“I am very disappointed with the way ASDA reacted to my problem with a faulty toy, a market stall that needed assembling. The pieces were not correct and Customer Services were unable to tell me if the toy was in stock at any other store within a 50 miles radius. When I returned the faulty item to my local ASDA I was told I would have to wait up to a week for a refund. Surely they could organise refunds over the counter in a store. Surely ASDA can find suppliers who can provide the correct goods. Very poor all round. This was a Christmas present for granddaughter. Forced to waste much time finding a similar item elsewhere. Nil stars for this experience.”

“I have my shopping delivered every week but for some reason ASDA with a delivery slot but for some reason ASDA think I don’t want shopping next week what is the point of having a delivery slot”
“On the 20/12/19 i went to asda Cannock about 18.30 after shopping i left my bag on the trolly didn't realise till I got home I raced back and saw mac moving trollies he told me that he found it and was at customer service. I went to collect my bag and tried to reward mac but that's not company policy. I found him and thanked him for his kindness and honesty he wished me a happy Xmas which made me cry as this year has been challenging. He is a credit to asda and I would love to reward him.”
“Totally unprofessional. I got stopped by two security men by the exit of asda with loads of people around me. The security men accusing me of stealing straight away by saying they have seen me do it on a camera. I got asked to empty my bag and show them the receipts while everyone was walking past me looking at me and judging me. All that for them to realise I didn’t and I have all of the receipts. I didn’t get a single apology from any of them they just walked off leaving me with my stuff on the floor. Feel absolutely disgusted by their behaviour and will not be returning.”
“Asda your customer service is 5stars I had a online delivery 7 days ago I did not check it just put it away upstairs ,it was our drink order for Christmas .This morning we fetched it down stairs and realized a bottle of Archers was missing .Phoned Asda no problem they said ,issued my refund and have me a £5.00 voucher .Thank you Asda Happy Christmas xx”

I’ve shopped here for years and stock availability is decreasing every week, the shelves are constantly empty on everyday products. I literally spend half the amount every week than what I used to. I consistently have to go to Sainsbury’s for items I can’t get here.”
“I bought a slimline Xmas tree on line from Asda,on taking it out the box I found some of the getached branche lying there,Was told by my local store they couldn’t take it back and gave me a number to call.As this tree is acomplete waste of time,Like an idiot I bought a white one from their store on Ventura Park.Having spent the last 2 ######hours putting it up,Guess what ? the pre lit lights don’t work,So not only do I not have a decent Xmas,to add insult to injury I have to take this 6ft piece of RUBBISH back to (the mad mile)which is Ventura Park!And last But not least I am not a magician and would defy anyone to get this RUBBISH back in its box.NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT ASDA,But I don’t suppose they will even care or give a damn”

This was the 3rd time I had tried this and the 3rd time no- one was there for me to pick up the order at the allocated time.. Today was a slot 8am to 10am and when I got there at 9am it was still unmanned....At 9.08am I drove to the store to enquire and they were very helpful.
On return to C and C someone was finally there... I had ticked no substitutes which they had ignored... I had paid for bags and they had none so he set off to go back to the store on foot! After a total of waiting 25 mins I left without the bags....
The refund for the substitutes I had asked not to receive was incorrect when I arrived home to find the email so had to phone up........
It is so much easier AND QUICKER to go in to the store to shop.
I will actually never use C and C at Watford ever again.
More importantly I would question as to why no-one is monitoring what is actually going on there as you will lose many customers if this has not already happened. Is there anyone monitoring what time the vans actually arrive??
A shame as Asda is such a great store and this particular service is letting you down in such a very detrimental way.”

“Furious! I ordered a George coat 5 days ahead. Website asked me which day I wanted to collect so I put the date in. Went to collect at 11am, not yet delivered, went in again at 2.45 still not delivered. Was told by the shop assistant that orders can come in any time up to 5pm on the requested date! That's ridiculous. If they ask you what date you want it they should have it ready from when the store opens, not 5pm at night! Very shoddy service!”
“Customer services team I called was trying to help but Asda management didn’t give me a choice than cancel my order as the driver rudely refuse to bring me my shopping and ask me to come down stairs to get it,I did explain that I can’t leave my autistic disabled child inatended but the driver didn’t care he even take away the first shopping busket from my hand yelling if you don’t go downstairs take the rest I'm taking It back,my neighbor came out to see what happens as he was lound and rude, I did explain to himAsda already Khow my situation,let me call them ,they will confirm it,but he took my shopping and left yelling.
The manager I talked too seeking help didn’t care ,giving me 2 options to arrange delivery,or I go downstairs take my shopping or I have to cancel my order,I’m still shocked and stressed ,Asda should make it clear that they are unfriendly shop to disable people before they put us in sush situation .

“Disgusted by the way this company’s goes about a few days ago we ordered food for last night and it got cancelled we called up and they gave up a free delivery and the lady was helpful she said we had to reorder so two lots of money have came out of our account and will take weeks to go back in!!! So we reordered our food was meant to come an hour ago we was told it was on the way and got plenty of messages for it to turn around and be cancelled again!!! Fuming is to say the least will NOT be ordered from online Asda again and will be putting it on my social media’s to make people aware!!!”
