“Melvin has given me incredible customer service these past times I have been up and down trying to get an impossible phone to find a blackberry key2 from many different Stores, but Melvin managed to do some hard work for me and get me one for the right price. He educated me, he never was impatient or condescending no matter how many questions I had. Melvin had complete follow-through, tenacity, confidence, kindness and the kind of customer service that you don’t find easily these days.”

“I have to be as honest as I can. This experience was of the worse. It literally took about a month for me to get my purchase. I know it was during the Christmas season but I ordered the overnight mailing option. It took about two weeks for my order to be dispatched from wherever it was mailed from and then another two weeks to get here. I called and got hung up on. I was so frustrated that I didn't even want to call back. I really thought I got scammed. The phone did arrive but I can't use it because it is a Verizon phone although it was advertised as an AT&T phone. I don't even want to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. I'm using this as a stepping stone and I will not be doing business with this organization/company again. Lastly, I was shocked to receive an email asking me to give a review as if they went above and beyond. Not!”

“Staff has been very helpful the majority of those times I called to ask questions. Tgete wasn't a problem apparently. Their job is to sell products on the website and provide customer service over the phone (without any sales) but I was pleased to see they don't push the sales attitude at all. This will make me much more willing to come back when I do need their services. I also know who I will want to talk to, having scouted ahead when it didn't matter and see who was helpful even when they knew that there was not going to be a sale. With all that said, I have ended up buying a phone from them. And to be as straight as possible I am surprised from what I have received! I got exactly what I wanted, as advertised. Ordered a brand new LG v20 and they still have it brand new in a sealed white box just like the good old days. Thanks and kudos to everyone who works there!”

“Well it was that dreaded time again to go to a cell phone store and pick out a new phone and this time I decided to try a different method to purchase a phone and so I went online. Let me tell you, this was the best decision I made in a long time! Melvin was the customer service associate that assisted me with my new phone. I’m in customer service myself and understand the objective but Melvin was phenomenal in many aspects. His product knowledge was impressive to say the least, his overall demeanor made me feel at ease and not pressured whatsoever and his understanding of what I described I needed and ability to guide me to the best device was outstanding. He seemed like someone that takes a lot of pride in his role there as he was excited to help in every way, which in turn made me excited about purchasing. I will undoubtedly continue to go back to this location and work with Melvin and refer as many of my family and friends who have a need of a new phone! Thanks again for an amazing experience :)”

“This phone store is awesome. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He answered all our needed questions in a respectful manner and we went ahead after the call to place our order for a new s20 ultra on their website. The manager was great as well, when we received the wrong color by mistake he was quick enough to send us a return label and ship out an exchange right away. Within a day I had the correct phone I ordered. I can only say good things about cell2get! I highly recommend them.”

“The general manager did a fantastic job. I just wish I could remember his name. I wish my manager was this attentive to the customers and doing whatever they could to keep the site and customer updates running smoothly. I wish I could give more stars because this was the best phone purchasing experience I've ever had, best cell phone store experience I've ever had. 500,00/5 stars. Maybe more. Adam helped us out tremendously and my husband and I bought phones and a hotspot because they were on such a great price. Kudos to all who work here.”

“These guys, will go above and beyond to get a satisfied customer. I saw it with my own eyes how they show more interest in getting a job perfectly done than the money. I thought I was a picky customer but definitely they know how to handle with people like me. Ordered a phone through their website. Had to wait for a moment for the weekend to end so they could process and ship out my phone and gladly got it overnight just as I paid for. These guys really are the best! I'm so happy to rock my new galaxy a52 phone.”

“Melvin was extremely friendly and very professional. He took the time to work through helping us buy a new smartphone because we were exchanging from a very old flip phone to a new one, and he was very helpful in explaining things and getting the new phone set up. “I just bought 2 new phones and I had such a great experience with melvin he spent so much time with me. “I have been to many Cell stores around the country and this is the best one yet. I had an bought a phone from them through their website. And after an hour since I sent an email to them asking if the phone I bought could work with my service provider and if it is also ok to work over seas. I bought a galaxy s20 ultra from them, they quickly replied with the most detailed information about it and in a very respectful manner. I waited like 2 days from them to process my order and even with free shipping I managed to get the phone in the 10th day which is impressive! Phone came new in original box with all its accessories. That is customer service! And thats how you should deal online. Thank you for being so very professional.”

“Called in and spoke with a rep by the name of adam Was incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them and going ahead to purchase a new phone. I bought exactly what i was looking for as he had the patience & professional knowledge of the phone. Because im an old folk and its my first smartphone. “Great experience. Suburb staff. Very friendly. The most robust, professional phone store that I have bought online from, in the United States. They have a massive category of phones which is pretty complex when you open their site, and had such a positive attitude when I emailed them regardinga few questions about an item that was listed. We also had fun when the phone arrived before the ETA so that’s always great. And inside the package phone came in original packaging and all the new and original accessories with it. Stop by their website or you will miss out!!!!!! Cell2get has great deals now too!!”

“Both the manager and associate melvin and adam are incredibly beneficial, personable, and negotiable. In a matter of two weeks I bought phones from this store three times due to the fact that I am a very satisfied customer with the new phone. Every purchase they remembered when it called in to ask about the estimated time of arrival and were incredibly patient (with my indecisiveness) and efficient with their work. Most phone stores can be a tedious process but they made the experience stress free!”
