On 30 Sept. 2024 I took the flight of your company from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Athens, Greece. I was treated in a very rude and insulting manner by your representative at Sofia airport and was forced unjustly to pay an extra sum for my wife’s and my baggage. At the check in step we were requested to add money for our onboard trolley. I said that it is included in my booking, and still they insisted on me paying. I managed to find our booking confirmation where it was clear that the price included an 8 KGS hand luggage and a personal item (attached). They seemed to be convince and completed our check in procedure. Later, as we were about to board the request for an extra payment was repeated in what sounded like a vengeful tone: “I told you!”. Again, I explained that my booking included the 8 KGS trolley and that I proved it during check in. Your most unpleasant reps insisted that I have to pay. We were among the last people to board and it was clear that they were putting such pressure to the point that we could have missed the flight. I simply didn’t have the time or nerves to argue again. Why did they accept my claim at the check in and did not prove to me the other way? It was obvious that they held something against us. My friend who was on the flight had the same booking like us (I did it all on my laptop) but he was not requested to add money. The whole situation was infuriating, humiliating and frustrating for me and for my wife.

This vendor is horrible! DO NOT USE THEM!! I had a flight get canceled by the airline and I still haven't received a refund 2 YEARS LATERS!!!

I have purchased a premium economy ticket but received an economy ticket. Premium was about 300€ more expensive than the same itinerary in economy. I have immediately (within three minutes after receiving the wrong ticket) contacted the customer service to inform them of the error. The very cynical and thoroughly unpleasant customer service agent Shabaaz Khan told me that I got the tickets that I paid for and that if I want to cancel my reservation I have to pay 60€. Which is what I had to pay because of their mistake. The agent then told me that if I am not happy I can send a complaint by email.

I booked 2rt tickets on 8/20/24 NYC to Malta. Received email from Turkish Airlines my return flight Malta to Istanbul was canceled. Email from BudgetAir.com then next day offering alternatives flight after discussing options (my layover time now doubled) with prep I confirmed new flight. At no point was additional fees mentioned. After 4 days not receiving new comfirmation contacted BudgetAir.com initially told that shortly after purchasing tickets on 8/20/24 i was put on standby and subsequently bumped which resulted in $400 charge to change flight. After I protested that Turkish Airlines contract me directly to alert me that flight had been canceled they then agreed but insisted that $400 need to be paid to change flight. I am avid traveler never have ever experienced such a thing. It would be different if I wanted to make changes. The airlines canceled the flight. After several hours back forth with Turkish Airlines, by way very clearly stated that BudgetAir.com was lying to me, I am still waiting for resolve. I going directly through Turkish Airlines which required me to file a complaint [feedback] on BudgetAir.com in order for them to step in and intervene.

Very bad customer service No phone number I am waiting for my refund more two months Lying thief, not honest You cannot trust Airline cancel my trip I contact the customer service. Tell me I will receive my money with an eighth week since one refund take more three business day. It’s been more than eight weeks and I have not received my money.

The request for a refund due to the canceled flight was denied by BudgetAir.com, despite the fact that WestJet Airlines had already reimbursed BudgetAir.com for the cost of the ticket. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on BudgetAir.com as a company. I am deeply disappointed by this outcome. ××××××× Hello, I am writing to follow up on a previous email I sent regarding a flight cancellation on June 30th. On June 30th, WestJet had a strike and unfortunately, my mom flight was canceled during the layover. As a result, I had to purchase another flight and I believe it is appropriate that the original flight be refunded. Wesjet mentioned that you already receive the money back to payback the customers I would like to speak with a supervisor to discuss this matter further. I had a terrible experience with this provider. I went to book a flight and somehow got led to book a flight that I didn't want nor search. I was going to process the flight which I thought I had searched for but somehow I ended up with a completely different flight then what I searched for... I got charged for this flight and did not get a refund. TERRIBLE SITE. I would say STAY AWAY!

Budget air is the worse thing you can use! They kept changing my flight. Kept promising me to send me the new tickets days before my flight and they didnt! I booked my months and months in advance and it was all scam. Not only that they didn’t refund the money and tried to fight the dispute. Waiting for my bank hopefully the truth comes out

Booked a return flight for two YYZ-LAS. Airline canceled the flight and rescheduled the flight for the next day. Canadian law provides ten days to decide whether one wants a full refund. We chose to cancel for a full refund. BUDGETAIR is balking. There are plenty of third parties to book with/through. Can’t recommend this horribly dysfunctional and unscrupulous company.

It doesn't even deserve one star, it is a waste of money to book through them even It will be an ok flight, I want a trusted company, I can rely on and feel OK to book through them and sure that my money will not be wasted for any circumstances. It is the worst agency I have ever seen. There was a circumstance caused prevent my children from travelling waiting to much time between the airline and budget air to solve the situation while the agent of the budget air wasting the time to cancel the children from the flight caused that the no show case happen that caused the fees of cancellation increased from the airlines while the agent gave me different fees when I raised my complain the other guy told me sorry it was by mistake we give you this price they didn't admit that they delay to make the cancellation. At the end he asked me to call the airline to change the no show case, what is the company do if I do it by myself why I book through them first of all. It is a waste of money to book through them even It will be an ok flight, I want a trusted company. It is the worst agency I have ever seen.

Booked a flight and the dates were way wrong, tried calling counld not get past the AI and the AI did not recognize my booking number. Tred to cancel or request the date fix via email immediately after. No refund and I feel cheated out of $720. My opinion is they scam you though weird policies and practices and not obvious info or dates when booking. The final stage there was no review to verify the ticket dates. I do not recommend.

I've been waiting 3.5 years for a refund on a cancelled flight!! Despite a multitude of mails, clearly presented proof of the cancellation and my payment they repeatedly fob me off with promises to investigate and get back to me, but never actually giving information on paying me back!! Customer Service is just a fob-off mechanism pretending to be interested and responsive but with no result. I tried writing to their holding company even, but no reply, no way to actually reach them...Complete frustration. AVOID THEM. In reality they're 0/20 not 1/5

The customer service told me that the bookings were unsuccessful and therefore I purchased the flight tickets elsewhere. However, they have since then remained unresponsive in regard to the refund of the tickets. Their bookings are unreliable -- when I entered the ticket number on the airline website they returned error. Their failure to book my tickets (they informed me so in the initial email) has caused me immense stress. The flights are about to take off within a week, and you take 24 hours to reply my email. I am hanged in the air, unable to confirm my journey while I have everything scheduled already in my travelling country.

I was scammed by these jokers!!! i have planned a trip to phuket from skyscanner and page directed me to BugetAir and i have completed the booking for some reason they didnt book my flight and charged me AED 300 booking charges i have raised a complaint multiple times and now they are ignoring my emails! Please AVOID BUDGETAIR THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Hidden and unreasonable high charge! False and inconsistent descriptions! Shifting the blame to the clients for the company’s mistakes! TLDR: My experience: I had a really bad experience with BudgetAir, and they refused to give me any refund for their error. It was showing as hand baggage included. And then all of the sudden after I paid, I received an e-ticket saying no hand baggage included. I emailed and online chatted with several agents, and they all mentioned that no refund will be made because the cost is less than the administrative fee USD$110. All I saw on the purchase page before I purchased is 24 hours cancel promise: no penalty for all refunds.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT HERE! I can be sure I placed the name of my friend as the traveller in the booking but all of a sudden, the ticket was named to me and they said I have to book another flight! SCAMMERRRRSSSSS!!!!!

Dont use them. BUDGET AIR emailed me about a delay flight so we arrived later and realized it was never delayed. We had to rush through the airport to get on the plane. Customer service said there is nothing they can do about what happened to me and my family. Too bad right?!

Customer service is horrible. Can’t reach them by phone. Because of flight changes I needed to change my flight. They wouldn’t refund my money and n top of that, charged me an additional $110 fee! Scammers
