to fix the issues whilst Wren hides behind some ambiguously-worded clauses in a contract. The only consolation we have is that the installation coordinator—shortly before denying all liability for the final time—agreed that she would be unhappy with the finish if this were her own kitchen. Isn’t that ironic?

Wren were great, until they weren't. The kitchen units are great quality, the colour looks great, shame about the CDA unit and the worktops. Wren fall down severely on their ability to deal with a situation when it doesn't go to plan. 1) Our worktop provider went into administration. Understandably this caused a bit of drama at Wren. We were told it would be solved in two weeks. We waited six, had to request to speak to the manager who could then fit the worktop that week. Surprising how that happened. 2) we had a CDA unit fitted and it was faulty. This unit was replaced. Unfortunately the second CDA unit was faulty too. We are still battling to get this replaced four months after our kitchen was fitted. We have even arranged for a CDA engineer to attend the property and confirm that the unit is faulty (three weeks ago). I suggest Wren sort their lines of communication out and improve their customer care. Good quality materials are not worth the stress of dealing with their incompetence!

A disaster from start to end, and still not resolved.  We had a large infinity plus kitchen installed which is apparently their premium range, however most of the units turned up damaged and had to be reordered, with many of the replacements also being damaged and reordered again (leaving us to store/dispose of these), worktop was delayed by several weeks with us having to chase for updates and when worktop was installed it damaged all of the support units and needed to have a joint redone a week later. In addition to this we had a broken fridge that Wren accidentally replaced with a Freezer that we then had to store until the new Fridge turned up, the worktop fitter changed the design of the worktop as he said the designer had designed it incorrectly, and also Wren had somehow had one of our upstands recorded as being a different worktop material which we had to correct on numerous occasions. The whole thing was a disaster and we were without a working kitchen for c.5 weeks, and their only response is that you can fill in a claim form once the kitchen is finished. We have now filled in this claim form but it has been over 3 months with no response, whilst in addition to the stress caused we still have numerous damages that we have not been compensated for in anyway.  I fear this kitchen will not last more than 12months before looking tatty due to the poor quality, which given the amount of money spent is unacceptable. Going with Wren was a huge mistake and has ruined any enjoyment we would have had from a new kitchen. The only good point was the fitters themselves that Wren subcontracted to were brilliant, the issues were all on Wrens side. Some of our family and friends were also looking to get new kitchens also and have avoided Wren based on our experience and the poor quality of the units fitted.

BE WARNED nice kitchens for sure but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I have bought 2 kitchens and they have twice short delivered items, it has been a continuous fight to obtain expensive paid for missing items. The Quartz marble worktop for one of the kitchens arrived two different tones. I paid £3600 for it and I was not happy with the results so I complained that for the price I expect to have what I bought in the show room. It has been 6 months and they have left me with an incomplete kitchen. A worktop they are refusing to replace so they left it temporarily installed which means I have no cooker or sink installed either. I am still waiting for them to refund me the money and pick up their uneven worktop so I can buy elsewhere. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims court. Don’t buy your quartz from Wren they will sell you uneven stones and the fit it’s very poor, buy from CM Stone limited in HA9 0YJ at better prices and high standards check out my reviews on their facebook page of the work they have done. Immaculate compared to the horrible work Wren was charging me for, you can see the photos of the horrible two different tones of quartz wren provided on the review section of Wren’s page staples corner Facebook page.
