“I collected my order and yes I did order clothes in 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure what size to order!! I have tried to fill in the returns form on line but it’s too complicated can I just take the clothes with the delivery label back to the store”

“Purchased out of date meat. Distgusted by the behaviour of the manager at Adsa. Cemetery Rd Bradford. I purchased meat from Asda on 20th July that had a use by date of 23rd. During cooking the smell wasn't right and I also checked the other packs of chicken they to had a bad smell. I returned these on the 22nd of July after coming back from work. The manager said he wasn't obliged to give me a refund. I told him of my cosumer rights and was not happy with his customer care.”

I have an ongoing complaint about ASDA - Tamworth (240604-005991) where I have been banned because I didn't agree with the Store Manager. I have spoken to Asda Customer Services, asking if I can take the matter to the next level as I feel the ban was unjustified. They were no help at all and stated that the Store Managers decision is final. I asked who who is above the Store Manager, to be told they can't give that information. Asda Customer Services are a joke and very unhelpful. They did have an email address but that broke, her words. They can't fix it, company worth millions can't fix an email address. Can't enter the store to resolve the situation, cant get any help from the support desk and they don't have a working email address.
I have also emailed the Store Manager 3 times asking for an update and no response, disgusting people management skills and customer services.

'I have now spoken with George and I am afraid that at this time, the ban will be remaining in place, I have enquired if Home deliveries would still be an option for you so that your daughter can still have the items she is familiar with, George has confirmed that online orders will still be processed for you, but unfortunately, I cannot overturn the ban in relation to the store.'
How DISGUSTING of George, he's taken the incident personally and not as a Store Manager. Hasn't even taken into account my daughters DISABILITY and the need to support her autism.”
“I received a delivery the other day and we had a 24 pack of Vanilla Coke that was badly damaged. The driver told me to discard the damaged ones in the bin and keep the rest and he would take it off my bill. This never happened and now Asda want pictures for an £8.50 refund which I do not have as it was leaking all over my carpet. To say they are very unhelpful and possible the worst company I have dealt with for customer service. Never again will I shop at this place total shambles . They are refusing point blank to offer a refund”
“Asda delivery service is absolutely rubbish. The fruit and vegetables are always past their best and the amount of substitutes is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to speak to someone about this but with no success. It is happening all the time now and Asda are really going down hill. “My husband and I are disabled and rely on the delivery service to bring our shopping once a month. This month our shopping came to over £200.00. This morning we had an email saying "sorry but we can not deliver your asda order due to an accident/no staff etc.. and we will get a full refund in 3 to 5 days! " I've checked my bank and they have taken the money and a delivery charge and as yet there is no refund. We have checked our ring door bell and were amazed to see, this morning, an asda van outside our house, unloading shopping he came down my drive and then turned round and reloaded his van ! He didn't knock the door or ring the bell (my 3 dogs would have heard him). At the same time he was outside we were reading the asda message ! The whole company has gone down hill since it was taken over. Won't be shopping with asda again. Just got to wait 3 to 5 days untill we can go get my shopping now ! What a joke”
“The ASDA store in Dowlais top is absolutely filthy. Plastic pollution throughout the car park, in every bush and tree and blowing down all the roads leading to it. It's a stinking plastic polluted blight in the landscape. Has the store manager no shame? Please give staff time to clean the environment around the store. Unfortunately it's gone on for so long it will take some doing. ASDA should have some respect for the wildlife, the environment and the local people who have to live in this filth. “Asda delivered as usual and then I received an email to say that my order has been cancelled!
Tomatoes were mouldy, raspberries mouldy and several items unavailable.
£47 taken from my bank account when my order was only £38. I telephoned customer services to ask when I would be refunded and 6 days later I am still waiting.
I had to specify each item that I actually received so that they can charge me the correct amount. Crazy 😧”
“Coustmer serves is very bad in Asda the delivery missed 6 items from my order and i contacted them 2-3 times about delivery again or refund the money still the same story we need to check and we will call you back and every week I have problem with my delivery . I think I will stop to order from Asda online.”
