Package never arrived, Ali Express marked the package as delivered. When I contacted them and provided security camera evidence that the package had not been delivered on the day that they stated, they still refused to provide support, kept closing the ticket.

FRAUDULENT, FRAUD, FRAUDULENTLY, DISHONEST, DISAPPOINTING, FRAUDSTERS, FRAUDS. The carriers that they have deliver your packages send fake pictures stating that they delivered to your door and AliExpress agree 100%with the carriers. THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB ACTIVITY!!! Never Again will I order from this company!

I invested $17,500 here to trade based on their signals. The scammers provided me with videos of real trading based on signals, as well as screenshots of PNL. I was eager to earn the same, so I fell for it and invested the money. But I didn’t know that I was dealing with a fake broker, not a legitimate one. Beware of Potential Scams on AliExpress I've purchased several items from AliExpress over time, and while shipping times can vary, I’ve generally had good experiences. However, my recent purchase has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. This is the first time I’ve been scammed on the platform, and I want to warn others. The seller sent a small package to a different address within my zip code, claiming it was delivered to my address. Since USPS doesn’t provide street names or house numbers, I initially assumed the package was stolen. After investigating with USPS, I learned that the package was never addressed to my home. It was only 0.76 lbs, while the item I purchased should have weighed at least 10 lbs. Despite presenting USPS documentation showing that the package wasn’t for my address and that the weight didn’t match the description, AliExpress sided with the seller and denied my refund request. This was incredibly frustrating, as I provided clear evidence of the issue. I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from AliExpress, especially if something seems off. The platform's customer service was unhelpful, and it’s clear that some sellers may try to exploit buyers, or aliexpress is taking part on the scam since all the have to do is ask the seller to present the weight of the package and street name of delivery confirmation.

They are frauds, liars and thieves: I purchased an item for $123. It was a village house (tattoo house) and was shown with a light. When I got the house there was no light and the item was broken. I immediately took photos and contacted the seller Kafu House. They apologized for no light and offered $10 to go buy my own light and sent it immediately. They told me to try and fix the house and if it was not fixable they would return my whole amount and provide free return shipping. I said I would try and fix the item and if not I would want a full refund and to return the product. They very nicely agreed. When I glued the pieces back on the house they just fell right back off and of course this makes the house unusable. I sent them a message that I did want to return as we discussed and then they blocked me. I contacted Aliexpress (the fraud company) and they told me to contact the seller. I again, explained that I had been blocked. I sent them photos of the broken item, screenshots of the Kafu house conversation where they said if I could not fix to my satisfaction they would refund my money and photos of me being blocked. I then got an email saying pretty much tough luck and that I had been reimbursed $10. I think this is the scam. They do not include the whole item and then offer you a very small amount back for the missing piece. They promise to reimburse if you cannot fix the item and then they block you. Then Aliexpress says you have already been refunded. How do they figure $10 covers a broken $123 item. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. I have contacted the online chat 4 times and each time they say they will take care of it and then I get a denied email and no way to contact them except through the chat that just takes you right back to where you started. Tonight I have a screenshot of the chat person saying Yes, I would receive my refund in full and immediately upon believing them and ending the chat I get an email saying too bad, no refund again. So I even have Aliexpress saying I would receive full refund, Kafu House (the seller) saying I would receive full refund and still they continue to play the FRAUD game.

I wish i could give them zero stars. They are just your usual sino scammers. Sent an item back with a 'guaranteed refund' Well >50 days later and countless messages on their utter sh1te customer service portal and nothing, just constant we will get back to you in 48 hours blah blah. Appeal rejected for unspecified reasons, despite item having been returned as they requested and on their shipment label. Annoyingly used paypal and they were also utter rubbish, so ive stopped doing business with them as well. Just go to ebay etc, prices are similar and you wont get scammed by these cnuts

So, the issue with AliExpress is that they are just a host company that has multiple "companies" that the site hosts. The problem is that they are NOT all trustworthy. I ordered a Lego set for xmas through the MOC Superstore on AE. They delivered it. To the wrong address. I reached out to the shipping company who said it was the seller's problem. Reached out to MOC - messages unread - STILL unread since Oct.! Reached out to Ali Express who said that because it was delivered there was nothing they could do - despite it being delivered to the WRONG address!!! I even reached out to PayPal which I paid through and they denied the claim because they said AE said the item was delivered and there was nothing they could do. I've been fighting this for MONTHS. If your item gets lost, don't expect a refund OR sympathy (despite the delivery guarantee mentioned on the site).

I didn't received my order till now. Yesterday I received notification from your courier service provider (IMILE) that. The order is delivered but I didn't get my order for queries I called them. But no response from their side.

Stay away - scam company! Will never buy from them again. They provide fake tracking number and hold your money. Don't purchase through PayPal either since they won't do anything... Only use credit card so you can at least get your money back through your financial institution.

Don’t believe estimated delivery dates. I ordered in Nov with an estimated delivery date of Dec6. It’s Dec 24 and no sign of my order. I assume I will get it at some point but I could be overly optimistic.

Purchased a drone for over 400.00. It never got shipped. Upon contacting the seller he tried to extort an additional 135.00 from me or he wouldn’t ship it. I canceled and AliExpress opened a claim 30 days ago with 0 information to me and 0 money back. The item was never shipped so I filed a claim as it was paid threw PayPal they too have refused to resolve my claim. Both AliExpress & Pay Pal have money back guarantees neither of which are worth the paper their written on. Stay away from people who lie and allow you to be extorted or a fraud victim!

Non-existant customer service 5 years ago I stopped buying from Aliexpress. They accepted my money but never send the batteries I bought. Their client service must be the worst in the world. Try and get past the bot. It is allmost impossible. Made the error again and tried them again. They use a courier company that never answers the phone. This same company taxes me 110% of the value of the article and there is no-one that answers phone, WharsApp or emails. Not the courier and not Aliexprees. They just find that it is not their problem and case closed. So if you want to experience the worst customer service in the whole wide world. Buy from Aliexpress

It was a tough time with this trader. Starting with the minimum deposit. The request for more money kept coming until I had put in over a hundred thousand. The withdrawal process was never successful as it was from one small problem to another. I had to hire a company that specializes in such matters, I came across Mrs Bruce Nora recovery agency. I ordered an item which came damaged. Contacted ali express who advised to return the item but between asking me and returning they provided me with a partial refund and the rest to be refunded after receiving the item back. Well guess what…. Item returned and they now say “ you’ve taken partial refund and won’t receive anymore”. What the actual “eff”. So bad customer service and worst thing is that when you constant them they say “ we’re here for you and to provide the right outcome”. All lies and would never shop from these guys again. Stick to eBay or Temu and definitely stay away from Ali express
