I had purchase Order ID: 101095114963194 View Detail Order time: 06:20 Apr. 18 2019 Store name: UGood Life Store I sent in pictures showing outlet voltage and also one showing the bowl filled with water and the pump would not work. It worked for 1day then to make matter worst the supplier UGood Life Store would not even write back to me when I wrote back to them POOR/no customer service from this supplier and Aliexpress [Transaction Screenshot] C$ 22.15 X1

I went through efforts just trying to sign up that was the first sign.website didn’t work properly not able to contact anyone. Finally got a response so as I realized the website stuff you may need or want but it’s not real.the majority of the site is not legitimate.i decide not to attempt any purchase.

I ordered an 18inch Peruvian wig from Slove Rosa on Aliexpress but i got an error message as soon as i was done putting in my card number. I did not get an order number or confirmation but $138.21 was taken out of my account, I contacted Slove Rosa and Lilly from Slove Rosa said there is nothing they could do if i didn’t have an order number. Now, i’m in between my bank and Aliexpress/SloveRosa and noone seems to be helping.

Terrible customer service. I was assured a refund on the item that I never received - never got a refund. For the item I did receive, I was assured a refund as the item was torn when I received it. The item was also described as linen - but it has ZERO linen in the fabric! This is terrible on all accounts!! Scam!

Utter Con Artists. Paid for a Black Dress. Got tracking saying item was delivered. Came home to a large mens grey tracksuit! Contacted and sent photos of labels and packaging and product and the seller said that I must have ordered it from somewhere else. Didn't reply to any more emails and took my money and never sent the item I ordered! Couldn't enter a dispute online, website comes up with an error every time. Just DONT use or you will never see your money again or your item!

Actually I don’t want give even 1 stare , everything is different with picture , big and huge difference, Everything is too low quality. I am not gonna order with Ali express anymore. Dress , trainingsuit , bag, hat everything is looks cheap .

I ordered a suit from the seller Veiai Bazos Store on Monday April 8, 2019. I placed my order with expedited shipping so that it could be here in time for an event I had on Saturday April 27, 2019. I received a notice on April 17 advising that my shipment shipped and I would be able to see updates via the tracking number provided. A couple of days went by and when I tracked my shipment, there was no update. I contacted the seller on the whereabouts of my shipment and received a response (the next day) stating "We will contact the courier company to inquire about the transportation situation." I continued to try and track my shipment and there was no update. I contacted the 6 more times before I received a response and the response I received was "I will deal with this issue as soon as possible." In between there, I contacted DHL, the selected carrier for my delivery and was advised that they had nothing in their system with the tracking number I was provided. They couldn't even find my name or delivery zip code in their system. I sent a picture of my conversation to the seller and received the response "Please don't worry, we are dealing with" Again, not answering my question. By this time, I'm in a crunch and had to go and purchase something else to wear for my event. I sent 4 more messages before I received a response from the Veiai Bazos Store and the response was "There is something wrong with parcel shipping, we are dealing with" Still not telling me where my suit is or when it will be to me (although too late for my event at this point). I sent 9 more messages to the seller and received "Hello, due to an abnormality in the parcel transportation, we negotiated with the courier company, we re-delivered the parcel. New parcel transport order number: 5136849056, DHL delivery Expected to arrive in 3 days, please pay attention to check" This message came the day AFTER my event with a whole different tracking number. Hhhmmm...wouldn't that mean that the original tracking number was incorrect because it was never really dispacthed? I have contacted the seller asking for a refund and of course, I have received NO RESPONSE from the Veiai Bazos Store. I believe they owe me a refund seeing as they didn't send my shipment when they initially said they did resulting in me having to go and purchase something else to wear. My refund request was denied by AliExpress stating I need to contact the seller. I will never order from AliExpress or any stores/sellers associated with them. What they did was unfair and an inconvenience to me. The least they can do is refund my money. It's only right.

I bought the most beautiful wedding dress and it came with a horrendous pink stain on it like someone washed it with a piece of chalk or something. The lady told me to pay return shipping back to China ($146!!!!????) and she would send me a new one when the dress cost $160 to begin with. But that was after she told me to either take it to my local cleaner or use vinegar to attempt to get it out. Are you freaking kidding me???? Best wedding dress experience ever..... NOT.

I bought several different things from different vendors paying almost $100 but I never saw any of it and when I contacted the vendors they said they never got paid. I never got a hold of anyone from the website and still to this day they owe me all money.

I recently order a dress that wasn’t the correct color, the size was all wrong even when we sent measurements and when we went dispute it the whole thing disappeared from the sight

I ordered a dress that was beautiful, but the color wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The dress arrived earlier than expected and priced reasonably. I notified the company and we agreed upon a reasonable compromise. I would definitely use this site again.

Never had a problem in the past but my recent order was never received. The tracking information indicated it was delivered to my community mailbox but when i called the post office to launch an investogation they told me only the shipper (seller) could do that and they had to call. Having filed a dispute and letting the seller know that, aliexpress sided with the seller quoting 'i lacked proof'. I asked them if they wanted a picture of my empty hands and what further proof could i possibly provide but they closed the dispute and put a happy face sticker on it as being satisfactorily resolved. Perhaps they should change their name to 40 thieves as they seem to all work together and take no accountability. Shameful business practices.

Purchase impossible to get any information What contact Ali express or the seller to correct an error In the message I sent along with my order to the seller. The chat line is not a chat line, there is no live person to talk to you because they have canned answers your questions and I have those answers are applicable to your situation. So you can’t get anybody live. they make it extremely difficult to contact them in anyway at all.

Do NOT under any circumstances purchase from this company! I purchased a set of irons from Allen Zhou - AGOODGOLF STORE. The swing weights on the irons were all different. I contacted him to contacted him to return the irons to his store which I did. Since then, he has refused to contact me, return my emails or refund my money. He's a thief and a liar. You can not talk to anyone at AliExpress and Customer Service doesn't exist.

If there's a problem They say and I quote 1. Contact seller 2. Open a dispute If it's not resolved, AliExpress will get involved. We have your back! This is a lie they do not have your back. I ordered $2500 worth of furniture that had mold all through out. I clearly supplied pictures demonstrating this truth to be given $600 back. I am know out $1900. They can kiss my @$$

I am so disgusted with the behavior of this seller. They on purpose did not want to send me the correct order (40+$+10$ customs). Instead they chose to send me something completely different and leave out half the thing that were listed in the set that I ordered, not notifying me in advance. When it arrived and I messaged them, said that it would be expensive for them to send me the items for which I payed for, offered me only 5$( not even a forth of what they stole from me). Terrible terrible terrible! Very disappointed ! Avoid at all costs Jewhiteny Official Store!

Screwed me out of $1900. Dollars. I received furniture that took 4 months to ship and then was covered in Mold. After putting a dispute with lots of pictures (wish i could put pictures on here so all can see) they told me to kiss their ass.
