“I was not happy that my son who is 13 and was in school uniform was able to buy ibuprofen even if it is legal it's common sense that you would question a child especially when he was able to buy more than 1 packet,and when I complained I was told it's legal when I further told head office in was told they would get back to me still waiting 4 months down the line very bad service.”

“What a shambollick delivery service Asda offer! First thing in the morning (my delivery was booked for 1pm -3pm) i am informed by txt that the delivery would be two hours late. half an hour later i am informed by txt that my delivery would be three hours late. One hour after my delivery is due, i check on the status via the web site, only to find the order has been cancelled without my knowledge. When i call the customer service department, i am told that due to a technical issue they have cancelled my order. I am offered a free delivery for the next day, but some of the offers had expired and i had only paid £3.50 for the delivery so i would have to pay the extra as the following day was more expensive. How are you still in business???? Why s it ok to treat customers in this shocking manner. Oh and if you email a complaint they have 28 days to respond, REALLY?!!!!!”
