I ordered an item 11 days ago and it has not yet arrived. It is almost impossible to contact anyone at Country Attire to obtain help. The live chat is a bot that gives inane responses to questions, and nobody answers the telephone helpline. This may be just a bad day, but it is enough to convince me never to shop with Country Attire again

Dreadful, non-existent customer service. I ordered a Joules top and the wrong one was sent out, the contact for states they will reply within 48hrs, I’ve attempted to contact them 3 times using the form, it took over a week for the first response and I haven’t heard back since my reply 4 days ago. I’ve also tried to call the UK number and have been on hold for over half an hour before getting cut off. I now seem to be blocked from making calls to them. So frustrating, seems very unprofessional and dodgy. Very disappointed

The worst company I´ve ever had to deal with! The worst company I´ve ever had to deal with! First the shipping time is extremely slow, and the delivery time is even worse! They dont send the item to your adress put a pickup point! They dont answer mails and inquireries, even when 3 months have gone by, and I still havnt recieved my refund for items that I never picked up! The simply just ignore you and refuse to refund your money! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, and the worst company I´ve ever had to deal with! Stay far away!

I would give this company 0 but option for zero stars , if your thinking of ordering from this company do not order a Barbour toilet bag 2 weeks ago and still not received it again like other customers , Royal Mail said my address was wrong and had returned the irme to sender, but when u eventually got through to this company’s customer service they said the address was correct, so I have called 3 times to see if I can have another resent or refund and customer service keep telling me not to worry they will have another sent out to me today and I should receive an email to confirm this which as you can guess hasn’t been done and still no goods they tell you anything to get you off the phone terrible service would not use this company again 😡

It’s been 19 days since my package was due to be delivered. It’s sitting somewhere in the fed ex system and country attire will do nothing to remedy the situation “keep checking back” is their reply. Wish I’d gone anywhere else.

So I ordered a denim shirt that country attire said was an authentic made in America product. They stated that in their ad twice. After receiving the product I was shocked to see that the product was the cheaper/smaller made in China version of the shirt. When I tried to contact them to cover the cost of return for this product as they did not ship me what I ordered, they continuously did not respond to my emails. Now I am stuck with a product I did not order, or cover the small fortune to ship it back myself. Buyer beware. Shady company. Never again.

Bought some Outscape shoes . Within two weeks the fronts all cracked open . Asked to return the product as it was less than 30 days and the shoes have a year guarantee anyway. Told to send photos which I have . They said they would respond within 10 days . Company ignored all my emails . Terrible customer service . Avoid

I purchased a virgin experience voucher and was provided an expected receipt date on the confirmation email. When this didn’t arrive I contact country attire and was told I had to contact virgin I contacted virgin and was told I needed to speak to the company I purchased the voucher from. After a week of back and forth being used a the ball in a game of country attire vs virgin tennis I supplied my confirmation email to virgin to be told they had no record of my purchase. So back to country attire to be told this is a known problem with an automated system that isn’t syncing yet happy to continue taking peoples money. So having ordered a voucher to treat my son for his birthday during the Easter holidays having wasted a week chasing something that would never arrive there are no booking slots for the rest of the week. But it’s ok got a hollow apology which I’m sure he will enjoy way more than the day I had planned. A simple refund is far from customer service especially when you know there is a problem and still allow customer to purchase the product. I wonder how many clothes are sold out but still available on the website to buy.

I ordered a Belstaff vest to go with my Trailmaster coat. I was trying to find better pricing through various coupon codes and was unsuccessful. I ordered it all the same. Then I discovered Country Attire themselves had the same item on sale for $50 less. I contacted them right away and received no reply until 2 weeks later after I already took delivery of the vest. They said the do not honour lower pricing after the fact. I argued that I contacted them before they had likely even packaged up the vest for shipping. They replied they only price match pre-ordering of an item. Find it elsewhere and they’ll match that price. Hmm? They won’t even price match themselves?? Terrible customer service. I’m in Canada, paid extra for slightly faster shipping, + duty and taxes = $400 vest. Never again C.A. You want to be a reputable on-line store then act like one.

If I could give zero stars I would . Appalling company with even worse customer service!! My 17th year old daughter had saved up to buy her sister a 21st Birthday present , she ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren horse shoe stud earrings which including postage came to £52 . The earrings arrived broken and one of the butterflies that hold the earring in place didn’t even fit it just slid off . My daughter emailed requesting a refund to be told no refund due to hygiene reasons . I telephoned the company to explain they were a birthday present so hadn’t been worn were just checked once parcel arrived and they were already broken . The extremely rude woman on the other end said my daughter would have to send another email with photo of product then they would decide what to do if anything . I told her it was an awful way to treat customers to be told no it’s not awful and she put the phone down on me . Absolutely disgusting customer service and clearly not a reliable company to buy from . I would advise anyone to avoid buying from them as they clearly like to scam people out of money!!!!

Do not buy if you are EU citizen. The site claims no fees for EU delivery but the orders are stopped and charged from customs office. Unprofessional customer service. Fraud all the way.

Ordered a Mermaid Pink Gin Gift Set at a cost of £60.00 based on the lovely photos they had on their website which consisted of a 70cl bottle of gin and 2 expensive looking goblets. Item arrived the next day as I had paid extra for this due to it being a 50th present the following day. However, the goblets resembled NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PHOTOS! After contacting them, and sending images of the goblets and the box barcode which went on over a 4 day period, they said to return the item for a refund. I had no choice but to give the gift anyway as the birthday was the day after delivery, but would like some recompense for the mis-representation of the product. Never heard back??? Would definitely NOT recommend this company for online ordering or for their customer service. Will not be ordering from them again!!!!

They sent me a faulty Barbour jacket, and when I contacted them to arrange a return they refused to reply to any of my emails - even though an employee had already emailed me off that email address to authenticate my card details so the email address was actively used. They replied once after numerous emails to say I had to send photos to prove that the jacket was faulty, which was infuriating as I’d emailed numerous times over weeks. I had already paid to return the jacket at my own expense. When I replied to express my frustration and demand a refund once the jacket arrived they once again refused to respond. I still have heard nothing about a refund even though I returned the jacket 2 weeks ago. I’ll have to email again to demand my refund, but I doubt I’ll get a response. It’s disgraceful service that they refuse to reply to customers and clearly a scam that they are withholding people’s money when items have been returned. Order no:8410509

I wished to return an item to this company and asked for return label, in less than the 14 days non quibble return period. After several unanswered emails I eventually received one by email which should have opened as an attachment. This failed to open. After more emails and hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer they eventually sent me another one which when I tried to print it said I was outside the return period. Then tried online chat to a very unhelpful person who more or less said "tough" I escalated this to a complaint and received an email asking if I had rerurned the item. Had she read the complaint properly she would have known I hadn't and exactly why. I advised her of this but have received no reply. The service this company provides can only be described as dire.

Well wish I’d seen these first, order never arrived have tried contacting them for a refund, phone was no help, e-mail never answered, Live chat person was snarky and said they would contact fedex to get confirmation it was really lost. Still haven’t heard back

Disgraceful customer service. Still awaiting a refund on Ariat boots 4 months later. Was promised after 3 weeks! Telephone service diabolical and response to emails abismal. DO NOT recommend this company. Next step police and lawyers
