I will never use asda delivery pass again..The option for cancelling auto renew has been taken off your account. You have to sit on hold for nearly 15mins to get through to customer services.Promised it was cancelled but NO still set for auto renew.3 phone calls and two emails and its not changed.I wont even go into detail about how long its taking me to get a refund for items I was charged for that were actually UNAVAILABLE. The worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure to use. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Absolutely furious, asda had a system error that meant our shopping was a day late, that would of been fine as they did apologise, however my shopping turned up with 18 items missing to the tune of £45. I can not afford to wait 5 days for a refund as the items missing were necessities, so I asked for this to be redelivered this did not turn up, contacted asda yet again to be told I wasn't in when they tried to deliver, I was in all day no one came. So I am here still the following day still without shopping I will never use asda again

The call centre staff employed by Asda are the worst trained. They have given me incorrect information about deliveries that have not arrived, money taken from me for the same order twice, promise that a manager will call you back but nobody does. And its funny how everyone in India has a name beginning with 'Rosh'....I'm beginning to doubt they provide their real names! Terrible service.

Worst supermarket terrible customer service!!! Ordered 4 packs of burgers for a bbq they substitute it with ice lollies! When I place an order again for home delivery because I'm 9 months pregnant they cancel it last minute and tell me to re arrange. On calling customer service none of them seem to know what day it is. Will never shop there again!!!

WHY DID I BOTHER!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Well what can I say. I thought I would have to go a long way to find someone worse than tesco but I managed it and they proved me so wrong. Last night I took up one of asdas many offers displayed on their website. The offer was for 4 toilet rolls by andrex for 20p. I placed the maximum amount in the basket that I could and then went on to shop for some more goods to takeit over the delivery threshold. Today I got the delivery... Guess what the toilet rolls had run out.... But wait that isnt a problem because in the terms and conditions it states that they will replace the out of stock item with one of equal or higher quality and value... NO NO NO... The item in question was struck off the order and the delivery driver turned up without it. I was slightly annoyed at this but even more annoyed by the fact that the driver thought this was fine and expected me to accept just half the order... He was swiftly despatched back to the store with my goods and I thought that was the end of that... NO NO NO. On checking my bank after the delivery I find that the money for all the goods has already left my account even though asda states that the money will only be applied for once the delivery is made. Now I dont expect to get my shopping for free but I also dont expect to be charged for items that have not even been picked... So then I ring asda store to sort out the apparent issue. I get put through to one of the store managers who was randomly picked as the home delivery manager was sat at home watching corrie. That manager didnt understand the problem as they stated that they had literally thousands of the item we wanted... Finally I ring the freephone number on the delivery note. Good job it was free as it connects to capetown in south africa. They were as helpfull as the worms in my garden. To sum up I feel that I have been conned and wasted my time totally. I shall go to aldi tomorrow and do a proper shop. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE CON MERCHANTS!!! ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!

DO NOT ONLINE SHOP AT ASDA - I waited in from 12pm - 7pm today for my shopping. I phoned 4 times to find out where my order was and was told by 2 people that my order was on its way, told by the third the truck was stuck in traffic and then the fourth person finally told me at 7pm that my card had declined so my shopping had never even been packaged up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited in all afternoon with a toddler desperate to get out and was lied to three times. really disappointing ASDA!

My son purchased a Polaroid P28LED13 for his 9th birthday with his birthday money and it is now 19 months old and will not switch on. This was purchased from Asda who have been fobbing me off and sending me around in circles it turns out that Polaroid are Asda although staff in store do not seem to realise this as they constantly told me to ring the supplier. To cut a long story short after the warranty is up if they break they are just for the tip no-one is interested in problems with them. If you do purchase a Polaroid TV from Asda be warned that it could just last a year!!! In future I will pay a little bit more to a reputable brand that has a decent service department who do still want to help after warranty!!!!

i went there today to find roll cages everywhere in the shop it was difficult to get items. the service i received was very poor it seem that the staff dose not care about there customers and do not want to solve there issues. the staff didn't have name badges and there was products in the wrong place on the shelf so ou was clueless to the price.

Very inefficient with their home delivery. Always making a mistake and causing havoc. Either they are late or way early or you will find a few items missing. All this causes stress for the customers and they lose their confidence on them, I definitely have. I will not be using their home delivery any more.

I would like to thank Diane who works at asda Washington on the photo department I wanted to compile a photo book for my brother and his future wife. Diane was fantastic she helped me all the way arranginging the photo and everything. I hope Asda realise what a valued member of staff they have in this lady and I hope they recognise what a credit she is the the store and the department she works in. Again thanks a lot Diane

Asda car park Harrogate. You need to pay for a ticket £1 which is refunded when you buy £2 worth of goods. Fair enough but I often don't have £1 as I pay by card for the goods. So the option is to use the cash machine which used to be free but now charges so rather than this I park on the road with a disc so now cannot buy much as I have to lug it to car. What a bloomin pollava! Been shopping here for 10 years usually walk there but with car so many problems! Now it's easier to go to any of the other supermarkets with the car. Asda customer service is useless. They don't care about customers I conclude because they have no easily found contact details so I write a review online instead. Poor show Asda get your act together because when Lidl arrive you will be begging for us to contact you!!!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY SHOP ELSEWHERE. We placed an order ref 25921398 for some items of school uniform on 06.08.15. on Monday 10.08.15 1 item was delivered. This was odd as it was 1 dress and we had ordered 4 of these plus some other items. It is now 17.08.15 and despite 8 call to their call centre and emails to Andy Clarke their CEO we are still no closer to getting the outstanding items. We were very clear that we want to speak to manager at the call centre but this was refused at first then we were told they would call us back. This happen on three seperate days before I email andy clarke ceo andy green senior director responsible for their contact centres, Nick Jones MD for George at Asda and Paul Graves haed of contcat centre operations for Asda. I would have hoped that escalating my complaint to the top after giving the contact centre staff every opportunity to resove the issue would have resulted in some positive action but so far this is not the case. I made it very clear we did not want a refund we wanted the delivery of the outstanding items. I have just received and email from Asda saying I have been refunded! Unbelievable PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ASDA ONLINE.

I have recently started using Asda Optitions. After a free eye test from Tesco , I decided to buy my glasses from Asda a at Ashton under lyne. After wearing my glasses for a couple of weeks it became apparent there was something wrong. Damien the manager booked me a retest for free with Asda. My prescription was wrong as he thought it was!! I now have my lovely new glasses and they are perfect.!! I would never go to Tesco again for an eye test!! Damien was brilliant and I can't thank him enough, I will always go to Asda in the future for my eye test and glasses.

I had used Asda delivery for quite some time. I live on the 2nd floor with no lift. I have a bad back so I find it easier to have my groceries delivered. One of the drivers told me that they are not allowed to carry the shopping up the stairs anymore! So I emailed Asda to see if this was true. Which I doubt!! But they didn't reply so I have changed to Tesco which was the best thing I could have done. I have told several people and they too have changed to Tesco. Oh well. I can't imagine how much custom they have lost. I'll bet I still won't get acknowledged!!
