For item not arrived thei tracking showed "arrived at local delivery center". My local post office tracking showed the package still out of the country. Credit as per purchase protection was denied. For evidence, tracking was not enough for them, they wanted a carrier certificate that the package was NOT delivered. As we all know, carriers only give proof of delivery (not of no delivery). So reimbursement was denied because I could not prove I am not an ...elephant!

They did not deliver the package and would not return my money because I couldn't prove they did not deliver the package. How can you prove something didn't happen. They are a den of thieves.

This is such a bad company. According to track and trace, the package was delivered and it was not. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now, but they refuse to conduct an investigation themselves. They are responsible for this, but they do not take that responsibility. I have now received a letter from PostNL stating that it has been lost because this is what they wanted, but I will still not get my money back. They're a bunch of scammers.

DENIED ALL THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES, AGREEMENTS AND HISTORIES, NEGLECT THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND IGNORE ALL MY PROOFS PUTTING MY MESSAGES INTO A BLACK HOLE. THESE ARE FRAUDULENT ACTS! AliExpress debited these amounts and AliExpress are responsible to refund BUT THEY ALL JUST PASS THE BALL AROUND, NEGLECT THE VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND IGNORE ALL MY PROOFS PUTTING MY (more than 4) DISPUTES INTO A BLACK HOLE. As the provider of the AliExpress trading platform, AliExpress DID NOT get my REFUND (Extra Charges) from BOTH SELLERS and DID NOT GUARANTEE my REFUND even if BOTH SELLERS refuses to refund. I will give zero star for this business if I can! You can't reach their customer service by phone or email, just chat! Their customer service seems polite but useless, they even silly asked me how could they help me to solve my problem. I ordered 3 large planter pots of the same style and color and been informed from the seller that they will be shipped in 3 packages. Does this make sense? Then they emailed me that the packages have been delivered, but I didn't receive anything. When I traced the tracking all the packages delivered to someone else's house not my house and those items are not the items that I ordered. I chat with the AE customer service 3 times and even sending the pictures in font of my house and the pictures of the delivery items to someone else's house so they can look at it but both they and sender kept sent me the tracking information said "delivered" and not refund my money. This company and their seller are fraud and should be removed from the Internet to prevent more victims of their fraudulence.

Their service went completely bad- I suspect its not a customer service but some arrogant view into international customers. Will not buy with them, because goods remain with their shipper, Yto Global Pty Ltd, VIC. With multiple times trying to reach on Aliexpress help I was sent same apologetic copies of messages. They pretend to be higher rank agents on chat, but really do nothing. Provided to them proof from Australia Post that item returned the shipper, Aliexpress agents would still demand some certificates of approval which Auspost dont provide, because all tracking information available is for international check and prove. So, item remains at shipper, and aliexpress fraudulently will do nothing to help. PLUS, their sellers can delete reviews, for fact! Mine is gone. Fraud platform

Do not buy from Aliexpress! Returned an item which was not as described at all, hoping to get the refund back. But the seller refused to pay any return shipping even though they should be paying due to item not as described. Aliexpress customer service instructed me to go ahead send the goods and they will reimburse me for the shipping if seller refused to pay. I did what they told me to do but the item is never getting to seller since the seller did not want to pay custom tax to release the goods from custom. The goods has been stuck at Custom for 1.5-2 months. Now the item is on the way back to me... and the seller has been ignoring my messages. And it's been 4 months, I dont have my money back and dont have the goods back either. Aliexpress is not refunding me anything and no reimbursement because they said it is not technically "delivered" as their so-called policy. They are not protecting their consumers but their sellers. I lost 400 bucks in total, and I am super tired of this already, it's been 4 months. My bank also rejected my dispute because Aliexpress kept claiming that the seller did not receive the good, and the bank cannot force them to refund... I need a solution of this, Aliexpress! You cannot let seller take advantage and trick the system like this, you are harming your customers!

I ordered a BreadMaker. The shipper gave out a Fed Ex tracking Number. I had ordered the Bread Maker on 24 August 2023 and received a tracking number in 7 Sept. 2023. When the package didn't arrive . I called Fed Ex and was told that neither my name or the address was not on the package that fed ex received an address and name that wasn't mine. Notifying Aloexpress about my problem they said they started an investigation. The shipper claimed that they had sent the product and gave the tracking number . This is the number that I had used when tracking the bread Maker. The shipper suggested that I was dishonest andwas trying to scam them. Aliexpress took the sellers word and refused to even check with fed ex. They denied the claim saying they had info that the package was delivered. Of course it was delivered but not to me. An easy check with Fed Ex and they could show that the package was never scheduled to be sent to me.

I placed an order in September and I have not received anything yet. I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't allow me. They haven't tried to fix the situation or anything

I paid money and my ordered items never show up. AliExpress suggested me to go after local post office, the sender who I need to find out in global wide and to knock my neighbors' doors. Then, they closed my dispute and refused to refund me because I cannot provide evidence. AliExpress customer service discontinued and shut down my online chat because "we cannot answer your questions". Stay away from them. Horrible shopping experience.

To this day I am still waiting for my Black Silicone Sealant to be delivered. Arrived in Australia on 21 August and still waiting for it to be delivered. No answer to refund requests. Keep on asking where is it. Get no reply. Have stopped buying from them. Steal my money you won't steal it again.

Avoid ALI Express They will fail to deliver Told by them I need to track down as parcel arrived in UK. Go elsewhere I would have left zero stars if I had the option to.

it's not a reliable online shopping website. The attitude of customer service was condescending and shut down my inquiries about a dispute after I provided pictures as evidence. My dispute was mandatorily closed by AliExpress. I didn't receive my ordered things and no refund. They are scammers!

Can't and should not trust this company. I ordered an LCD fro my laptop, and it arrived cracked. I returned it and paid for the shipping and they said they will refund me. Still waiting!. I had to order another LCD but this time they sent the wrong one. Again, I returned and paid for the shipping and the said they will refund me. Nothing happened. I ordered a trackpad for my Macbook. After one week, the seller created a fake shipping label that was showing "tracking unavailable". This continued for almost one month. I asked for refund. Nothing happened. I ordered a touch ID button for my Macbook and never received it, and was sent back to the seller because the seller wrote my address wrong. I asked for refund but AliExpress said no refund because item is in transit. Got nothing. This is not an individual case and with one order. Too many people actually complain about this company. Can not trust them and should not trust them. Sellers advertise for too many products at low prices, but they send you (if they send you at all) either damaged or wrong items. You end losing your money. Buy from Amazon

This company should not be allowed in business! I ordered several things from the site with free shipping then they contacted me asking me to cancel the order. They had one thing with discount, and I ordered one, then they raised the price, and emailed me to cancel the order! Cannot trust any of their advertisement. I even told them they can charge the difference since it is only couple of dollars, but no response at all. Worst company ever!!!!!!

I was defrauded . I bought a commercial electric meat slicer for $230.91 and never received it. They sent a tracking number that tracked nothing till one day I received a notice that my 35 lbs meat slicer had been delivered. Got nowhere on Ali express or the seller websites. Order #8173806804448430 from the seller/store 1102942338. on 8/23/23. Next time I will pay the extra and buy from Amazon. Stay away from these Chinese sellers.

This platform can NOT be trusted, made a purchase of $400.00. received incomplete set, several time contacted the seller and dispute center, it seems that Ali Express its a Robot Express and nothing else. I have sent the seller and the dispute center the misleading advertisement of the item and the response of the seller that he says it is what it is. I can not get your item back. and Ali Express with all rubbish policy say no refund........ ....

do not purchase anything from this company!! I bought a compressor that was defective,requested a refund after 2 weeks of having to negotiate with seller,now i am having the same problem with ali express refusing a refund.This is after the seller agreed to refund my money ,

AliExpress won't backup the buyer if the seller sends the wrong thing or you received a broken items do to the sellers poor packaging, even if you dispute the charge, they will side with the seller I guess they are all Chinese after all.
